高职院校新生管理工作初探

高职院校新生的管理工作是整个学生管理工作的基础,是高职院校整个教育教学活动的重要组成部分。有效、规范的学生管理,能够很好地保证学生的未来发展和学校的办学质量。为了做好高职院校新生的管理工作,必须针对高职新生的特点,采取行之有效的管理方法：以学生为本,丰富管理模式,努力营造良好的环境;贯彻以学生为本的管理理念,建立一支高素质的辅导员队伍;积极挖潜,实现入校新生的自我管理。     

古村落旅游开发模式的比较--金华市诸葛八卦村和郭洞村实证研究

在旅游业迅速发展的今天,对古村落进行旅游开发已经成为一种趋势。由于开发主体的不同,古村落旅游开发呈现出多种模式,典型的有村民自主开发与政府投资开发两种模式;以金华市两大古村落诸葛八卦村和郭洞村为例,通过旅游地的实地问卷调查、访谈,对比分析不同的开发模式下经济、社会、环境效益的差异,在综合效益评价的基础上,得出村民自主开发模式优于政府投资开发模式。     

HRM in dynamic environments: Exploitative,exploratory, and ambidextrous HR architectures

Abstract

The current economic crisis has brought to the fore the need for firms to deal with ambiguity and complexity. Hence, firms need a specific balance between exploration and exploitation in order to keep pace with varying and changing environmental conditions. Hitherto, there is limited research that has examined the nexus of HR architectures, ambidexterity, and environmental dynamics. In this conceptual paper we ask: How do HR architectures serve as a means of balancing exploitative and exploratory learning in different dynamic environments? We explain how exploratory, exploitative, and ambidextrous HR architectures with their embedded HRM systems on the business unit level enable organizations to meet different environmental requirements. Thus, firms in which heterogeneous demands for flexibility and for innovation co-exist need to develop internally differentiated HR architectures. In particular, we elucidate how critical the organization’s ability is to connect different HRM systems to create an ambidextrous HR architecture to find an appropriate balance between exploration and exploitation.     

An exploratory study on factors contributing to job dissatisfaction of retail employees in India

The study aimed to explore factors contributing to job dissatisfaction among frontend retail employees in India. It broadly contributes to the problem of talent retention and employee turnover which is one of the biggest challenges of the Indian retail industry. The study adopted mixed-method approach to inductively identify the contextual factors leading to job dissatisfaction. Qualitative data were analyzed using grounded theory approach followed by a survey based quantitative study, using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling to validate the qualitative findings. Qualitative study revealed seven factors-customer aggression, abusive supervision, perceived job image, perceived unethical climate, lack of autonomy, work exhaustion and inter-role conflicts contributing to job dissatisfaction. Findings of quantitative study showed all factors except lack of autonomy were significantly related to job dissatisfaction. Theoretical contributions, managerial implication, limitations, and scope for future work are discussed.

国内外石油勘探开发环境标准浅析

通过阐述国内外石油勘探开发作业各项环境因素管理可参考的环境标准,对该领域的标准体系情况进行了梳理与对比,指出了国内环境标准存在的不足,为石油勘探开发作业的环境管理提供了标准依据。     

基于行业化的石油勘探开发项目监督管理体系研究

为了找出适宜行业发展的监督管理体制,在国内外相关研究成果的基础上,分析了我国石油勘探开发项目监督管理的现状。针对现行的甲方一体化监督存在的问题,提出了由三大石油公司联合,建立石油行业层面的勘探开发项目监督管理体系,对石油勘探开发项目实行全行业统一、规范的标准化监督管理。阐述了构建基于行业化的石油勘探开发项目监督管理体系的主要做法和监督管理机制的运行。     

价值工程理论在勘察工作中的应用

价值工程理论追求以最低的工作成本投入追求最高的利润回报,目前已经在多个行业得到了广泛应用。勘察是指建设工程中查明地形地质构造、分析工程、最后编辑勘察文件的一个系统过程,本文讨论价值工程理论在勘察过程中的运用。     

高校职业指导改革探索与实践——以广州工商学院为例

文章针对目前高校职业指导存在的问题与不足,对高校职业指导提出了若干改革思路,并在广州工商学院进行改革实验。通过探索与实践,取得了良好效果,优化了职业指导教学模式,推进了职业指导工作的改革与创新。
