本概要介绍了保险电子商务的可行性及SET安全，并且以此为基础阐述了保险电子商务的流程。

首先介绍了信息安全是制约电子商务发展的瓶颈,然后比较了多种公钥密码技术,综合比较它们的优缺点,得出可以将椭圆曲线密码体制用到电子商务中,在此基础上,解释了SET协议的流程,并叙述了如何在SET协议中嵌入椭圆曲线密码技术,最后得出了椭圆曲线密码体制必定会在电子商务中得到广泛的应用。     

Community attachment,tourism impacts,quality of life and residents’ support for sustainable tourism development

This study examined the formation of residents’ support for sustainable tourism development based on the social exchange theory and bottom-up spillover theory. A self-administered survey along with a structural analysis was used. Our result revealed that overall quality of life satisfaction influenced support for sustainable tourism development, and that material life domains and non-material life domains were two important determinants of overall QoL. Perceived sociocultural impacts of tourism had a significant relationship with non-material life domains. Perceived economic impacts of tourism influenced both material and non-material life domains. Community attachment and residents’ perceived impacts of tourism were significantly associated.

电子商务安全问题的核心是电子交易的安全性,为了保障电子商务交易安全,人们开发了各种用于加强电子商务安全的协议。当前应用比较广泛的电子商务安全协议主要有安全套接层协议SSL、安全电子交易协议SET和三方域安全协议3-Dsecure。文中对这三种主流协议进行了深入的分析和比较。     

The medium is the message: Comparing paper-based and web-based course evaluation modalities

An increasing number of universities have moved student evaluation of faculty and courses out of the classroom, where it had resided for many years, and onto the web. The increased efficiency of the web-based administrative modality of these instruments seems self-apparent. However, whether the measures obtained using the new modality are the same as the old modality is unclear. This paper compares the results of questionnaires administered on the web with those collected from the same students while they were in class. Data from 181 course offerings over seven terms at one university were utilized. Significantly lower evaluation scores for both the instructor and the course are produced when a web-based modality is used. In general, these results did not vary for courses at different levels of matriculation or at different levels of student participation. However, the magnitude of modality differences varied between highly rated and poorly rated courses. Implications for faculty evaluation are offered.

电子支付的安全是电子商务发展和应用的技术保障。作者研究了PKI的体系结构,介绍了基于PKI技术的SSL和SET协议在电子商务中的应用,探讨了基于PKI的电子现金系统实现,提出了一个安全的电子商务支付平台实现方案（SEPP）,并对系统架构进行了设计。     

Computer-Assisted Instruction and Student Performance in Macroeconomic Principles

Steven Cox reports on a research project in which computer-assisted instruction was tried at Arizona State University. He explains the experimental design which involved a comparison of student learning of macroeconomic principles by CAI with that of a control group. Fairly detailed accounts are given of the computer simulations Cox used. The statistical significance of nine student characteristics in terms of their impact on overall test performance is discussed. This article should have practical value to others doing research in this field.     

学生评教系统的问题与对策研究

学生评教主要有帮助学生参与到教学设计和帮助学校监督管理教学质量这两点作用,学生评教结果对评价教师的工作和学校的管理教学有很重要的影响。但存在着不包括在评教内容之内,但却会对评教结果产生较大影响的因素,本文将这些因素定义为学生评教系统外因素,这些因素会影响学生评教结果的真实性与客观性,从而使学生评教机制无法正确发挥功能。本文分析了6种系统外因素的机理,并针对这6种因素都提出了4种控制方法,为今后的研究奠定基础。
