用情感“互动”大学英语课堂

师生情感互动对大学英语教学的改革和发展有着重要意义。本文着重探讨了在大学英语课堂上如何有效的使用情感互动,以及师生在情感互动过程中容易出现的问题,最后指出积极的情感互动有助于教学效果的提高。     

Investigating the consequences of word of mouth from a WOM sender’s perspective in the services context

Abstract

Employing scenario-based experiments, this paper examines the effect of word of mouth (WOM) on the sender’s intention to give future WOM about the focal service provider and the self-enhancement derived from articulating WOM. Extant WOM literature considers self-enhancement as a key driver of positive WOM. This paper provides empirical evidence that a reverse effect exists and that self-enhancement is also an outcome of WOM behaviour. Results indicate that the impact of WOM on self-enhancement has substantive significance and holds for both positive and negative WOM. The effect of WOM on intentions is only partially supported. Finally, tie strength between the WOM participants partially moderates the relationship between the variables. Importantly, the impact of negative WOM is stronger than that of positive WOM.     

浅谈旅游史教学中的情意教学

情意教学作为一种运用现代教育、心理学原理进行教学的新型方法,在当今大学生素质教育中显得非常必要。本文分析了旅游史教学运用情意教学的必要性和意义,探讨了制定旅游史情意教学目标的方法,提出了在旅游史教学中运用情意教学的具体构想,总结了实施情意教学应注意的问题。     

劳动力转移对农业农村的影响研究——以浙江省台州市黄岩区为例

农村劳动力的转移,对促进农民收入的增长、农村经济的发展,起到积极的作用,是农村实现小康的重要途径之一。搞好浙江省台州市黄岩区剩余劳动力转移应做好以下几点：加快农村城镇化建设;搞好农村教育和职业培训;积极推进农业经济结构调整;大力发展农村第三产业;建立完善的劳动力市场;健全组织,搞好服务。     

Compensating Wage Differentials for Schooling Risk in Denmark*

In this paper we analyse the association between wage differentials and risk using detailed information on length and type of education as seen in Danish administrative registers. Our contribution to the literature is that we distinguish between transitory (time‐series) and permanent (cross‐sectional) income shocks, and estimate the compensation for both sorts of risk. We find that wage risk in a given education cell is associated with higher wages, while skewness is associated with lower wages. As a robustness check, we see that ad hoc risk measures based on earnings‐mobility indicators confirm these findings.     

Out of Africa: The role of institutional distance and host-home colonial tie in South African Firms’ post-acquisition performance in developed economies

The colonial ties and institutional distance affect the cross-border acquisition performance of internationalizing South African firms who acquire targets in developed economies. Along with these main effects, this paper examines the moderating effect of the colonial tie on the effects of institutional distance on post-acquisition long-term operating performance. Using data on South African acquisitions in developed economies, this study finds that the colonial tie has a negative impact on the long-term operating performance of South African acquirers. Yet, the colonial tie also moderates the effects of institutional distance. This work contributes to the discussion on host-home country institutional distance and its impact on post-acquisition long-term operating performance and how colonial past can influence the performance of acquirers from South Africa and other such countries with colonial history.     

自我监控对销售绩效的动态影响研究:社会网络的视角

从社会网络分析和销售绩效管理的角度,分析销售人员自我监控人格对其组织内部整体社会网络构建、组织外部客户网络构建及其销售绩效的影响。着重探讨关系双方不同自我监控水平组合对关系建立、发展、维系等的动态影响;分析组织内部社会网络与外部客户网络对销售绩效的不同影响及其交互效应;讨论产品复杂性对自我监控人格、内外社会网络构建与销售绩效关系的调节作用。基于文献推演了前述研究假设,理论贡献体现在从关系双方的自我监控水平组合来考察其对社会网络特征和销售绩效的影响,探索了自我监控水平对社会网络特征的动态影响及其演化规律。     

Jeong exchange and collective leadership in Korean organizations

How does the Korean management system work with open interaction and without excessive power abuse, in spite of the emphasis on authority and hierarchy in Korean society? This paper explicates the concept of jeong exchange, an emotional support mechanism based on informal social ties, as the basis of social capital in Korean collectives (woori). Jeong exchange is first described and then contrasted with related concepts in the other major Confucian societies of China and Japan. It is then used to develop the notion of “collective leadership” to describe the nature and process of Korean leadership.

物流集群共享性资源对物流企业动态能力的影响机理——价值共创的中介作用和齐美尔连接的调节作用

构建了物流集群共享性资源对物流企业动态能力影响机理的理论框架。在此基础上,采用区间数拓展DEMATEL法及基于贝氏估计值的结构方程模型方法,实证检验了价值共创的中介作用及齐美尔连接的调节作用。结果表明:价值共创对物流企业的动态能力有显著的促进作用;价值共创对物流集群共享性资源(共同声誉、集群渠道、集群知识网络、集群竞合氛围、当地机构支持)与物流企业动态能力的关系起部分中介作用;强齐美尔连接和强非齐美尔连接均显著正向调节价值共创与物流企业动态能力的正向关系;弱齐美尔连接和弱非齐美尔连接均不显著正向调节价值共创与物流企业动态能力的正向关系。
