国外跨文化管理研究综述

随着经济全球化的快速发展，国外学者对跨文化管理进行了大量的研究。国外相关研究经历了20世纪50～70年代的萌芽阶段，70～90年代的大发展，90年代至21世纪初的多元化交叉发展三个阶段，并将伴随经济全球化进程呈现出多学科交叉、多层次关联、多视角整合的网络化、立体化发展格局。     

LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS WITHIN A GLOBAL CONTEXT: AN OVERVIEW

This paper reviews 726 academic research studies covering logistics and supply chain management (L'SCM) applications within a global context. Articles are analyzed according to their publication year and outlet, common themes, and countries or regions investigated. The sample was drawn from the ABI/INFORM Global database, which includes almost 1,800 journal titles. The review offers a starting point for researchers, graduate students, faculty members or practitioners examining international L'SCM applications. The article also draws attention to the wide array of global L'SCM studies conducted, their settings and viewpoints. Additionally, this paper highlights some of the most interesting works and draws attention to lesser‐researched countries and regions of the world. The overview also provides an introduction for practitioners and managers to what academic research has covered in the area of global L'SCM. Practitioners can use this review as a starting point for the identification of relevant and useful references for their particular task.     

New development: The crisis and European local government reforms

This article highlights the main reform trajectories put in place in French, Italian, German and Portuguese local governments during the recent crisis and identifies a number of important trends: for example increasing centralization of decision-making powers away from local governments. The authors explain why local governments have an opportunity to use reforms during the crisis to strategically reposition their value proposition.     

近二十年国外旅游目的地品牌化研究述评

随着目的地品牌化对旅游行业的影响更加显著,旅游目的地品牌化逐渐成为研究热点,有很多主题值得进一步探讨和研究,论文对近年来与旅游目的地品牌相关的国外文献进行了归纳和梳理,试图从旅游目的地品牌塑造、品牌营销和品牌价值评估三个方面进行分析和总结,以期对国内旅游目的地的品牌化研究提供一定的借鉴与指导。     

The Evolution of Marketing Channel Research Domains and Methodologies: An Integrative Review and Future Directions

Marketing channels are among the most important elements of any value chain. This is because the bulk of a nation's manufacturing output flows through them. The intermediaries (e.g., distributors, wholesalers, retailers) constituting marketing channels perform specific distribution functions, such as transportation, storage, sales, financing, and relationship building, better than most manufacturers. Over his distinguished career, Louis P. Bucklin investigated many questions about the structuring and functioning of marketing channels using conceptual, empirical, and microeconomics model-based methodologies. Today, the academic marketing literature contains hundreds of articles that have employed these three broad classes of methodologies to investigate issues of channel intermediaries’ interorganizational relationships, for example, power-dependence, relational outcomes, conflict and negotiations, and manufacturing firms’ channel strategy, for example, channel structure, selection, coordination and control. So far, however, there has been no review of how the three different methodologies have contributed to advancing knowledge across this set of channels research domains. This paper is the first that aims to (1) chart how channels research employing each of the three classes of methodologies – conceptual, empirical, microeconomics model-based – has evolved over seven decades along with current trends; (2) review the contributions and shortcomings of research to date using these methodologies; and (3) suggest future research opportunities using these methodologies, separately or in an integrated fashion.     

抛开得失争议善用移民人才——亚洲开发银行《变移民之失为得-利用海外专业人才》述评

随着全球人才竞争日趋激烈，移民人才的利用问题引起了世界各国的空前重视。亚洲开发银行出台的《变移民之失为得-利用海外专业人才》报告，从政府动员移民的能力、为移民提供的机会和移民归国效力的动机这三个方面对中国、菲律宾和阿富汗三国开展调查，并提出了相关政策建议。文章对该报告进行了简要评述，并结合该报告观点和我国实际情况提出了针对性的建议。

采用文献分析法,对我国近年来发表的有关大学生身体自我的研究文献进行了分析,从概念、研究方法、发展特点、锻炼的影响效益等方面进行了述评,并提出了我国大学生身体自我研究今后努力的方向。
