基于直扩体制的时分多址(TDMA)卫星星座组网,信号帧前导段长度越短、净荷长度越长,数据传输的效率就越高。但是,直扩体制信号帧前导段长度越短意味着接收信号捕获增益就越低,捕获概率就越低。另外,前导段长度越短要求锁相环信号跟踪收敛速度越快。星座组网整网数据传输效率受到卫星信号同步算法性能的制约。为了提高直扩信号同步算法的性能,从捕获与跟踪两个部分对同步算法进行了改进,提出了一种直扩信号快速同步改进算法。针对捕获部分,分析了前置低通滤波器带宽对扩频信号的自相关函数的影响,通过选择滤波器参数在保证相关主峰无明显恶化情况下提升1/4码片偏差相关峰能量1 dB以上。针对跟踪部分,提出了一种调整闭环控制系统的零极点分布优化锁相环时域响应的锁相环设计方法,给出了基于控制理论优化锁相环闭环系统的零极点分布的四点原则,利用该方法设计的锁相环能大大降低信号跟踪的收敛时间。仿真结果表明,所提改进算法与传统同步方法相比能有效提高信号的捕获概率,加快信号跟踪的收敛速度,明显减少信号的同步时间。 相似文献

Effective organizational leadership and human resource management depend upon efficient communication. However, online social networking is revolutionizing the way this occurs. Contrary to traditional forms of media where communication flows in a linear manner, online social networking (OSN) platforms enable individuals to interact with each other, thereby making communication a two‐way process. Networking platforms are dramatically changing the way in which people communicate especially in global organizations that operate in different time zones and countries. This paper explores how OSN influences the internal communication effectiveness of today's leaders and their reports. A significant stream of research states that communication effectiveness is the foundation of modern organizations.Given that a number of these modern organizations have started to use OSN platforms internally as another channel of communication, it is crucial to identify ways in which today's leaders can communicate effectively in an online setting and what organizational features can facilitate use of new technology. The study shows the importance of leader adjustment to an online setting. However it also cautions that a supportive culture is needed, and there are instances where OSN cannot replace direct face‐to‐face communication. 相似文献

This is the first study to measure the size and costs of informal networking, quizzing the premise that informal networks benefit individuals, households and entrepreneurs. On the basis of survey data from the Western Balkans (WB) and empirical analysis, we establish that informal networking, or use of personal contacts for getting things done, has a regular occurrence in the region and its economic cost is substantial. In the structure of networking costs, the costs of invested time dominate over money. Respondents who perceive networking as important and beneficial tend to invest more time and money to maintain their networks. Higher costs are associated with larger networks, which are predominantly built on strong ties. The informal networking costs are also higher for those with better education and income, and in particular for entrepreneurs. Consequently, individuals bear the high costs of informal networking not only for social and culturally determined reasons, but to a large extent for instrumental purposes. Our data suggest that both sociability and instrumentality drive informal networking, which makes it an outcome of both informal constraints (taboos, customs, traditions, and codes of conduct) and inefficient formal rules (constitutions, laws, property rights). 相似文献

Cities play a key role in the modem global economy. They became full-fledged (together with states, multinational corporations, and international economic organizations) subjects of international economy relationships; concentrated financial and commodity markets, enormous productive and innovative potential of humanity. The main reasons of transformation of economic importance of cities are their advantages in comparison with State economic systems. Labor and capital in urban economy systems are more mobile and productive; cities are more predisposed to create and commercialize innovations. Moreover, cities are easier to connect with international markets and world trade, which are able to reduce transport costs, to increase own investment attractiveness, and to rapidly form new types of business activities and forms of manufacturing organization. AbstractWhile research has supported the contention that organisational embeddedness can influence voluntary turnover, little research examines how employees develop embeddedness. Understanding how employees develop embeddedness, however, is important to deal with the costly issue of voluntary turnover. This paper suggests that the personality traits of conscientiousness, emotional stability and extraversion can predict embeddedness and that social networking can also shape organisational embeddedness. Embeddedness is expected to negatively impact turnover intentions in turn. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires (n = 401) in service sector companies in the Caribbean nation of Trinidad. A research design with three waves was used to test the proposed research model. The findings suggest that the personality dimensions of conscientiousness, emotional stability and extraversion predict organisational embeddedness, that social networking impacts embeddedness and that embeddedness predicts intent to turnover. Implications, limitations and future research directions offered by these findings are also discussed. 相似文献
