Organizational Culture: A Framework and Strategies for Facilitating Employee Whistleblowing

Seven dimensions of organizational culture that influence the employee reflection process that ultimately leads to whistleblowing behavior are presented. These include 1) vigilance, 2) engagement, 3) credibility, 4) accountability, 5) empowerment, 6) courage, and 7) options. Key considerations within each dimension are discussed and a compliance framework is used to identify strategies for encouraging a culture that supports employee communication, questioning, and reporting of illegal, unethical, and illegitimate practices within organizations.     

建构高校“原理”课程教学体系应遵循的几个原则

高校思想政治理论课"05方案"实施以来,怎样将教材优势转化为教学优势,一直是广大思想政治理论课教师探讨的问题。该文提出的建构"原理"("马克思主义基本原理概论"简称)课程教学体系应遵循教材体系所体现的马克思主义基本原理整体性原则、突出重点原则和理论联系实际原则,既符合中央对"马克思主义基本原理概论"课教学的要求,也符合"原理"教材的本真精神,对于把"原理"课程教材优势转化为"原理"课程教学优势是一个有益的探索。     

声波透射法在混凝土灌注桩桩身完整性检测中的应用

对于大直径混凝土灌注桩的检测来说声波透射法是当前最可靠的方法之一,能够相当准确的判别桩的各类缺陷。本文介绍了声波透射法的基本原理,在检测过程中需要注意的各类问题。通过现场检测实例提出了桩身存在缺陷时声学参数的几种特征。     

浅谈高校考风建设与诚信教育

考风是校风的重要组成部分,是一所大学传统底蕴和办学理念的集中体现。良好的考风考纪是提高人才培养质量的必要因素,是维护学生评价工作的严肃性和权威性的保证。可是在当前高校中,考风不正是一个相当普遍的问题,这不仅违反了考试公平、公正原则,而且无法正常反映出教与学的效果,考风不正的原因有很多,诚信教育的缺失是主要方面。本文对当前高校考风中存在的种种问题进行了系统分析和总结,然后针对这些问题,从多个方面入手提出相应的对策。     

培养旅游职业人才 注重行业诚信教育

在旅游业飞速发展的今天,在国际国内旅游大环境下,加强品牌意识,打造诚信旅游的呼声越来越高,因诚信而引起的旅游投诉所占的比例越来越高,旅游从业人员诚信素质不高等等一些现实问题期待诚信教育。旅游职业教育在诚信教育中应当首当其冲,加强旅游从业人员,特别是旅游第一线的工作人员诚信教育是旅游职业教育当中最重要的内容。本文以旅游职业诚信教育为脚本进行了初步研究。主要从旅游职业教育诚信教育面对的现状、存在问题和加强诚信教育的对策等方面综述了旅游职业人才培养的诚信教育。     

Optimising a Probabilistic Model of the Development of Play in Soccer

We present a probabilistic model based on the one developed by Hernández Mendo and Anguera (Revista de Psicologíca Social, 16(1), 71–93, 2001). Here we have tried to break down the interaction contexts that the opposing teams are able to generate and transform during the game. We are aware that a given player or team does not produce consistent behaviour in similar situations. However, a degree of uncertainty is assumed to exist regarding whether the results obtained are a specific function of the analysis used. In order to carry out this research a category system which optimized that used in the previous model was developed. This system should enable the interaction between teams to be observed within the actual play of a soccer game. A lag sequential analysis was performed on the basis of a coding of the behavioural flow. After describing the behavioural patterns obtained a probabilistic model of the development of play in soccer is proposed.     

新制度经济学视角下保险理赔难的原因与对策研究

保险理赔难近年已经成为消费者投诉的一个重点,制约中国保险业健康发展。通过使用制度经济学的方法,分析其原因主要就是理赔制度的不完善和监督制度的低效率。通过完善保险理赔和保险公估制度,建立全国信用征信体系等措施,有助于解决理赔难的问题,促进保险业的健康发展。     

Does peer group size influence social preferences and risk taking?

This paper examines whether the ex post relative payoffs of peers as well as the size of the peer group impact an agent's willingness to take risks. For example, persons in a flood plain may be less likely to purchase flood insurance if their neighbors also refrain from purchasing. We generalize the Fehr‐Schmidt (1999) model to allow the intensity of the social preferences to vary with the size of the peer group. Our experiment tests whether subjects are more or less likely to choose a lottery over a fixed payment when others have been assigned either the same lottery or the fixed payment. Using both between and within subject designs, we find risk‐taking behaviour is not responsive to the risks faced by others regardless of the size of peer group.

中国的社会主义市场经济正在蓬勃发展,但市场经济体制还不完善,社会道德建设面临一系列挑战,需要我们对原有的一些道德观念和原则进行相应的调整,建立起与社会主义市场经济相适应的道德体系,社会主义思想道德体系,必须以为人民服务为核心,以集体主义为原则,以诚实守信为重点。
