我国目前面临着巨大的就业压力,积极寻找新的就业增长点已成为政府、公众关注的热点之一。本文以海洋产业系统为研究样本,选取陆域产业为参照系,从发展速度、劳动生产率、比较劳动生产率、产业间的关联强度等多方面论证了海洋产业在吸纳劳动力方面所具有的独特优势。在优势分析的基础上,计算出海洋产业在吸纳劳动力方面对陆域产业的拉动效应,指出海洋产业已经成为了我国新的劳动力吸引磁场,大力发展海洋产业是解决我国就业问题的有效途径之一。我们研究的结论是:海洋产业增加值每提高—个百分点,将创造直接就业机会3.7万人,可相应为陆域创造4.7万人的间接就业机会。研究成果对制定海洋经济发展规划和国民经济总体发展规划有重要参考价值。  相似文献

文章用较为详实的资料,对中国近15年城市土地扩张的基本态势及其3个影响因子,即人口、经济增长和城市环境改善的内在作用机制进行了分析。近15年来,中国城市建成区土地面积年均扩张速度为850km^2。单因子回归分析表明,城市用地(城市建成区)扩张与城市人口和GDP皆呈高度正相关关系;但通过偏相关分析发现,GDP增长更能解释城市用地的扩张,经济增长是城市用地扩展最重要、最根本的驱动因素。随着经济发展和收入的增加,人们对城市居住环境的要求提高,这也将刺激城市对土地的需求。  相似文献

文章以企业-员工关系为主线,研究企业内部伦理行为对员工组织承诺的影响,并探讨心理契约在影响关系中的调节作用.通过问卷调查收集相关数据对提出的研究假设进行检验,结果显示:企业内部伦理行为可分为四个维度,即薪酬管理、工作环境构建、企业伦理支持、职业发展规划;四个维度均与组织承诺中的情感承诺、持续承诺正相关,其中薪酬管理与员工规范承诺正相关;心理契约在企业内部伦理行为对组织承诺各维度的影响中起到一定的调节作用,但作用的效果有所差异,其中在企业内部伦理行为对情感承诺和规范承诺的影响关系中调节作用显著,对持续承诺的调节作用不显著.  相似文献

When it comes to cheating in higher education, business school students have often been accused of being the worst offenders; if true, this may be a contributing factor in the kinds of fraud that have plagued the business community in recent years. We examined the issue of cheating in the business school by surveying 268 students in business and other professional schools on their attitudes about, and experiences with, cheating. We found that while business school students actually cheated no more or less than students in other professional schools, their attitudes on what constitutes cheating are more lax than those of other professional school students. Additionally, we found that serious cheaters across all professional schools were more likely to be younger and have a lower grade point average. Helen A. Klein is an assistant professor in the Management Department at Grand Valley State University. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in Computer and Information Systems and is interested in Object Oriented Software development, business process redesign and the use of ERP as a tool for learning in higher education. Nancy M. Levenburg is an associate professor in the Management Department at Grand Valley State University. She received her Ph.D. degree from Union Institute & University, and has done post-graduate study at Harvard University and UCLA. Her primary research interests include electronic commerce and strategic applications of information technologies. Marie McKendall is a professor in the Management Department at Grand Valley State University. She received her Ph.D. in Management from Michigan State University. Her primary research interest is organizational illegality. William M. Mothersell is an assistant professor in the Management Department at Grand Valley State University. He received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University in Labor and Industrial Relations. Drawing on a number of recent high-profile cases of corporate corruption, we develop a process model that explains the escalation of deception in corrupt firms. If undetected, an initial lie can begin a process whereby the ease, severity and pervasiveness of deception increases overtime so that it eventually becomes an organization level phenomenon. We propose that organizational complexity has an amplifying effect. A␣feedback loop between organization level deception and each of the escalation stages positively reinforces the process. In addition, moderators are proposed that will halt escalation at various stages. By conceptualizing corporate deception as a social process, the paper contributes to a growing body of research that looks beyond 'bad' individuals for the causes of corporate illegality. Peter Fleming is Professor of Work, Organization and Society Queen Mary College, University of London. He has held academic positions at Cambridge University and Melbourne University. His research interests center on the emerging politics of power, control and ethics in contemporary corporations. He has published extensively in academic journals including Organization Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, Sociology, Sociological Review, Work, Employment and Society and has just published a book (with Andre Spicer) entitled Contesting the Corporation: Power, Resistance and Struggle in Organizations with Cambridge University Press (2007). Stelios Zyglidopoulos is a University Lecturer in Strategy at the Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge. Prior to that, he taught at Erasmus University in the Netherlands, and the Rochester Institute for Technology, in Rochester, NY. He received his PhD in Strategy and Organization from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Dr. Zyglidopoulos has lived and worked in Greece, Canada, The Netherlands, and the United States. He has a number of years of business experience, mostly in sales and marketing, and is a reservist for the Greek Navy.
