人的全面自由发展目标实现的历史分析

人的全面自由发展是一个自然历史过程,人的发展状况归根结底是社会经济规律运动的表现。在总体框架下,社会经济历史中发生的对人的发展有各种主观选择,它们尽管不能超越历史的制约,却不一定是当时历史条件下的最佳方案。在不同的社会发展阶段,人的全面自由发展具有不同的内涵。共同富裕、共同发展目标应当作为社会主义初级阶段人的全面自由发展的历史特征。在不脱离现时代经济文化结构的前提下,注重人的发展完全可以从文明发展、劳动力生产社会化、社会保障、增强人民群众环境维护权、努力改变城乡二元经济结构等方面入手。

How middle managers' group‐focus emotions and social identities influence strategy implementation

The literature on top‐down strategy implementation has overlooked social‐emotional factors. The results of a three‐year field study of a large technology firm show how top executives who favor an affect neutral task approach can inadvertently activate middle managers' organization‐related social identities, such as length of time working for the company (newcomers versus veterans) and language spoken by senior executives (English versus French), generating group‐focus emotions. These emotions prompt middle managers—even those elevated to powerful positions by top executives—to support or covertly dismiss a particular strategic initiative even when their immediate personal interests are not directly under threat. This study contributes to the strategy implementation literature by linking senior executives' actions and middle managers' social identities, group‐focus emotions, and resulting behaviors to strategy implementation outcomes. Exploring Continued and Discontinued Use of IT: A Case Study of OptionFinder, a Group Support System

This study explores how perceptions, experience, attitudes, communication behavior and environment affect continued and discontinued use of a group support system (GSS) as an organizational innovation. The case study method was used to investigate the largely unexplored process of GSS adoption and diffusion in terms of human factors, internal organizational context, external organizational environment and GSS management activities. Analysis of data collected in 25 in-depth interviews with informants who had voluntarily adopted GSS for use in one or more meetings they initiated, suggests GSS diffusion is a complex process. The author concluded the most significant determinants of initial adoption was support of a champion, while the presence of an intra-departmental champion and a well-rounded GSS infrastructure strongly influenced continued use. Lack of task-technology fit and perception of GSS as a large group tool strongly influenced discontinued use. The surprising finding that intentions to use GSS were the same for continued and discontinued users, led to the conclusion that some discontinued users are in reality stalled users who should not be classified as rejecters of the technology.These research findings have important implications for devising strategies for the effective introduction and assimilation of GSS and other information system technologies, and point to the need for continued support throughout the different stages of the diffusion process.     

The Secretary Problem Revisited - The Group Decision-Making Perspective

We consider a decision situation where there is an initial set of alternatives that may be augmented, a variant of the problem known in the literature as the "secretary problem". We focus the discussion on the special case of group decision-making, where a group or committee is charged with the responsibility of negotiating the decision. We investigate situations of explicitly stated (multiple) criteria and the simpler situation of no such stated criteria. The former case includes the congenial, the mixed, and the uncongenial cases, where the individuals agree on the direction of all, some, or none of the criteria, respectively. We offer a framework within which a group of individuals can be supported in such a decision process. In the case of explicit criteria, we provide the decision-makers with probability information of the likelihood of finding more preferred alternatives provided the initial set of alternatives is expanded. The framework is tested using a simulated real-world choice situation.

在层次分析法计算指标权重的基础上,研究了如何运用群体决策的方法来确定评价指标的综合权重。首先,在单一专家情况下,运用层次分析法求出指标权童;然后求出群体决策中各专家所获得的相对权重;最后,对每一指标的权重进行线性加权,从而得到在群体决策情况下基于专家的相对权重来对评价对象进行综合评价的方法     

交易费用和市场区理论下的集团规模扩张研究

随着我国市场经济的发展，国内一些企业开始或正在服企业的内部和外部致力于把企业“盘大”，但考虑到企业的长期稳定与健康的发展，我们必须要避免有些企业集团规模扩张过快、过急，甚至带有盲目性，同时我们也要防止因企业在其发展过程不顾主客观条件，贪大求快，导致企业集团经济效益大幅度滑坡，甚至最终严重亏损。本文主要从交易费用理论和市场区理论的角度对企业集团规模扩张问题进行了探讨。     

建筑施工项目经理绩效评价体系研究

通过对建筑施工企业项目经理绩效评价现状分析，根据施工项目特性，完善了施工项目经理绩效评价指标体系。采用群决策层次分析法确定施工项目经理绩效评价指标权重，并用模糊综合评判进行科学评价，以得到对项目经理绩效客观、公正的考核。
