属地化电子商务是针对制约电子商务发展因素而提出的一种策略。它的基本思想是在利用传统商务模式供应商现有资源的基础上,通过电子化的手段降低交易费用,以实现属地化电子商务参与各方获得收益。     

Disposition Effect and Tolerance to Losses in Stock Investment Decisions: An Experimental Study

This study aims to verify whether people tolerate losses within the self-established limit through an experimental methodological procedure. In addition, it aims to analyze the decision behavior in terms of the time they take to realize gains and losses, as a way to test the manifestation of the disposition effect. The experiment consists in decision to sell stock from 4 companies, 2 with potentially negative returns and 2 with positive returns. The participants demonstrated that they accept more losses than they had attested they would bear in advance and manifested the typical disposition effect, under which people sell the winning stock earlier than the losing stock. There was no difference between men and women in the manifestation of the disposition effect, and women performed worse because they had established lower bearable losses and higher required gains in advance.

针对第三方平台下银行供应链金融操作系统具有多种不确定性共存的特点,将盲数理论引入操作风险评估领域,建立基于盲数理论的第三方平台下银行供应链金融操作风险评估模型。结合实例检验了该评估模型的有效性和实用性。该模型弥补了传统确定性方法的不足,具有较高效度,为有效评估第三方平台下银行供应链金融操作风险提供了新思路。     

基于网络平台的城市绿色生态住宅小区评价系统的设计与实现

文章在分析国内外生态住宅环境评价的基础上,提出基于Internet平台的城市绿色生态住宅小区评价系统的构建方案。系统根据生态住宅小区评价的业务流程,设置对外信息发布子系统、住宅小区环境评价业务管理子系统、参评项目电子文件制作子系统三个模块。系统可实现远程客户端参评资料上传或在线填写;评审专家远程登录系统,对已建成或规划中的住宅小区总体环境进行定性与定量化的评价;系统克服了传统单机评价系统的时间以及空间的限制,有效地提高了工作效率。     

双边间接网络效应对平台产品扩散与定价的作用研究

本文在BASS扩散模型的基础上,引入双边间接网络效应的作用,建立平台产品的扩散模型。研究发现:双边间接网络效应产生潜在的市场规模扩张,其和市场单边自扩散共同作用,使得平台产品的扩散形态可能呈单峰或多峰形状。按双边扩散表现为相互制约还是相互促进,平台产品市场扩散可分为潜在市场规模扩张起飞前和潜在市场规模扩张起飞后两个阶段。平台运营者需要正确判断产品扩散所处的阶段,谨慎制定正确的定价策略。     

Application of Fuzzy-AHP method in the evaluation of logistics capability in e-commerce environment

In order to solve the complex problem of evaluation of logistics capability in e-commerce environment, an index system model of logistics capability is established based on the method of Fuzzy-AHP in this paper. The results show that the method of Fuzzy-AHP is a powerful and flexible multi-criteria decision-making tool for dealing with complex problems where both qualitative and quantitative aspects need to be considered, and the human preference model is uncertain and decision-makers are reluctant or unable to assign exact numerical values to the comparison judgments. The evaluation model of logistics capability based on method of Fuzzy-AHP can help to make an effective decision in the evaluation of logistics capability. By this way we can effectively deal with the uncertainty and vagueness in the evaluation process of logistics capability. Logistics companies can diagnose their own weaknesses in the area of logistics and enhance their competitiveness.

以天津港及其现代物流发展的现状为背景,通过对物流系统需求分析,提出天津港物流信息系统存在的问题,并结合需求分析进行了区域性现代港口物流信息平台系统设计研究,构建了包括通讯专属网络、网络平台、系统管理平台、数据交换平台、应用系统平台和门户网站的总体系统构架,并对各个子系统的主要功能进行了描述。
