基于共生理论的中小房地产企业培训联盟初探

房地产企业是知识密集型企业,人力资源的培训与开发十分重要。然而,目前中小房地产企业培训中存在不少问题和困难。根据共生理论,中小房地产企业可以通过构建培训联盟,在降低培训成本的同时,有效提升中小房地产企业培训效果。最终实现中小房地产企业与教研机构,以及企业之间的互惠共生,从而推动我国房地产行业的发展。     

PUBLIC CHOICE THEORY AND HOUSE OF LORDS REFORM

By revealing the propensity of elected governments to indulge in self‐interest at the expense of the people's liberty, public choice theory provides powerful arguments in favour of an appointed House of Lords rather than an elected upper chamber.     

Accounting for optimism and pessimism in expected utility

We provide a preference foundation for decision under risk resulting in a model where probability weighting is linear as long as the corresponding probabilities are not extreme (i.e., 0 or 1). This way, most of the elegance and mathematical tractability of expected utility is maintained and also much of its normative foundation. Yet, the new model can accommodate the extreme sensitivity towards changes from 0 to almost impossible and from almost certain to 1 that has widely been documented in the experimental literature. The model can be viewed as “expected utility with the best and worst in mind” as suggested by Chateauneuf, Eichberger and Grant (Chateauneuf, Alain, Eichberger, Jürgen, Grant, Simon, 2007. Choice under uncertainty with the best and worst in mind: NEO-Additive capacities. Journal of Economic Theory 137, 538–567) or, following our preference foundation, interpreted as “expected utility with consistent optimism and pessimism”.     

工业产品设计数字化表现的前景探析

文章通过对工业产品设计数字化表现形式资料的收集和整理,结合笔者对工业产品设计数字化的认识和理解,针对如何利用数字化技术,促进未来工业产品设计发展的问题,着重阐述了产品美学和人文精神的意义,提出了具有总结性和前瞻性的初步研究结果,以谋求数字化时代工业设计产业的发展和进步。

员工管理是企业管理的重要组成部分。在当前快速变化的市场环境里,企业员工管理工作面临着新的挑战和机遇。文章提出了基于情境理论的全视角员工管理理念,并从员工层面、管理人员层面和公司层面对其进行了阐述。     

CLASSIFYING MONETARY ECONOMICS: FIELDS AND METHODS FROM PAST TO FUTURE

Abstract We propose a simple, yet sufficiently encompassing, classification scheme of monetary economics. It comprises three fundamental fields and six recent areas that expand within and across these fields. The elements of our scheme are not found together and in their mutual relationships in earlier studies of the relevant literature; neither does this attempt aim to produce a relatively complete systematization. Our intention in taking stock is not finality or exhaustiveness. We rather suggest a viewpoint and a possible ordering of the accumulating knowledge. Our purpose is to promote discussion on the evolving nature and internal consistency of monetary economics at large.     

Evidence in development of sustainability reporting: a case of a developing country

Current development in social accounting presents an interesting phenomenon. Companies are increasingly engaging in sustainability initiatives and reporting their activities in annual reports, company websites and other media of communication. Unlike previous studies, which have mainly used ex post content analysis of annual reports or other published data to study the relationship between disclosure and possible determinants, this study starts with an interview with the local preparer before the data is triangulated to determine the significant possible determinants. The interview findings are interpreted through institutional theory for possible identification of determinants. Initially, the interview findings indicate that all three mechanisms of isomorphism, the coercive, the normative and the mimetic, contribute to Malaysian company sustainability reporting. However, the regression results prove that only a government linked company in the plantation industry, which is large in size, has a significant amount of sustainability reporting. 行业体制改革的普适性新解：新自由主义的悖论

诚如弗朗西斯·福山所言2008年金融危机预示着新自由主义这服药剂的失效,以新自由主义为路径的行业体制改革在拉美和苏东的失败也说明：缺乏普适性的西式“休克疗法”并不能实现行业治理的“善治”;法德的混合模式和日本的M型战略也为后发展中国家提供了有益的借鉴。然而中西方的主流学者以新自由主义治理理论分析中国的行业改革成败,并根据行业化改革的失败和经济发展巨大成就这一“中国悖论”,呼吁建立英美“政府——行业组织——公民社会”三元共治的政治、经济、社会权力架构。因此,重新评估新自由主义路径的普适性,进而“缓慢刹车战略”,而又不贸然追求新自由主义形式的中国行业体制改革未尝不会成为一种新的范式。     

电力电子技术理实一体化教学分析研究

电力电子技术是采用电力电子器件对电能进行控制和变换的科学,对高职类学生来说,本课程的主要目的是使学生从应用角度熟悉电力电子器件的工作特性,从而能够对电力电子的核心内容变流技术进行相应的分析。理实一体化教学使学生在学习理论知识的同时,可以利用实训室的设备对这些器件进行了解和合理的搭接,从而更好的掌握这门课程。     

高职艺术设计理论教学现状及对策研究

目前,在我国高职教育以培养实践性、技能型人才为目标的大环境下,理论教学一直处于边缘化状态,问题表现更为突出的是艺术设计类专业的教学环节当中理论与实践教学相脱节现象较为严重,这对于文化知识层次相对薄弱、专业设计意识较差,想要具备相应的能体现设计内涵的表现能力的学生来说是比较困难的。因此,在强化学生实践技能的前提下,提高学生的理论素养,把艺术理论教学和设计实践紧密结合是十分必要的。
