论民族传统节日的保护和利用

对民族传统节日加以保护和利用具有重要的历史和现实意义。我国在传统节日的传承上存在着诸多问题,吸引人们的关注和参与度日渐式微,面临洋节日的严峻挑战。但民族传统节日植根于民间,是传承民族文化、寄托民族感情、体现民族认同感的舞台,遵循民族传统节日保护和利用的原则,不断开拓创新,必然能使其发扬光大。     

文化旅游与民族旅游:一种理论概观

民族旅游、文化旅游近年来受到学界极大的关注，成为比较热门的研究话题。探讨了有关这2种旅游形式的基本概念，旅游、文化、涵化，介绍了西方一些学者对文化旅游、民族旅游的阐释，希望有助于文化旅游与民族旅游的理论构架。     

The Study of Ethnicity and Nationalism Needs Better Categories: Clearing up the Confusions that Result from Blurring Analytic and Lay Concepts

Synopsis It has been difficult to make progress in the study of ethnicity and nationalism because of the multiple confusions of analytic and lay terms, and the sheer lack of terminological standardization (often even within the same article). This makes a conceptual cleaning-up unavoidable, and it is especially salutary to attempt it now that more economists are becoming interested in the effects of identity on behavior, so that they may begin with the best conceptual tools possible. My approach to these questions has been informed by anthropological and evolutionary-psychological questions. I will focus primarily on the terms ‘ethnic group’, ‘nation’, and ‘nationalism’, and I will make the following points: (1) so-called ‘ethnic groups’ are collections of people with a common cultural identity, plus an ideology of membership by descent and normative endogamy; (2) the ‘group’ in ‘ethnic group’ is a misleading misnomer—these are not ‘groups’ but categories, so I propose to call them ‘ethnies’; (3) ‘nationalism’ mostly refers to the recent ideology that ethnies—cultural communities with a self-conscious ideology of self-sufficient reproduction—be made politically sovereign; (4) it is very confusing to use ‘nationalism’ also to stand for ‘loyalty to a multi-ethnic state’ because this is the exact opposite; (5) a ‘nation’ truly exists only in a politician’s imagination, so analysts should not pretend that establishing whether something ‘really’ is or is not ‘a nation’ matters; (6) a big analytic cost is paid every time an ‘ethnie’ is called a ‘nation’ because this mobilizes the intuition that nationalism is indispensable to ethnic organization (not true), which thereby confuses the very historical process—namely, the recent historical emergence of nationalism—that must be explained; (7) another analytical cost is paid when scholars pretend that ethnicity is a form of kinship—it is not.     

集市旅游--民族文化旅游开发的新途径

民族文化旅游主要指少数民族民俗文化旅游，目前已有多种类型的开发方式。集市是少数民族地区广泛存在的按一定周期聚集形成的市场，是定期出现的经济文化民俗大展演。集市旅游具有保持民俗的原生态、时空结构方便利用、便于产品化、传统和现代便于兼容等优势，是前程远大的民族文化旅游开发新途径。     

大城市周边城乡融合区人口的就地城镇化——以福州市为例

城乡界限趋于模糊是20世纪后半叶以来亚洲许多国家城镇化进程的一个重要特点,大城市周边城乡融合区的形成和发展及其人口的就地城镇化即是这一特点的一个突出表现。以就地城镇化发达的闽东南地区的福州市为例,从实体地域和未来人口规模两方面探讨其城乡融合区的现状特点和发展趋势。在制定大城市的发展规划时,要密切关注其周边城乡融合区内农村人口就地转变为城镇人口、城市核心区人口向城乡融合区转移的状况,并在制定城市规划时把城乡融合区的发展趋势考虑进去。     

Regional and State Variation in Homeownership Rates; or If California's Home Prices Were as Low as Pennsylvania's Would its Ownership Rate be as High?

There are significant disparities in homeownership rates across the regions and states of the United States. The causes of these disparities are determined within a standard probit model of the individual homeownership decision where the micro-level observations are aggregated to the regional level. Factors which play a significant role at the individual level are evaluated for their ability to explain regional differentiation. The relative price of owning and renting plays a major role as do other market level determinants. Individual demographic characteristics are not as important with the exception of those related to the immigration and citizenship status of the household head.     

产业集群、区域经济与金融深化——金融支持中国戴南产业集群发展模式研究

积极实施城市反哺农村，工业反哺农业，以工业化致富农民，城市化带动农村，产业化提升农业，是建设社会主义新农村的成功经验。金融作为现代经济的核心，是支持社会主义新农村建设不可或缺的重要因素。本文结合中国戴南产业集群发展的轨迹，剖析了戴南产业集群发展的现状、特点以及制约集群进一步发展的金融瓶颈，提出了金融支持戴南产业集群发展的构想，着重指出了转变观念、创新机制、组合产品、完善体系等四个方面金融支持的新路径，为金融助推产业集群在经济欠发达地区的率先发展，提供了重要的实践模式。     

房地产投资分析浅析

房地产投资分析是房地产投资决策的基础，所涉及的内容较多。章通过对消费、投资地域、资金筹集和投资项目4个方面分析，详细地阐述了影响房地产投资决策的各种主要因素，提出将房地产投资风险降至最低的建议。     

Optimal pair-trading strategy over long/short/square positions—empirical study

Suzuki [Automatica, 2016, 67, 33–45] solves the optimal, finitely iterative, three-regime switching problem for investing in a mean-reverting asset that follows an Ornstein–Uhlenbeck price process and find explicit solutions. The remarkable feature of this model is that the investor can explicitly take either a long, short or square position and can switch the position, with transaction costs, during the investment period. We run empirical simulations of such multiple-regime switching models. There are very few such attempts in the existing literature because it is difficult to find, first, an explicit solution to the problem and second, appropriate financial assets that follow the artificial stochastic process required by the mathematical model. According to the Monte Carlo simulations of the optimal pair-trading strategy, the mean daily Sharp ratio is more than 2.3, whereas the mean Sharp ratio for the historical simulation of the ‘stub’ pairs (combinations of parent/subsidiary companies) is 0.6886. We believe that the results obtained from performing the empirical simulations are remarkable and consider that the optimal switching strategy of the rigorous mathematical model is applicable to businesses in the real world. For the reference many pseudo-program codes are added, which can help to replicate the optimal trading strategies.     

王朝制度渐进视角下岭南土酋族属的建构--以钦州宁氏家族为中心

岭南钦州的宁氏兴起于南朝末，活跃于隋唐，与高州冯氏、冼氏并称，是岭南地区的少数民族首领，在隋唐文献中被称为越人。许多学者仅仅根据清代民国出土的两方隋唐宁氏家族墓志，就得出宁氏为“汉族移民后裔”的观点。而将有关宁氏家族的文献记载与出土墓志进行对照分析，可以发现岭南宁氏的真实身份为当地土著，宁氏将自身族属建构为“汉族移民后裔”，实际上反映了王朝制度在岭南民族地区的渗透与岭南边疆的内地化进程。
