TEM4(Test for English Majors[Grade 4])测试中，考生短文听写部分失分较多是普遍现象，这是短时记忆功能紊乱的突出反映。而短时记忆容量减少，大脑工作记忆状态不佳是短时记忆功能紊乱的主要表现形式。本文通过抽样分析TEM4短文听写考生得分情况，阐述导致短时记忆功能紊乱的主要原因及其与听写技能之间的内在关联，并进一步谈及对英语专业基础阶段教学的启示。

近年来对我科手术术患者,采用健康教育与亲情式护患沟通相结合模式进行护理,有效减轻了患者焦虑,密切了护患关系,提升了护理人员的业务能力、职业素养,病人满意度得到了持续提高,同时在促进患者伤口愈合,减少并发症,预防复发,提升护理人员专业价值、改善医患关系等方面起到了积极的推动作用。     

中国财政政策和货币政策的通货膨胀效应分析

宏观经济政策与通货膨胀的关系是国内外理论界争论的焦点。文章在5变量系统内检验了财政支出水平和货币供应量与通货膨胀率水平之间的关系。结果显示,中国的通货膨胀不仅是一个货币现象,也是一个财政现象。其意义在于为中国稳定通货膨胀水平的政策取向提供了参考依据。     

发包方与供应商间关系对供应商创新能力的影响

采用多元层级回归方法,对影响供应商创新能力的驱动因素以及供应商在供应链网络中的等级位置对各驱动因素与供应商创新能力间关系的调节作用进行了理论探讨和实证分析。结果显示:在跨国外包情景下,发包方支持、共享活动和联结强度对供应商的创新能力具有显著的积极影响;供应商在供应链网络中的等级位置对联结强度与供应商创新能力间关系具有显著的正向调节作用,对共享活动与供应商创新能力间关系的正向调节作用不稳定。     

美国次贷危机形成机理及对我国经济的影响

最近,美国连续和集中爆发了一连串重大金融事件,全球经济增长缓慢,次贷危机的影响越来越大,可以这样说,美国金融危机目前已进入高潮。次贷危机通过金融渠道对中国经济的稳定与健康产生了直接影响,正是在这样的背景下,本文从经济增长的三驾马车—投资、消费、贸易三个角度来分析美国次贷危机对我国经济影响进行分析研究,并在此基础上提出我国应对的策略。     

对物质宇宙的爱意与崇仰——兼论唯物主义的智本形态与情本形态

唯物主义理论有着不同的理论形式和形态,这些理论形态或形式随着人类的实践的深入而不断改变。近代工业革命以来,唯物主义建立在牛顿力学的基础上,将自然看作机械的,以开发自然、征服自然为旗帜。但工业革命所带来的环境问题、生态问题在现代则越来越困扰、甚至威胁着人类的生存。唯物主义就必须改变它的内容与形态,以自然之子的态度定位人与物质宇宙的关系,崇仰宇宙、敬畏宇宙,不是从纯粹知的形式,而且也从爱的、情智的关系上理解唯物主义的内涵与唯物主义的新形式。     

Community in a recreational setting

Abstract

The loss of community and of traditional communal ties characteristic of modern industrial society has caused many people to search for alternative sources of social identification and solidarity. Recreational sites may afford some people opportunities for constructing communities on the basis of common interests. As part of an ongoing investigation, data have been gathered over several years to discover whether elements of community can be found in a marina's social system; evidence is being sought through examination of patterns of social interaction, the system of social ranking, and ties of affection that characterize the marina's social network. Data reveal a social organization at the marina comprising subgroups with complex interaction patterns, affective ties, and communal solidarity. It appears, therefore, that at this recreational site the structure and dynamics of an alternative form of community have been constructed by boaters.

我国城镇化建设的持续推进和施工技术的飞速发展大大推动了新型建筑材料及其施工技术的发展和应用,例如砌筑、保温、防水等材料。文章以某大型商业楼工程为例,主要介绍了该工程砌体BM轻骨料连锁砌块的工程特难点、施工准备、施工要点及优缺点等内容,同时提出了施工建议。     

Understanding types of organizational networking behaviors in the UK manufacturing sector

This research is aimed at understanding firms' different types of ‘networking behaviors’, i.e., how and why firms affect their strategic network position by activities/routines/practices aimed not just at their business partners, but beyond such direct relationships. Thus, we adopt a network perspective to examine how firms exploit their webs of direct and indirect business relationships in order to assess and embrace the potential opportunities and constraints in the network. Based on the industrial network approach (INA), this exploratory research specifically focuses on networking behaviors in the UK manufacturing sector. Thirty-one semi-structured interviews with executive managers from fifteen firms were conducted. We identify four types of organizational networking behaviors by the way in which firms utilize their web of relationships to achieve certain goals. By using the concept of networking behaviors based on the INA as well as the strong-and-weak-tie argument in economic sociology, purposeful networking behaviors can be categorized into the following: information acquisition, opportunity enabling, strong-tie resource mobilization and weak-tie resource mobilization. These four ‘types’ of organizational networking behaviors provide a deeper understanding of how firms operating in business-to-business exchanges relate to and exploit their webs of direct and indirect relationships, taking into consideration the embeddedness and interconnectedness of the network context.
