本文在邓聚龙教授提出的层次型灰数和信息型灰数——经典有理灰数的基础上,用近代分析的方法,给出两种灰距离空间(/.d)和(/.p),并结合几何直观将两种灰距离进行了比较。     

社会网络分析在市场营销学中的应用

作为一种日益成熟的研究范式,社会网络分析已经引起了多个学科的关注和应用,也为市场营销学提供了崭新的思想、方法和借鉴工具。文章首先阐述了社会网络分析的基本思路,在此基础上比较了社会网络分析的两种具体研究方法——自我中心网分析和整体网分析。讨论了社会网络分析在市场营销学的应用,重点指出了社会网络分析在发掘意见领袖和重估顾客价值方面的独特作用。对社会网络分析在市场营销学中的应用进行了简要评述,并指出了其局限性。     

原油动态计量技术在仪长管道上的应用

介绍了仪长管道原油动态交接计量的现状,探讨了原油动态计量交接中误差产生的原因,分析了流量计、原油密度、原油含水量、油品温度和压力以及其它因素引起的误差,提出了消减误差的方法及措施。     

The role of geographic distance in completing related acquisitions: Evidence from U.S. chemical manufacturers

Acquisitions often do not reach completion when buyers' initial evaluations change during post‐announcement due diligence investigations, but research offers only limited explanations for when such deal‐cancelling new information will be most common. Drawing from the spatial geography and acquisition strategy literatures, we argue that successful completion of acquisitions can be partially explained by their spatial characteristics. We start by predicting that geographic distance has a particularly strong impact in reducing the likelihood of completing related acquisitions; we then identify contingencies based on multiple forms of direct, contextual, and vicarious experience that can help acquirers overcome the constraints of distance. We test the arguments with a sample of 1,603 domestic acquisitions announced by 724 U.S. chemical manufacturing firms between 1980 and 2004. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

征地纠纷的解决方式：问题与对策

在城乡一体化进程中,征地纠纷具有多发性、群体性、复杂性、长期性,其社会关注度高,经济社会影响大。然而,我国征地纠纷解决方式存在诸多不足,导致被征地农民存在诉讼难、请律师难、信访难。维护农民的土地权益,化解征地纠纷,当务之急在于完善和创新征地纠纷解决机制,增设征地听证程序,设立独立的土地裁决机构,扩大诉讼救济的范围,改革现行的信访制度。     

基于社会网络理论的区域旅游空间结构研究——以京津冀地区为例

本文深入探讨了社会网络理论在旅游研究中的应用,并首次将区域旅游作为研究对象,构建区域旅游空间结构评价模型和指标体系。最后以京津冀地区为例分析论证,提出优化措施。     

老年照料对农村劳动力转移空间距离影响研究

基于劳动力流动理论,以家庭成员整体利益最大化为前提假设,运用有序probit模型,采用中国家庭追踪调查（CFPS）数据,考量老年照料对农村劳动力转移空间距离的影响。结果显示：老年照料对县乡村内短距离转移有促进效应,对县外市内、市外省内、省外转移有牵制效应且距离越远牵制效应越明显。异质性研究表明,老年照料对男性劳动力转移兼具促进效应与牵制效应,已婚女性因偏好于近距离转移影响不明显;“夹心层”家庭子女牵制效应显著。鉴于此,应凝聚“依亲而居”社会合力,挖掘本地非农就业潜力,构建老年照料服务多元供给体系,缓解老年照料压力。     

Do social factors influence investment behavior and performance? Evidence from mutual fund holdings

We study the economic significance of social dimensions in investment decisions by analyzing the holdings of U.S. equity mutual funds over the period 2004–2012. Using these holdings, we measure funds’ exposures to socially sensitive stocks in order to answer two questions. What explains cross-sectional variation in mutual funds’ exposure to controversial companies? Does exposure to controversial stocks drive fund returns? We find that exposures to socially sensitive stocks are weaker for funds that aim to attract socially conscious and institutional investor clientele, and they relate to local political and religious factors. The financial payoff associated with greater “sin” stock exposure is positive and statistically significant, but becomes non-significant with broader definitions of socially sensitive investments. Despite the positive relation between mutual fund return and sin stock exposure, the annualized risk-adjusted return spread between a portfolio of funds with highest sin stock exposure and its lowest-ranked counterpart is statistically not significant. The results suggest that fund managers do not tilt heavily towards controversial stocks because of social considerations and practical constraints.     

Does Social Media Get Your Attention?

The author investigates how social media affects stock prices and post–earnings announcement drift in response to companies’ quarterly earnings announcements. Using quarterly earnings data as well Twitter and StockTwits data, the author utilizes Twitter volume and a residual methodology to generate an attention proxy that is orthogonal to the growth of Twitter accounts. The author finds that the new attention brought by social media after the earnings announcements positively affects the cumulative abnormal returns. Further, even companies reporting bad news can still have positive immediate cumulative abnormal returns if they attract enough attention from investors after an earnings announcement. The new attention effects are different in both magnitudes and statistical significance between social media popular and unpopular industries.
