基于工作过程的“仓储管理实务”课程开发研究

通过对物流管理专业仓储管理实务课程问卷调查,论述了课程改革的必要性,分析了课程改革的基本思路,从课程的内容、教学方法、实践教学以及教学资源建设方面提出了课程改革的具体做法。     

AN ANALYSIS OF SUPPLY CHAIN COLLABORATIONS AND THEIR EFFECT ON PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

This research examined how operational outcomes, relational outcomes and business performance are affected by a collaboration project between buyers and suppliers in a supply chain. It is hypothesized that interdependence of knowledge and process, supply chain partner insight, and the level of collaboration between the firms affect the outcomes of a collaboration project. Survey data from buyers and suppliers from a wide range of industries and organizations were used in this analysis. Among these participants, higher levels of collaboration led to improvements in operational and relational outcomes, which together led to improvements in asset utilization, competitive position, organizational performance, and profitability.     

DEFINING AND OPERATIONALIZING SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESS INTEGRATION

Integration has been recognized as critical to successful supply chain management. However, an extensive literature review revealed no consensus in its conceptualization. The current study attempts to address this research gap by providing a better definition and operationalization of supply chain process integration. With empirical support, it is proposed that internal and external supply chain process integration should be treated as two separate constructs, each comprised of two dimensions: connectivity and simplification.     

CONSTANT PROPORTION PORTFOLIO INSURANCE IN THE PRESENCE OF JUMPS IN ASSET PRICES

Constant proportion portfolio insurance (CPPI) allows an investor to limit downside risk while retaining some upside potential by maintaining an exposure to risky assets equal to a constant multiple of the cushion , the difference between the current portfolio value and the guaranteed amount. Whereas in diffusion models with continuous trading, this strategy has no downside risk, in real markets this risk is nonnegligible and grows with the multiplier value. We study the behavior of CPPI strategies in models where the price of the underlying portfolio may experience downward jumps. Our framework leads to analytically tractable expressions for the probability of hitting the floor, the expected loss, and the distribution of losses. This allows to measure the gap risk but also leads to a criterion for adjusting the multiplier based on the investor's risk aversion. Finally, we study the problem of hedging the downside risk of a CPPI strategy using options. The results are applied to a jump-diffusion model with parameters estimated from returns series of various assets and indices.     

玉米干法加工啤酒专用粉的工艺研究

我国每年生产4000多万吨啤酒,消耗300万吨以上大米作为糖化辅料,目前粮食安全已经成为世界性的难题。系统介绍了通过引进关键设备,用玉米干法加工生产啤酒专用玉米粉的工艺案例,并对采用该工艺生产过程中出现的问题进行了深入的研究,为科学利用玉米食品和提高其附加值开辟了一条新的途径。     

浅析粮食立筒仓粉尘爆炸及防爆措施

通过对立筒库粮食生产过程产生粉尘飞扬,易引发粉尘爆炸的研究,从发生粉尘爆炸的条件、机理、特点、危害人手,深入分析粮食立筒库内产生粉尘的原因及发生粮食粉尘爆炸的原因,提出预防粮食粉尘爆炸的具体措施。     

医院门诊业务流程病人满意度研究

提供了一套构建医院门诊业务流程病人满意度指标体系的方法。首先对一所二级甲等医院门诊病人进行了两次问卷调查;在数据分析的基础上,提取指标并确定权重。最后,构建了一套评价医院门诊业务流程病人满意度的指标体系。     

基于马尔可夫过程的逆向物流特征预测与分析

文章将逆向物流系统近似地看作为一个具有吸收态的马尔可夫过程,运用马尔可夫过程原理预测和分析了逆向物流系统中,系统从原始状态经过若干步转移后,回收物料到达各节点的概率;逆向供应链上某一节点处的回收物料进入吸收态的概率;回收物料从逆向供应链的某节点进入该系统,在各节点停留的平均时间和物料最终被系统吸收所需的平均时间。     

Land rights in postwar Liberia: The volatile part of the peace process

The end to the war in Liberia, along with quality leadership and a large UN presence has laid the foundation for a successful peace process. Now the delicate part of the process is underway—building viable, equitable, and durable social relations, institutions and legal constructs. A potentially volatile part of any postwar scenario is the inability of land rights institutions to perform in an effective, legitimate, equitable manner. Reform of land tenure via policies, laws, institutions, and capacity, needs to happen in a manner that is able to attend to both the land rights related causes of conflict, and the tangle of land problems brought on by the war itself. This article reports on the current situation in Liberia, and examines the primary set of land tenure problems in the country. The article concludes with a series of suggestions for dealing with the unique circumstances of postwar land tenure, and the Liberian case.
