中国高新技术产业和标准互促国际化问题研究

技术标准国际化和对应产业国际化成长之间相互促进.依据波特国家优势论、战略性贸易理论、新兴古典贸易理论三大贸易理论的逻辑分析揭示出,中国应凭借人口和市场规模优势,通过厂商培育、战略性扶持、贸易效率改善、产业联盟组建、经贸合作策略,推动本国后天形成内生性、战略型高新技术比较优势产业.并以此促进高新技术标准国际化.     

财务契约与公司治理

公司治理问题是国内外普遍存在的问题,本文在吸收前人研究成果的基础上,援引利益相关者“共同治理“的思想,并结合契约理论,从参与企业各个主体的契约出发,分析了公司治理中存在的问题,利用博弈论方法结合实际情况,试图设计较为合理的公司治理机制,以解决我国资本市场、信贷市场等存在的问题。     

Services, growth poles and advanced economies

In the twenty-first century, nearly 70% of new jobs in the US have been in services, matching worldwide expansion of the services sector. This paper discusses the role of services in advanced economies internationally as a vehicle for ongoing growth and prosperity. The discussion will be frames through pole theory. Contributions of private, profit driven service activity is assessed. Services provide stability while contributing to the growth process, and may constitute growth poles on their own as in money markets and insurance. Services facilitate business and business change, both in domestic and international markets.     

突变论在桥梁方案比选应用中的进一步研究

桥梁方案的比选过程中包含很多要素，既包括具有确定性、可以定量表示的客观要素；同时也包括一些具有不确定性、难以给出定量表示的主观要素。如果把两者合理科学的统一起来，就需要应用到数学方法。文中通过对突变优选理论的研究，在突变级数法的研发基础上，更进一步提出因子分析方法的理论方法研究，为突变优选理论在桥梁方案比选中的应用提出更进一步的探讨。     

Understanding attributes affecting meal choice decisions in a bundling context

This study examined attributes that contribute to consumer meal choice decisions within a prix fixe menu. Drawing on typologies of consumer purchase behavior, factors potentially influencing consumers’ meal choice are identified and empirically tested. The results showed that consumers consider value for price as the most important consideration for their meal bundle choices. The results also indicated that familiar and healthy foods also contribute to the selection process. However, consumers tend to avoid the risk of choosing new menu items.     

Research on the institution of China construction employee based on relation theory

Based on the theory that the management is about dynamic ＂relations＂, this paper analyzes the relationship between the construction industry and the ＂peasant laborer＂ in different stages, different contents and different aspects. It establishes the three-dimensional model for these relations and points out that a good relationship between the construction enterprise and the construction employees in this crucial time of construction industry is a very crucial link of the achievements, as well as the well-being of the construction enterprises.     

区域物流需求预测的LaOR方法

目前回归函数中普遍存在的泛化能力得不到保证的缺点,结合统计学习理论的研究成果,建立了基于最小一乘准则的最优回归模型(LaOR模型)。与以往回归模型相比较,新模型综合考虑了回归误差和置信范围,可望有效地降低回归模型的期望风险。上海市将LaOR应用到物流需求的短期预测中,取得了可以接受的预测效果。     

发展传播学视野中的媒介理论变迁

发展传播理论是20世纪下半叶以来围绕传播与社会发展问题兴起的理论范式。由于全球大众传播领域的迅猛发展以及全球政治经济结构的变化,发展传播理论经历了自身理论范式的转换,并面对全球化的新发展视野。重新审视20世纪50年代以来发展传播学视野中大众媒介的角色与功能,在构建和谐社会、全面建设小康社会的国内环境以及全球化的语境中具有重要意义。
