信任视角下的家庭借贷行为研究

基于2015年和2017年中国家庭金融调查数据,本文实证研究发现,信任能够提高家庭正规信贷可得性,降低家庭使用非正规信贷的概率。进一步地,信贷可得性的差异带来家庭负债结构的变化,信任能够提升家庭正规信贷占比,降低非正规信贷占比。信任提升家庭资金借出概率,但这种关系并不是单调递增的,而是存在适度信任现象。异质性分析表明,在户主文化程度低的家庭和农村地区家庭,信任对借出的影响更大。因此,本文的结果表明,信任能够在一定程度上缓解家庭融资的困难。     

高专学前专业学生幼儿语言表演艺术的指导层次简析

幼儿语言表演艺术是培养幼儿综合素质的艺术形式,它对幼儿有素质培养和艺术造就两个层面的教育意义。特别是对其语言能力和心理素质的提升有着不可估量的作用。为此,指导幼儿进行语言表演是对高专学前教育专业学生专业能力的严峻考验。以培养高专学前教育专业学生及当前幼儿教师的幼儿语言表演指导能力为目的,以提升幼儿综合素质为宗旨,从幼儿园教学实际和幼儿语言发展特点出发,分析、说明、总结指导幼儿语言表演的整体层次与方向。     

合同的形式瑕疵及其补正——《合同法》第36条的解释与完善

我国《合同法》第36条应该解释为:法定或约定形式是合同的特别成立要件。合同的形式瑕疵可以因履行而补正,但《合同法》第36条对于合同义务的履行程度、形式瑕疵补正是否有溯及力以及继续性合同形式瑕疵补正的效力等问题缺乏完备的规定,对于约定形式的欠缺没有予以特殊处理。对此,应当予以完善。     

ECONOMIC ANALYSIS ON THE URBAN–RURAL DISPARITY IN HUMAN CAPITAL IN CHINA

With China's economic development and capital accumulation in the industrial sectors, the human capital level of the labours moving from the rural areas could no longer meet the demand of the industrial sectors. Therefore, “structural shortage of technical labour” emerged in the labour market as a result of excess of demand for high‐skilled workers. Previous literature mostly focused on the relationship between rural human‐capital level and labour movement, income change and economic growth, but in this article, the authors focus on the study of the relative disparity of urban and rural human capital and labour movement, as well as the effect of the change of urban–rural human capital gap on industrial output, profit and social welfare. This article shows that bridging the urban–rural gap in respect of human capital level could not only improve the situation of the “structural shortage of technical labour,” but also have a positive effect on the general social welfare.

水产资源正式制度是指在水产资源开发、利用、保护及管理等方面应遵循的权威性具有约束力的各类规则。上海水产资源正式制度则为适用于上海的、涉及水产养殖、捕捞、管理等方面的各类具有约束力的规则制度。当前,上海市水产资源正式制度尚存在一些问题,需要加强水产资源循环经济的制度理论研究来加以完善。     

Formalising Workflow: A CCS-inspired Characterisation of the YAWL Workflow Patterns

We present work concerning the formal specification of business processes. It is of substantial benefit to be able to pin down the meaning of business processes precisely. This is an end in itself, but we are also concerned to do so in order that we might prove properties about the business processes that are being specified. It is a notable characteristic of most languages for representing business processes that they lack a robust semantics, and a notable characteristic of most commercial Business Process Management products that they have no support for verification of business process models. We define a high-level meta-model, called Liesbet , for representing business processes. The ontological commitments for Liesbet are sourced from the YAWL workflow patterns, which have been defined from studies into the behavioural nature of business processes. A formal characterisation of Liesbet is provided using Milner’s Calculus of Communicating Systems (CCS). In this article, we omit some of the technical details of this characterisation and instead present the essential features by means of an abstract machine language, called LCCS. We also explain how we have facilitated the verification of certain properties of business processes specified in Liesbet , and discuss how Liesbet supports the YAWL workflow patterns. We include a simple three-part example of using Liesbet .     

农村正规金融发展与农民收入关系的实证研究

文章利用1978—2009年的统计数据,建立VAR模型研究农村正规金融发展与农民收入的关系。实证结果表明,我国农村金融发展水平和农村金融结构对农民收入有负向影响,农村金融效率对农民收入几乎没有影响。农民收入对农村金融发展水平和农村金融结构没有影响,对农村金融效率有负向影响。     

中国老年护理的选择：非正式护理抑或正式护理--基于CLHLS和CHARLS数据的实证分析

文章利用2005年“中国老年健康因素追踪调查（CLHLS）”和2011年第一轮“中国健康与养老追踪调查（CHARLS）”的数据,实证分析了非正式护理对老年人使用家政服务、养老院服务和门诊医疗等正式护理服务的影响。由于非正式护理与正式护理之间存在内生性,文章采用工具变量法获得二者关系的无偏估计,结果证明了两种护理服务的使用具有显著的替代效应。研究结果表明,在当前中国人口老龄化趋势显著以及养老问题突出的国情下,激励非正式护理的政策可以有效减少老年人对家政服务、养老院和医院门诊的使用需求,从而为解决社会养老问题提供新的思路。
