高校二级学院党代表驻班联系制度的探索和实践——以重庆文理学院为例

党代表驻班联系制度是重庆文理学院旅游学院创新高校二级学院党建工作、服务学生成长成才的重要举措。该制度紧紧＂把握一个定位,落实两项举措,坚持三个结合,实施四位一体,健全五个机制＂,体现了以学生为本和为民务实清廉的要求,收到了比较令人满意的效果。     

Technological content of exports

A large body of literature argues that the characteristics of exports matter for economic growth and development because some goods trigger positive externalities or are subject to increasing returns. Thus, for policy purposes, it is important to know whether a country’s export basket enjoys these productive opportunities. They have been associated with technological content of exports. However, measuring them is not easy. Previous methodologies to account for exports’ technological content used either R&;D data or trade data. The former is used to account for knowledge-intensive activities during the production phase and the latter to identify levels of ‘sophistication’ of exports based on exporting countries’ characteristics. Building on these contributions, this paper combines industry-based and product-based indicators to circumvent some of the shortcomings of the received literature, including the product-industry controversy (i.e. are the actual activities during the production process or the product characteristics what better accounts exports’ technological content?). We use data from Uruguay on direct and indirect R&;D spending from public and private sources and also trade data to build the sophistication index corrected by quality. We contrast our findings with existing methodologies to highlight our contribution.     

Of stars and galaxies – Co-authorship network and research

We examine the association between network centrality and research using the accounting research community setting. We establish co-authorship network using papers published in the five top accounting journals from 1980 to 2016. We find that the co-authorship network in accounting is a “small world” with some most connected authors playing a key role in connecting others. We use machine learning to label published papers with multiple topics and find patterns in topics over time. More importantly, we find that co-authorship network centrality is positively associated with future research productivity and topic innovation and that the impact of centrality on productivity is higher with more senior authors. Further, centrality of an author’s co-authors also has an incrementally positive impact. We conclude that network centrality positively influences research output.     

数字化转型研究知识结构与热点趋势

随着信息通信技术的渗透扩散,数字化转型已成为重要研究方向之一,把握数字化转型研究热点和趋势,可为未来研究提供指引和参考。针对WOS数据库935篇文献,运用CiteSpaceV进行可视化分析,探索数字化转型领域的知识结构、热点和趋势。结果表明,数字化转型研究高产国家为美国、德国和英国,高产机构为哥本哈根商学院、瓦萨大学、麻省理工学院等,《TechnologicalForecastingandSocialChange》是发表文章最多的期刊,研究热点包括“信息技术、组织变革和绩效”、“工业4.0和数字化转型”与“商业模式创新”等。关键词突现分析表明,以客户为中心的商业模式创新和新的价值创造方式是新趋势。最后,从前因—过程—结果三方面提出数字化转型研究内容框架与未来展望。     

传承历史沿革,加强《技术经济学》课程建设

技术经济学是技术科学与经济科学的交叉学科,着重研究技术与经济的相互关系,并以各种成本效益分析方法为手段,为现实社会经济活动提供科学的分析方法和决策方法,寻求技术与经济的最佳结合。本文从技术经济学科的初步形成阶段、发展停滞阶段、全面发展阶段和深入发展阶段等四个阶段入手,对技术经济学科发展的历史沿革进行了整理,并且通过对国家重点学科、国家重点（培育）学科、博士学位授权点的研究方向、目前检索到的1054篇博士学位论文、各高校精品课程网站进行了研究,对技术经济学科的发展现状和趋势、技术经济学课程的建设现状、技术经济学精品课程建设现状及改进方面进行了探讨,希望对技术经济学课程及学科的发展提供参考。     

马克思《政治经济学批判大纲》、“经济学提纲”与中国经济发展模式

马克思《政治经济学批判大纲》(1857-1858)及其经济学提纲(8条)首次集中阐述了马克思政治经济学方法论尤其是逻辑体系构筑方法。提出了生产力(生产资料)的概念和生产关系的概念的辩证法、生产关系两分方法以及中介范畴等原创性思想,从而为探索中国经济学体系及其经济发展模式提供了方法论基础。中国经济发展模式应该跳出西方学者的模式中性论和价值中立论,努力挖掘《政治经济学批判大纲》及其经济学提纲(8条)中所蕴藏的当代价值,建构中国特色的经济发展模式。     

美国2011年财政研发预算重点与趋势分析

在金融危机的压力下,美国联邦政府近两年的研发预算增幅甚微,2011年仅增加0．23％,但投向基础研究的资金增幅创下近五年新高,“气候”成为继“生物医学”之后又一大战略重点。本文简要分析美国联邦财政2011年研发预算的分布及其重点,及近年来美财政对研发战略投资的趋势。     

硫酸庆大霉素注射液无菌检查方法学验证

建立硫酸庆大霉素注射液的无菌检查方法。本试验取硫酸庆大霉素注射液,按《中国药典》2005年版二部附录所载的＂无菌检查法＂项下进行方法学验证试验。结果表明：采用本试验方法进行硫酸庆大霉素注射液的无菌检查,供试品无菌生长,而六株阳性菌生长良好,该方法可行。     

学校领导班子和谐建设的探析

在学校领导班子中,正职是学校的“一把手”,是把方向,管全局的。副职是正职的“左膀右臂”,是正职的参谋和助手。如何正确处理学校正职与副职之间的关系,对于领导班子的和谐建设、提高领导集体的战斗力、带领全体教职工出色完成各项工作任务具有十分重要的作用。     

Model for evaluating the environmental sustainability of energy projects

This article focuses on the problem of assessing the environmental sustainability of energy projects. For this purpose an original model, which is based on various indicators that measure the environmental sustainability of energy projects, has been developed. This model, so called index of environmental sustainability of energy projects (IESEP), can be used in scenario comparison, while measuring the effectiveness of the proposed alternatives. Finally, an example of how to use this model is provided by analyzing alternatives to ameliorate the environmental sustainability of a hydroelectric project. In doing so, it is possible to show the usefulness of this model when used as a decision making tool for energy planners.
