流通企业发展代理制对策研究

本文从分析代理制的含义及发展代理制的必要性出发,指出了目前我国代理制运行中存在的各种问题,从政府的宏观政策及企业的微观选择两方面提出相应的对策建议,以更好地推广代理制,实现物流合理化。     

Offshoring,wages, and heterogeneity

Considering heterogeneous responses by skill group to material and service offshoring, we examine the relationship between offshoring and the individual wages of workers in the U.S. labor market. We find that offshoring has been beneficial for high-skill workers but detrimental for middle- and low-skill workers. In particular, service offshoring, which has been widespread since 2000, has severely affected the labor market, compared to material offshoring.     

惩罚性赔偿导向的生命全价值评估研究

基于寿命周期各阶段生命价值的特点,综合运用成本法、收益法、市场法,从生命物质价值、生命精神价值、惩罚性赔偿的生命基础价值与生命保障价值四个方面分项评估生命全价值。选择各阶段有代表性的生命全价值,同时提取惩罚性的安全公益基金作为预防性安全投入,实现既可维护受害者的生命价值,又能促进可持续的安全投入。

Unemployment shocks and material deprivation in the European Union: A synthetic control approach

This paper analyzes how material deprivation responds to drastic changes in unemployment levels. We explore unemployment shocks registered in some European Union countries during the so-called Great Recession. To do so, we apply the synthetic control methodology, which has been rarely used in the field of distributive analyses. We use this approach to identify the impact of unemployment shocks on material deprivation and conduct different sensitivity analyses to test the results. We find that contrary to the traditional assumption of the low sensitivity of material deprivation measures to changes in the economic cycle, unemployment shocks have a significant and rapid impact on material deprivation. This conclusion holds even when extending the period of analysis, changing the indicator of material deprivation, or modifying the definition of unemployment shock.     

论如何界定海上保险告知义务的界限

在我国,海上保险采用被保险人主动告知模式。相较于陆上保险的询问告知模式,无论在理论层面还是审判实践中,主动告知义务一直存在告知界限不清晰的问题。告知义务界限不明确,会使被保险人与保险人在实务中多有讼争。本文以《海商法》第二百二十二条为研究对象,从被保险人和保险人两个角度出发,厘清海上保险告知义务的界限。具体来说,就是以被保险人的视角界定应当告知事项的判断标准,再辅以保险人的立场说明何为无需告知的情形,即告知义务的除外情形。     

The division of responsibility for project supply

Activities undertaken at project sites, such as construction work and festivals, regularly generate substantial material flows. Management of these flows is important to ensure project success, e.g. by avoiding delays, but is seldom discussed in literature. To advance knowledge on these issues, a study was undertaken to determine the need for coordination of the often numerous project participants’ logistical activities. The division of responsibility for procurement, transport and handling of the project supply was, therefore, examined. Based on three cases, findings show that considerable coordination needs exist due to extensive use of system sourcing and significant outsourcing of logistical activities.
