连续融资假说与可转换债券赎回条款设计初探——兼析中美与我国台湾赎回条款设计差异及原因

赎回条款是一个重要的可转换债券条款.从公司连续融资的视角看,赎回条款有利于有真实投资期权价值的未来融资.通常具有不久到期的投资期权的公司发行弱赎回保护,并提供短的保护期;具有较晚到期的投资期权的公司发行强赎回保护,且保护期较长.美国发行的可转换债券与此规律相符,中国大陆和台湾地区发行的可转换债券与此规律不相符.中美台可转换债券赎回条款设计的差异,与三地可转换债券融资的相关规定和可转换债券市场的发育程度有关.     

新疆对外贸易与经济增长的实证分析

本文根据新疆1990年-2005年的统计数据,利用协整理论和格兰杰(Granger)因果关系检验对新疆国内生产总值、投资和进出口贸易之间的关系进行分析。结果表明新疆国内生产总值与投资及进出口之间存在长期稳定的关系,投资和出口增长是拉动经济增长的原因,而经济增长却不是拉动投资、进出口增长的原因。     

Measuring moral judgement and the implications of cooperative education and rule-based learning

The Defining Issues Test (DIT), developed by Rest (1986) , measures a person's level of moral development using hypothetical social dilemmas. Although the DIT is useful for measuring moral development in social settings, it might not adequately capture an individual's moral judgement abilities in solving work‐related problems ( Weber, 1990 ; Trevino, 1992 ; Welton et al., 1994 ). In the present study, the moral judgement levels of 97 accounting students were measured over a 1 year period using two separate test instruments, the DIT and a context‐specific instrument developed by Welton et al. (1994) . The test scores are significantly higher on the DIT than the Welton instrument (between the instruments and over time), suggesting that accounting students use higher levels of moral reasoning in resolving hypothetical social dilemmas and lower levels of moral reasoning in resolving context‐specific dilemmas. The difference in test scores was highest during cooperative education (work placement programme), implying that the environment is a significant determinant on students’ test scores.     

A Model of Elitist Qualification

This paper deals with the collective qualification of members of society as belonging to a certain category or group based on a fixed attribute. Our model contains three main features: the existence of individual gradual opinions, the notion of elitism (only the opinions of certain individuals are taken into account to delineate the reference group), and the idea of sequentiality (elites are successively created by using the previous elites’ opinions on a social decision scheme). The main results of the paper characterize when this sequential procedure converges for some intuitive ways of aggregating individual opinions. Finally, we analyze the role of convergence for two extra basic properties (symmetry and contractiveness) that elitist rules should possess.     

美国房地产泡沫、世界经济不平衡与金融危机——兼驳金融危机根源外部论

对于世界经济不平衡与金融危机的关系,存在两种不同的观点:一种观点认为世界经济不平衡是金融危机产生的根源,顺差国庞大的过剩储蓄最终引发了金融危机;而另一种观点则认为愈演愈烈的世界经济不平衡却并不必然造成金融危机,而是同金融危机一样,根源于美国国内经济的某些扭曲。两者差别在于将危机的根源归于外因还是内因。本文通过理论分析与格兰杰因果实证检验,否定了危机根源外部论,并证明了后一种观点:美国房地产泡沫(美国国内经济扭曲的重要表现)在造成金融危机的同时,促进了世界经济不平衡的扩大。

模式匹配是入侵检测系统中常用的方法,这种算法速度快、效率高。但是单独使用模式匹配方法来检测入侵还存在一些弊端。为此,给出了一种高效、可靠的检测方法,即结合使用协议分析与模式匹配的分析方法,同时给出一个例子来说明协议分析的实现过程。
