The performance effect of organizational learning and market orientation

In recent decades an important set of articles on management has focused upon the marketing concept and the related construct of market orientation. The next challenge is to understand how this organizational orientation can be achieved and maintained. Using data from 451 companies and through structural equation models, this study considers that organizational learning represents the capacity of a company to move from a given situation to another desired situation of market orientation and performance. The results suggest that the influence of market orientation on performance is only significant when it is mediated by organizational learning. The results also indicate that organizational learning has a positive effect on performance.

后税费时代乡镇政府职能转变问题研究

乡镇作为我国的基层政府，在农村税费改革后许多职能虚化，从长期来看，乡镇政府可以取消；短期而言，我国农村地广人多，乡镇政府暂应保留以保持地方稳定，但其职能应进行转变。税费改革后，基层政府职能转变就是要强化基层政府的公共服务职能，增加农村公共品的供给；弱化行政管理职能，淡化基层政府的行政色彩。     

Using supply chain management to leverage a firm's market orientation

Building supplier relationships and becoming more market oriented have similar building blocks and have similar effects. Strong supplier relationships tend to impact the firm's performance, in part, because the firm can respond to customer needs in a more timely fashion. Supplier relationships tend to be stronger in firms where there is cross-functional sharing of supplier and customer information. Market orientation is an organizational culture that focuses the company on generating market information, cross-functionally sharing that market information, and rapidly responding to that market information to positively impact the performance of the firm. This study explored whether the positive effects of strong supplier relationships are enhanced in market-oriented firms. Results support the notion that supplier relationships are one way of leveraging a firm's market orientation through improved customer responsiveness. Cross-functional sharing of information appears to be the link that ties market orientation and stronger supplier relationships together.     

Knowledge‐based resources,entrepreneurial orientation,and the performance of small and medium‐sized businesses

While theory suggests that management has discretion in manipulating resources in order to build competitive advantage, resource‐based research has focused on the characteristics of resources, paying less attention to the relationship between those resources and the way firms are organized. In explaining performance, entrepreneurship scholars have focused on a firm's entrepreneurial strategic orientation (EO), leaving its interrelationship with internal characteristics aside. We argue that EO captures an important aspect of the way a firm is organized. Our findings suggest that knowledge‐based resources (applicable to discovery and exploitation of opportunities) are positively related to firm performance and that EO enhances this relationship. 光电定向是指用光学系统来测定目标的方位,在实际应用中具有精度高、价格低、便于自动控制和操作方便的特点。因此在光电准直、光电自动跟踪、光电制导和光电测距等各个技术领域得到了广泛的应用。本实验平台采用激光器作为光源．四象限探测器作为光电探测接收器,根据电子和差式原理。实现可以直观、快速观测定位跟踪目标方位的光电定向装置。     

创业导向是否有助于提升跨国并购绩效

厘清影响跨国并购绩效的关键因素,提高并购战略的有效性,不仅是“走出去”的企业最关心的问题,也是学界努力探索并希望解决的热点。本文从创业视角出发,回顾和总结了国内外相关理论,并以此为基础将企业创业导向与之所处的动态环境结合起来构建研究框架,提出了创业导向、环境动态性和跨国并购绩效的整合分析模型。通过实证分析,证明企业创业导向与跨国并购绩效之间存在正相关关系,同时动态环境对两者间的关系具有显著的调节效应。
