This research aims to study citizens' intention to download and use the COVID-19 tracing app in France. The theoretical framework considered the theory of technology acceptance model, the theory of goal-directed behaviour, and the theory of privacy to explain the intention to use the COVID-19 tracing app. The methodology included an online survey to examine the theoretical model, which was tested using structural equation modelling. The results show that anticipated emotions, perceived usefulness, privacy concerns, and perceived permission sensitivity significantly contribute towards the intention to adopt the StopCovid app. Subjective norms and goal desire do not exert a direct impact. These findings provide both theoretical and practical implications by adding the extrinsic social value dimension to the analyses of the StopCovid app and presenting antecedents for enhancing its design and safety.  相似文献

Business codes are a widely used management instrument. Research into the effectiveness of business codes has, however, produced conflicting results. The main reasons for the divergent findings are: varying definitions of key terms; deficiencies in the empirical data and methodologies used; and a lack of theory. In this paper, we propose an integrated research model and suggest directions for future research. Muel Kaptein is Professor of Business Ethics and Integrity Management at the Department of Business-Society Management at RSM Erasmus University. His research interests include the management of ethics, the measurement of ethics and the ethics of management. He has published papers in the Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, Organization Studies, Academy of Management Review, Business & Society Review, Corporate Governance, Policing, Public Integrity, and European Management Journal. He is the author of the books Ethics Management (Kluwer Academic Publishers, 1998),The Balanced Company (Oxford University Press, 2002), and The Six Principles of Managing with Integrity (Spiro Press, 2005). Muel is also director at KPMG Integrity, where he assisted more than 40 companies in developing their business code. Mark S. Schwartz is Assistant Professor of Goverance, Law and Ethics at the Atkinson School of Administrative Studies at York University (Toronto). His research interests include corporate ethics programs, ethical leadership, and corporate social responsibility. He has published papers in the Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, Business Ethics Quarterly, Professional Ethics, and the Journal of Management History, and is a co-author of the textbook Business Ethics: Readings and Cases in Corporate Morality (McGraw Hill). 家庭养老是目前我国欠发达地区农村主要的养老保障形式。对安徽省绩溪县宅坦村家庭养老现状研究表明,农村老年人在经济来源、生活照料、精神慰藉等方面对家庭和子士的依赖性较强,尽管家庭养老的保障水平较低,但老年人对家庭养老的满意度较高,对社会养老的认知度较低。农村家庭养老是农村家庭的生存策略,是农村社区群体规范的体现,也是农村居民承继和维护传统的“家”观念和“孝”文化的具体行动。  相似文献

Using the data from the China Family Panel Studies from 2010 to 2018, we find that rising income inequality causes parents to spend more on children’s education, both in school and out of school. The impact of income inequality on out-of-school expenditures is significant at intensive and extensive margins, especially for study-related tutoring participation. Furthermore, we find some empirical evidence suggesting that in response to rising inequality, mothers spend more time on children’s education and there exists a substitution effect between time and money. Further analysis suggests two potential reasons for the rising education spending: (1) a higher income inequality resulting from rising skill premium strengthens parents’ long-lasting cultural attitude towards education to higher levels, inducing them to spend more on educational investment, and (2) a higher income inequality increases the value of higher education, leading to a stronger demand for better educational opportunities, and then, more intense education competition, forcing parents to invest more in education.  相似文献

近年来,随着科研失信和学术不端行为的多发易发,国家对科研诚信和学术规范日益重视.为了建立基于科研管理全过程的教育预防、监督检测、诫勉惩罚的高校科研诚信与学术规范的管理体系,围绕科研诚信和学术规范的相关政策,通过比较研究的方法,对近年来科研失信和学术不端行为的范围界定及处理流程进行梳理分析.从科研管理视域下,明确指出高校科研管理中科研诚信和学术规范相辅相成的内在关系.科研诚信是自我的道德约束,学术规范是社会的制度约束,是科研管理坚守的两条底线.通过分析探讨项目申报、项目开展、项目结题和成果报奖等环节中科研诚信和学术规范的潜在问题,建议结合科研活动的一般过程,以信任为前提,以科研诚信为道德约束,以学术规范为制度约束,建立事前教育预防、事中监督检测、事后诫勉惩戒的高校科研诚信与学术规范的全过程管理体系,为健康良好的科研生态提供保障.  相似文献

研究目的:探析农村集体经济组织准成员制度的应然目的,并厘清准成员的群体定位、认定规范与权利构造。研究方法:规范分析法。研究结果:准成员制度不是集体基本保障功能的延伸,而是服务乡村振兴战略的“人才引入”、助力农村地权制度科学化的功能制度。准成员群体定位不应如《农村集体经济组织法(草案)》第16条所局限,而宜以非集体成员中的产业农民与乡土成员群体为核心;其认定规范宜构造为逐级具象的多层次规范体系,且应设置准成员登记簿与权利附注规范。在准成员权利构造上,不仅应排除集体成员专属的土地权利,还应排除所有以集体地权为基础之收益的分配权;结合宅基地“三权分置”指引,宜赋予准成员有偿取得附期限与义务之新型宅基地使用权的资格。研究结论:创设准成员制度可使集体经济组织制度更加周延,但制度设计的科学性不足,立法应予完善。  相似文献

This study explores the factors affecting tea tourism, including the action mechanisms and the impact level of each factor influencing consumer behavior intentions, to contribute to predicting tea tourism consumer behavior. This study surveyed 377 potential tea tourists and constructed a theoretical model of tea tourism consumers' planned behavior using SPSS and AMOS. The results show that: (a) The experiential perception and opportunity perception of tea tourists can significantly affect their attitudes, (b) The self-efficacy perception and convenience perception of tea tourists can significantly affect their perceptual control, and (c) The attitude of tea tourists can significantly positively influence their behavioral intention. This study not only broadens the applications boundary of the theory of planned behavior, but it also provides a new perspective for research on the behavioral awareness of tea tourism consumers. The findings have implications for predicting and promoting future tea tourism in China and beyond.  相似文献
