现行的物业管理体制与社会主义市场经济不相适应；提出以业主自治、市场化管理为核心内容的开放式物业管理模式；从权力结构、服务管理系统、管理目标及实现条件等方面对开放式物业管理模式进行了探讨和分析。     

The employee-organization relationship, organizational citizenship behaviors, and superior service quality

This study proposes a model of customer-contact service employee management that examines organizational citizenship behaviors as critical links between aspects of the employee-organization relationship (perceived organizational support, organizational identification) and customers’ perceptions of service quality. In addition, it investigates the role of job autonomy in providing the necessary behavioral discretion for employees to be able to perform citizenship behaviors. The hypothesized model was partially supported. Theoretical and managerial implications are explored.     

Pop-Ups, Cookies, and Spam: Toward a Deeper Analysis of the Ethical Significance of Internet Marketing Practices

While e-commerce has grown rapidly in recent years, some of the practices associated with certain aspects of marketing on the Internet, such as pop-ups, cookies, and spam, have raised concerns on the part of Internet users. In this paper I examine the nature of these practices and what I take to be the underlying source of this concern. I argue that the ethical issues surrounding these Internet marketing techniques move us beyond the traditional treatment of the ethics of marketing and advertising found in discussions of business ethics previously. Rather, I show that the questions they raise ultimately turn upon questions of technique and the ways in which technologies can transform the fundamental means by which relationships are established and maintained within a social environment. I then argue that the techniques of e-commerce are indeed transforming the means by which businesses relate to consumers, and that this transformation is affecting the applicability of our previous ways of demarcating the imperatives determining the limits of accessibility between consumers and businesses. Properly addressing the ethical status of the techniques of e-marketing as such necessarily moves us to consider the changes that Internet commerce are having upon the norms that govern individuals in their relations with others.

仁者见仁,智者见智,对文学作品的欣赏不能千篇一律。在课堂上,老师要充分发挥学生的自主性,引导学生提出自己的独特的见;解。发挥学生的自主性首先要转变学习理念,从"被学习"转为"要学习";其次要创新教学方法,由灌输变为引导;最后要包容不同观点,由"必须"转为"如果"。     

促进经济欠发达地区和谐村民自治的对策研究

文章通过对我国经济欠发达地区村民自治运行的现状和存在的问题的分析,认为要促进经济欠发达地区村民自治和谐有序地开展,必须从动员乡村精英积极参与、标本兼治农村的黑恶势力等几个方面着手。     

Organisational Control and the Self: Critiques and Normative Expectations

This article explores the normative assumptions about the self that are implicitly and explicitly embedded in critiques of organisational control. Two problematic aspects of control are examined – the capacity of some organisations to produce unquestioning commitment, and the elicitation of ‹false’ selves. Drawing on the work of Rom Harré, and some examples of organisational-self processes gone awry, I investigate the dynamics involved and how they violate the normative expectations that we hold regarding the self, particularly its moral autonomy and authenticity. The article concludes by arguing that, despite post-structuralist challenges, some notion of a ‹core’ or ‹real’ self still holds salience for employees negotiating their identities within regimes of control. The assumptions and expectations surrounding this aspect of self are also a pivotal element in the western intellectual tradition that promotes and enables critique.     

明晰产权与规范政府

2 0世纪 80年代以来的放权让利含有丰富的产权改革内涵。它既使财政从国有企业的融资活动中逐步淡出 ,也使财政不再为国有企业承担盈亏责任。但是 ,这种改革未能实现国有企业的产权明晰化 ,因为它局限于国有企业制度中的经济性层面 ,没有触及国有企业制度中的行政性层面。这是行政权利益左右中国改革走向的结果。要进一步深化改革 ,必须约束行政权力 ,规范政府行为 ,必须改革国有企业制度中的行政性层面。不然 ,明晰产权就是一句空话     

对地方普通高校非英语专业本科生进行元认知训练的实验

本文是一篇英语学习元认知策略培训的实证研究。通过英语阅读教学对大学二年级非英语专业本科生进行了元认知策略的培训。本研究采用了把元认知知识与元认知策略结合起来的三阶段训练模式,旨在通过该培训过程促进学生英语学习水平的提高,减少地方普通院校中学生英语学习的依赖性和被动性,提高学生自主学习的意识,成为管理和支配学习的主人。训练的结果表明,这种把元认知训练与教学结合起来的明晰式训练是有效的。     

The roles of OCB and automation in the relationship between job autonomy and organizational performance: a moderated mediation model

This study examines the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the relationship between job autonomy and organizational performance in the manufacturing industry. The study also investigates the moderating role of automation in those relationships. Although it is well known that job autonomy has an intimate relationship with employees’ attitudes at the individual level, no studies have yet elucidated the relationships of job autonomy with OCB and organizational performance at the organizational level. Moreover, no research has investigated the role of automation in an OB discipline, although automation constitutes an important contextual variable. Using a moderated mediation model, this study found that OCB mediated the relationship between job autonomy and performance, and that these relationships were stronger in less automated organizations. The findings offer implications regarding how job autonomy can improve organizational performance and which organizations benefit more from job autonomy.     

物权法定原则——兼评物权法定原则之否定

物权法定原则已为我国物权法确定为基本原则之一,对我国物权体系的确立,交易秩序的维持具有划时代意义.通过对物权法定原则概念的界定、内容的阐述,以及物权法定原则确立的原因及违反结果的论述,分析了当前物权法定原则否定学说的理由,指出其实质的不舍理性,明确了在我国坚持物权法定原则的意义及其解决物权实践问题的价值.
