精细构造解释技术在吉林油田木101井区的应用

吉林油田从勘探转入开发,原有三维地震解释方法已经不能满足开发阶段布井的精度要求,需要进行地震资料的精细标定与精细构造解释。选择和应用了多井综合标定和合成记录综合标定、三维可视化数据校正等诸多国内外分析技术,一方面提高了地震解释工作效率,另一方面保证了时深转换及构造成图的精度,形成了一套满足开发阶段精度要求的解释和成图的技术方法。     

煤矿机电精细化管理策略分析

介绍了煤矿企业实施机电精细化管理的重要性,分析了当前煤矿机电管理中存在的问题,并提出加强煤矿机电设备管理、提高设备利用率、推行精细化管理手段等具体对策,以提高煤矿企业机电管理水平,确保煤矿生产安全运行。     

当前TRIZ实践应用中若干问题及对策方法

从TRIZ创新方法自身角度,详细分析了其在企业实践应用中的主要问题及原因。根据分析结果,针对性地提出了“精细化创新”的应对策略,并提出一种新型的、用以实现“精细化创新”的具体方法 —— 系统分析导图。通过与目前TRIZ使用的系统分析方法对比,详细介绍了系统分析导图的使用方法和优点,并分别展示了其在机械、电气、液压专业领域的具体应用实例。应用结果表明,系统分析导图是一种可以用于TRIZ企业创新实践、可以帮助TRIZ克服当前主要应用问题、可以为TRIZ工具提供强有力技术支撑的有效方法。     

农牧户兼业、规模异质与生产技术效率变化*——基于5省452户细毛羊养殖户的实证研究

［目的］利用5省452户细毛羊养殖户调研数据,分析规模异质下农牧户兼业化对细毛羊生产技术效率的影响。［方法］文章采用SBM模型和Tobit模型分别测算了农牧户细毛羊生产技术效率及不同规模下兼业化对生产技术效率的影响。［结果］（1）在其他条件不变的情况下,兼业化会显著促进农牧户生产技术效率的提升,且非农兼业程度越强对细毛羊生产技术效率的正向影响作用越大。（2）分规模来看,农业兼业形式对散养户、中规模和大规模养殖户生产技术效率具有负向影响,对小规模养殖户生产技术效率具有正向影响,但影响均不显著; 由于非农兼业形式在散养户和大规模养殖户中所带来的“劳动力流失效应”与“收入投资效应”的强度的不同,对散养户生产技术效率具有显著的负向影响,对大规模养殖户生产技术效率具有显著的正向影响。（3）受教育程度、养殖年限、养殖方式、是否接受技术培训均对养殖户总体生产技术效率具有显著的正向影响,年龄变量对养殖户总体生产技术效率具有显著的负向影响。［结论］应全面推进细毛羊标准化规模养殖进程,加大细毛羊养殖技术培训的开展与推广,加强对养殖专业合作社的法律宣传和政策引导,完善国家层面的畜牧养殖的扶持政策。     

基于数据驱动的企业生产成本精细化管理研究

为了降低企业生产成本,提高其在市场中的竞争力,论文对基于数据驱动的企业生产成本精细化管理进行了研究。通过分析精细化管理的研究价值与研究过程,论文提出了基于数据驱动的管理方式,包括对企业生产成本数据进行有效分析,规划企业生产管理部门的成本管理职责,重构企业生产成本管理流程,从而实现对企业生产成本的精细化管理。     

On extensive form implementation of contracts in differential information economies

Summary. In the context of differential information economies, with and without free disposal, we consider the concepts of Radner equilibrium, rational expectations equilibrium, private core, weak fine core and weak fine value. We look into the possible implementation of these concepts as perfect Bayesian or sequential equilibria of noncooperative dynamic formulations. We construct relevant game trees which indicate the sequence of decisions and the information sets, and explain the rules for calculating ex ante expected payoffs. The possibility of implementing an allocation is related to whether or not it is incentive compatible. Implementation through an exogenous third party or an endogenous intermediary is also considered. Ethnic dining: Need to belong,need to be unique,and menu offering

Many ethnic restaurants “Americanize” their menus to cater to mainstream American customers’ palate; on the other hand, they offer a “secret” (more authentic) menu to their original, ethnic customers. Inspired by consumer online reviews reflecting “secret menus” in ethnic restaurants, this research examines the joint impact of offering an authentic menu and the presence of other customers on customer satisfaction. Results from this study show that mainstream American customers’ satisfaction decreases when an authentic menu is not offered. The moderated mediation analysis further demonstrates that authentic menu offering influences satisfaction through the activation of two distinct psychological motivations, depending on the ethnic composition of other customers. Specifically, being surrounded by Asian (Caucasian) customers activates the need to belong (need to be unique) when an authentic menu is not offered. Such heightened psychological needs consequently lead to declines in customer satisfaction. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.
