寒地冬季的严酷气候条件会对老年人口的健身活动及城市健身场地的可达性产生负面影响,选取哈尔滨市南岗区的18个街道,利用网络问卷调查和统计分析对参与冬季健身活动的寒地老年人口的基本社会属性、老年人冬季健身行为特征和健身出行特征三方面进行调查和量化分析。基于以上特征,利用网络分析和两步移动搜寻法对南岗区各街道进行健身场地可达性评价,结果表明:1)整体健身场地可达性仍然较低;2)健身场地分布不均衡;3)健身场地可达性分布与参与健身活动的老年人口需求不匹配。以此为依据,结合健身场地可达性的影响因素,为未来的寒地城市健身场地规划提供对策与建议。  相似文献

以皖江示范区承接长三角产业转移为背景,立足于示范区的物流和客流两个层面,运用CIS栅格分析和网络分析以及ESDA分析技术从时间指标和费用指标,研究了示范区物流可进出性和区内客流的顺畅性.结果表明:由长三角12门户城镇进入示范区的可进入性大体上是以空间距离为基础,局部上由于路网的作用两者共同形成了可进人性的四大城市区;四大城市区以东北-西南向布局平行于进入皖江城市带的长三角12城镇,其局部轮廓有着明显的高等级公路指向性;客流顺畅性上,时间和费用可达性空间格局两者有很大的相似,都是以"双核-隔离岛"形成的圈层结构,时间可达性上呈现高速公路指向性,而费用可达性上呈现铁路指向性;区内城镇间存在较强的空间正相关,局部区域分异明显.  相似文献

作为一种新型快捷交通方式,高速铁路的建设将对沿线地区的交通运输、经济发展、人们的生产生活带来深远的影响。文章以沪宁地区为例,探讨了高速铁路影响下沿线地区可达性的变化,采用了有效评价旅行时间、经济潜力、日常可达性三类分析指标,初步得出不仅沿线地区将产生深刻变化,且临近区域也受益匪浅的结论,从客观上论证了修建京沪高速铁路的可行性和重要性。  相似文献

The present study empirically investigates the link between network properties and job performance using a sample of 121 middle managers from Beijing, China. The primary objective is to examine how characteristics of the person and the job moderate the effects of networks on self-rated performance. This study contributes to the network literature by investigating both the impact of network characteristics in terms of information accessibility and diversity on job performance and the interaction effects of gender, managerial rank, and functional areas of the ego with the network characteristics.  相似文献

The easy exchange of rich information between often geographically dispersed parties is an important precursor of successful tourism transactions. Internet‐based technologies, in particular the World Wide Web, offer possibilities to both buyers and sellers to exchange information without the constraints of geography and time diminishing its richness. The disabled, representing a significant part of any marketplace, may, however, have difficulties accessing the content of the Web and therefore sharing the benefits of rich information exchange. This is the principal concern of ‘Web content accessibility’. Focusing on the tourism sector, in particular UK‐based hotels, this paper examines the accessibility of their websites. However, recognising that it is not just access to information that is important for the disabled, but also the quality of that information, the paper also examines the extent to which the information contained on websites serves their particular needs. Utilising the accessibility testing software ‘Bobby’, disappointingly low levels of Web content accessibility were found amongst the sample of websites. Against a framework of information needs developed from criteria provided by disability organisations, the sample also revealed disappointingly low levels of specific (relevant) information for the disabled. In policy circles, transit oriented development (TOD) is believed to enhance social capital, however empirical evidence of this relationship is lacking. This research compares levels of social capital between TOD vs. non-TOD areas in Brisbane, Australia. Using a Two Step cluster analysis technique, three types of neighbourhood groupings were identified based on net employment density, net residential density, land use diversity, intersection density, and public transport accessibility: TODs, transit adjacent development (TADs) and traditional suburbs. Two dimensions of social capital were measured (trust and reciprocity, connections with neighbours) based on factor analysis of eight items representing elements of social capital. Multivariate regression analyses were conducted to identify links between the distributions of the dimensions of social capital on areas defined as TODs, TADs, and traditional suburbs controlling for socio-demographics and environmental factors. Results show that individuals living in TODs had a significantly higher level of trust and reciprocity and connections with neighbours compared with residents of TADs. It appears that TODs may foster the development of social sustainability.  相似文献

The objective of this study is to conduct a network analysis of the air and train connections between selected cities in Central and Eastern Europe in the context of business tourism. The selected cities are key destinations for the meeting industry in this part of Europe. The study was initiated due to the huge significance of business travel for these cities. The authors of this paper analysed the interconnections between these cities and identified the leaders of the industry in the region. 利用GIS手段,以重力度量模型、网络连通度和最短距离度量模型为基础,构建综合评价指标分析了广佛都市圈17个县区、127个空间节点的公路路网通达性。研究表明:广佛都市圈的公路路网发育较成熟,受自然环境、经济及空间距离等因素的影响,其通达性空间格局呈明显的圈层结构,通达性从都市圈的几何中心向外围递减,且向东—西方向延伸,成走廊态势,南北向的通达性递减趋势明显快于东西向,珠江北岸通达性优于南岸,并对广佛都市圈交通基础设施的规划提出调整建议。  相似文献

知识可达性(knowledge accessibility)是指一个区域(国家、地区、城市)与其他有关区域(同样也包括国家、地区、城市)之间,知识流动(溢出)的便捷程度。知识分布的空间差异是理解区域经济增长与区域经济差距的关键性因素。经济增长主要发生在产业集群高度可到达(可进入)的区位。从这个意义上讲,显示了区域经济增长过程的"区位依赖(location-dependent)"。在全球经济一体化背景下,一国一地区的发展都不可能是独立的。知识可达性的高低(或大小),反映了某一区域与其他区域进行知识交流的"机会"和"潜力",而这种接触机会、接触潜力是区域经济发展极为重要的因素。  相似文献
