“旅游支撑力”阴影区的形成机理和对策研究——以济南、泰安、曲阜为例

旅游业是一个综合性的产业。其经济收益与所依托区域经济发展水平具有较强的相关性，因此对于地理位置临近的旅游目的地来说，旅游支撑力较大的获益能力通常也较高，反之旅游支撑力较弱的从单位游客的获益能力也较弱，当旅游支撑力相差较大时。就使得弱旅游支撑力的旅游目的地处于强旅游支撑力旅游目的地的阴影区内，使其获益能力相对进一步降低，继而出现“旅游支撑力”阴影区现象。结合处于山水圣人旅游区且空间距离较近的济南、泰安、曲阜为例，阐述了“旅游支撑力”阴影区的形成机理，并就此问题提出对应的解决对策。     

Solving models with external habit

Habit utility has been the focus of a large and growing body of literature in financial economics. This study investigates ways of accurately and efficiently solving the Campbell and Cochrane [1999. Journal of Political Economy 107, 205–251] external habit model. Solutions for this model based on a grid of values for the state variable are shown to converge as the grid becomes increasingly fine. Convergence is substantially faster if the price–dividend ratio is computed as a series of “zero-coupon equity” claims rather than as the fixed point of the Euler equation. Fitting the model to the term structure as well as to equity moments (as in [Wachter, J.A., 2005. A consumption-based model of the term structure of interest rates. Journal of Financial Economics, in press]) also results in faster convergence.     

我国外汇市场动量效应的实证研究——基于改进的MA交易规则

本文构建了改进的MA交易规则,运用13600种策略对我国外汇市场上的动量效应进行了实证检验,发现存在着显著的动量超额收益,证明“有效市场”理论在中国外汇市场上并不成立。同时,这种超额收益也受到了人民币汇率形成机制改革的显著影响,机制改革后随着汇率弹性的增加和市场供求关系的逐渐体现,动量效应有所减弱,市场逐渐向“理性”发展。     

北京超市购物环境面面观

本文认为,如今超市购物环境虽然得到了消费者的初步肯定,但仍存在很多问题,如有些超市服务设施不足,导购标志与卫生间、安全通道、禁烟区标志不明显,残疾人服务设施缺乏,停车难,个别超市服务不到位等。文章提出,为改善超市购物环境,应建立和完善绿色商场评估体系,制定绿色商场标准,大力推广绿色商场创建及评价工作,实行商场绿色挂牌制度;制定商场无危险、无污染、无异味、无障碍、无内急现象的“五无”绿色标准,低能耗、低空驶、低噪声的“三低”绿色标准和绿色营销、绿色包装、绿色监管、绿色服务等四项绿色管理标准。     

民营企业与政党组织的高度融合——浙江万向集团党组织建设模式案例分析

万向集团的组织模式吸收了家族、企业与党组织等各种组织的积极要素。万向集团党组织建设最重要的特点是企业干部队伍与党员队伍的高度融合,是干部+党员的梯队建设模式。该模式形成的最重要原因在于企业家鲁冠球的政治素质和人格魅力。这种模式不一定能复制到其他企业中去,国有企业就更加困难。     

企业战略形成过程的类型及受组织因素影响的实证研究

Using data collected from 126 firms, this article attempts to classify different patterns of strategy formation process and identify organizational factors influencing the processes. Based on a clustering analysis method, we identify four patterns of strategy formation processes varying in main characteristics, such as command, adaptive, vision, and external constraints, etc. We also find that a firm’s ownership type and its development stage have significant effects on strategy formation processes.

Investigating the formation of service supply chains

Existing research on service supply chains assumes the existence of an established and mature chain. Empirical or conceptual insights into service supply chain formation are therefore limited. The initial formation of a service supply chain, however, is suspected to determine its future performance. It is therefore of significant academic and managerial value to understand how and why service supply chains are formed, and how this process is coordinated. Drawing on an exploratory case study set in the management consulting industry, the inductive theory-building process underlying this study culminates in propositions and a conceptual model that provides a distinct understanding of service supply chain formation and the coordination mechanisms utilized within each stage. This study contributes to the service science, service supply chains, and service sourcing literatures; outlines managerial implications; and proposes future research directions.     

中国铁路交通发展对沿线城市经济增长趋同的影响

以1997—2011年中国6次铁路提速和高铁开通为背景,在β趋同模型中加入用可达性度量的铁路交通发展因素,并用频次加权平均旅行时间衡量可达性,从全国、区域和城市3个空间层次分析了中国铁路交通发展对铁路沿线城市经济增长趋同的影响。结果显示:铁路交通发展对全国、东部地区、东北地区以及提速铁路沿线城市的经济增长的β趋同均有促进作用,对西部地区铁路沿线城市经济增长的β趋同有阻碍作用,而铁路交通发展对非提速铁路沿线城市经济增长的β趋同的影响甚微,对中部地区铁路沿线城市经济增长的β趋同的影响不确定。
