通过对现代汽车反馈传感器信号检测的结果分析，总结目前机动车疑难故障诊断的新的方法和思路，对汽车维修中常见的无明显故障码的现象产生原因进行研究，提出了相应的解决办法和应对措施．对汽车反馈传感器波形检测的实车应用进行了有意义的探讨和论证．     

柳工856装载机电气故障模拟试验台开发

由于装载机结构庞大,电器元件隐蔽分散,不适合实物教学。我院研制开发的柳工856装载机电气故障模拟试验台结构紧凑、尺寸小,可在实验室内直接进行实验。教学效果较好,而且经济效益明显,占用实验室空间小。对国内高职院校工程机械电气课程教学有一定的示范和借鉴作用。     

Ago\ra Partnerships Nicaragua: A micro venture capital fund

Agora Partnerships is a micro venture capital fund founded by Benjamin Powell in the US and Ricardo T. Teran in Nicaragua. Agora started operations in 2005 with the goal of identifying and supporting entrepreneurs and business plans with high potential for success. The fund faces some unique challenges. First, the size of the businesses that is investing in does not allow for a traditional “management fee” structure. Secondly, traditional investment exits are nearly impossible in Nicaragua. This teaching case includes analysis on sources of investment capital, deal structures, and expected returns. The unresolved dilemma remains how to structure an investment proposal attractive to both investors and entrepreneurs. The case also allows discussing how to adapt the venture capital model to an emerging country like Nicaragua.     

Service Recovery Efforts in Fast Food Restaurants to Enhance Repeat Patronage

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: (a) identify service failure incidents; (b) identify service recovery efforts; and (c) determine the effects of resolution levels repeat patronage. Employee service behavior and monetary rewards were found to have a significant effect on resolution levels. The manager should provide guiding principles to improve service quality. Furthermore, mentoring and empowerment may improve employee service performance. Complete resolution leads to repeat patronage. The study found significant relationships between demographic characteristics with service failures and service recovery efforts. Lastly, there were significant relationships between the critical service failures and service recovery efforts and types of fast food restaurants.

文章介绍了天然气输送离心式压缩机组的常见故障,分析了故障原因及特征,进而对其故障诊断技术现状进行了总结和比较,在此基础上针对输气动力设备故障的复杂性提出了应用数据挖掘技术对离心式压缩机组进行故障诊断的初步设想。     

政府行为对风险投资回报率影响研究

国际上西方主流观点认为,风险投资最好是由民间资本为主,政府不应该操纵风险投资,而中国现在的风险投资大多是由政府主导的资金对政府感兴趣的公司进行投资,风投公司大多是政府主导建立的,民营上市公司参与风投的比例较低,民间资本创立的风投机构更是少之又少。而通过对四类风险投资公司的分析,初步探究出中国政府应该:第一,转变政府在风险投资中的干预职能和行为方式,放宽进入门槛,建成风险投资的多元性投资主体。第二,要利用其所掌握的管理权资源和政策制度引导,通过适当的政府行为选择指引,将大部分精力放在风险投资需要的外部环境建设、制度的制定与完善上。第三,提升政府在风险投资发展中的决策水平。政府应根据风险投资运行的本质规律,建立科学的经济决策程序和决策体系。     

Does delaying service-failure resolution ever make sense?

Conventional wisdom suggests that service providers should respond to their failures as quickly as possible. Some research, however, points out that delaying resolutions may produce highly desirable results. The study here investigates these competing views by examining under which conditions an immediate or a delaying resolution produces more positive consumer responses in term of re-patronage and negative word-of-mouth intentions. Based on the concept of service separation, this research identifies an interaction effect between service separation (separated service, non-separated service) and response timing (immediate response, delaying response) on consumers' post-consumption intention. This research also finds that the relationship between service separation-response timing interaction and consumer response is mediated by consumers' negative emotions. This study contributes to refining our understanding of consumer psychology in service recovery. Practically, the studies also enable service providers to better allocate their resources to recover different types of services' failure.
