“一国两制”理论与实践的历史考察和经验总结——兼论党的历代领导集体对祖国统一的贡献

从以毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民为核心的党的三代领导集体到以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央,在对港澳台问题思考与解决的历史进程中,一国两制理论经历了从萌芽、形成到成功实践及在实践中进一步丰富发展的历史过程,并且积累了宝贵的经验,即目标原则问题上必须坚定不移,政策问题上要灵活务实,实践问题上充分考虑对方的利益,不仅着眼于统一,还要着眼于统一后的繁荣与稳定,在实践中不断丰富和发展一国两制理论等。这些经验对中国共产党进一步完成祖国统一大业意义重大。

An Assessment of the CETSCALE in a Developing Country

Abstract

Researchers have been exhorted to test the psychometric properties of instruments used in cross cultural studies and ascertain their validity and reliability in order to make the results emanating from the use of such instruments generalisable. This study answers such a call for rigorous evaluation of the psychometric properties of cross-national measures that are valid and reliable. The study reports the findings of an assessment of the psychometric properties of the consumer ethnocentric tendencies scale (CETSCALE) in the developing West African country of Ghana. More specifically, the study explores CETSCALE's unidimensionality, internal consistency, and discriminant validity. The findings of our study are both consistent and inconsistent with the extant literature. In particular, while our analysis indicates that the CETSCALE is internally consistent and exhibits discriminant validity, it is not unidimensional as has been reported in earlier studies. Marketing and research implications of the study are suggested.     

后危机时代转轨国家经济发展模式的转变——以俄罗斯及中东欧国家为例

本文在分析了转轨国家面临的被西欧外资银行所控制的金融系统、外资银行为主导的银行信贷模式和个人房贷为主体的信贷结构,以及"高负债、高投资"的经济模式和依赖资源或能源出口的经济模式等主要问题基础上,总结了俄罗斯及中东欧转轨国家经济发展模式向自主创新、内外需结合型经济转变,出口商品向多元化销售渠道、多样化商品结构以及高技术含量转变的主要动向,提出了转轨国家经济结构调整方向的政策建议。     

Designing an International Marketing Research Course

Given the ever increasing importance of international marketing research, business schools wishing to emphasize the international dimension should offer a course-on this topic. Such a course should discuss the environment in which international marketine research is conducted. Attention should be focused on the mark&ng environment, government environment, legal environment, economic environment, structural environment, informational and technological environment, and sociocultural environment. The course should also cover a discussion of how the six steps of the marketing research Drocess. namelv. Problem Definition. Develo~ine an ~ p ~ r g a c h , ~esearch ~ e s i p ~&ulation, Field ~&k/Data koE lection, Data Pre~aration and Analysis, and Re~ort Pre~aration and Presentation, shobld be implementkd in an int&nation& setting. A framework for the design of an international marketing research course is presented and the course content is discussed.     

Associations of traffic safety attitudes and ticket fixing behaviours with the crash history of Pakistani drivers

The study assessed whether traffic safety attitudes and ticket fixing behaviours were associated with the crash history. A total of 4018 male drivers from Lahore city participated in this cross sectional study. Most were aged 18–30 years (58.7%, n = 2362), 71.9% (n = 2887) received a traffic ticket, 66.5% (n = 2672) reported previous traffic ticket fixing and 71.3% (n = 2865) considered crashes as being the will of God. Crash history was reported by 95.4% (n = 3821) of drivers, and 58.2% of them reported being involved in a road traffic crash. The likelihood of reporting a previous crash was higher in those who had received a traffic sign violation ticket [adjusted odds ratio (aOR) = 1.40; 95% confidence interval (95%CI) = 1.15–1.72], were involved in traffic ticket fixing (aOR = 1.28; 95%CI = 1.07–1.53), and considered crashes as will of God (aOR = 1.86; 95% CI = 1.57–2.22). These results suggested the need for improving traffic enforcement monitoring and safety education in Pakistan.     

商业银行信贷的国别风险与管理策略

信贷国别风险已上升为国际社会最为关注的风险之一。与商业银行一般信贷风险相比,国别风险在风险的界定、风险的源头、风险的种类、风险的补偿、风险的群体、风险的关联、风险的分类以及风险的计量方面都有明显的不同。目前对国别风险认识尚处于初级阶段,只是定性的指引而并没有定量分析,鉴别和衡量技术标准不一,风险计提实际操作难度大。因此,对于国别风险事件中信贷资本回收等造成的影响和损失商业银行应进行量化评估,建立与国别风险暴露规模相适应的监测机制,对不同类型、不同概率和规模的国别事件引发的风险分类处理。     

Impact of employer branding on organization’s performance

An increasing number of organizations embark on employer branding although this practice is not theoretically supported. Our study explores the employer brand by employing branding that examines the interrelation between the elements and the branding process’ outcomes. Our study is based on the employer branding model having two major components: the employer brand (with interrelated internal and external images) and the efficiency outcomes originating from the application of the employer branding process. Our study combines quantitative and qualitative research methods. The data were obtained from the companies operating in the western province of Sri Lanka. Our findings reveal that organizations with an advanced employer branding strategy have greater productivity than those organizations who lack or have partially developed strategy. Our study compares organizations with different levels of implementation of the employer branding strategy. Special attention is paid to organizational communication and the incorporation of values into the external and internal employer brand.
