从员工个体视角,依据资源保存理论、自我决定理论探讨员工绿色行为、自我效能感与工作幸福感的关系。通过对收集到的196份数据进行相关分析和回归分析等来验证假设。实证分析结果表明,员工绿色行为和工作幸福感之间存在正向影响关系;自我效能感在员工绿色行为和工作幸福感之间起中介作用;以及互动公平在机制中的调节作用。研究结果丰富了员工绿色行为的后效变量研究,拓宽了员工绿色行为影响员工工作幸福感的机制研究,也为企业实践提供了有益的启示。 相似文献

在高质量发展的背景下,应对完善创新体系的新要求,环境规制能否促进企业绿色创新数量和质量的同步提升呢?基于企业层面构建了刻画环境规制强度的指标,通过创新投资的中介作用,理论分析和实证检验了环境规制对企业绿色创新数量和质量的影响及异质性特征。研究发现:环境规制能显著促进企业的绿色创新数量,但是对创新质量的影响在统计学上并不显著,在进行内生性处理和稳健性检验后结论依然成立;企业研发投入和政府补助在环境规制与企业绿色创新数量和质量之间分别发挥部分中介作用和完全中介作用;异质性分析表明,环境规制更能影响中部地区、外资企业和大型企业的绿色创新数量,在东部地区、国有企业和大型企业中对绿色创新质量的影响更为显著。 相似文献

This study analyzes the relationship between CEO values, leadership style and ethical practices in organizations. The ethical practices of formal statement of ethics and diversity training are included in the study, as well as four categories of values based on Rokeach's (1973) typology including personal, social, competency-based and morality-based. Results indicate that all four types of values are positively and significantly related to transformational leadership, with transactional leadership positively related to morality-based and personal values, and laissez-faire leadership negatively related to competency-based values. When size of company and values are controlled, transformational leadership explains a significant amount of change in formal statement of ethics, and transactional leadership explains a significant amount of change in diversity training. 相似文献

Proactive work behaviour may drive public employees to proactively improve public service quality. This research seeks an insight into the role of discretionary human resource (HR) practices in fostering proactive work behaviour among public employees through the mediation mechanism of affective commitment. The data for the research variables were harvested from public employees and their direct managers from local governments at the district level in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam. The research results shed light on the positive association between discretionary HR practices and public employees’ proactive work behaviour, which was mediated by affective commitment. The research results also supported the role of public service motivation (PSM) as an intensifier and abusive supervision as a negative moderator for the effect of discretionary HR practices on affective commitment and proactive work behaviour. Partner diversity is a key influencer in interorganizational alliances, and several empirical studies have shown that its outcomes are contingent on alliance‐specific factors. We extend this research as well as the growing literature on green alliances, in which partner diversity is uniquely high. Specifically, we examine partner‐diversity effects on alliance termination in the early stage of green alliance formation. We hypothesize that in this context, size disparity increases termination likelihood, whereas organizational variety and cultural separation have the opposite effect. To test our hypotheses, we use a sample of 366 alliance projects located in Latin America and submitted to the Kyoto Protocol's Clean Development Mechanism for evaluation, validation, and registration from 2004 to 2014. The effect of proactive environmental strategies (PES) on corporate performance has been debated extensively among academics; however, the significance of the pathway of those strategies—internal green integration (IGI) through greening the supplier (GTS) and environmental collaboration with suppliers (ECS)—remains undecided. This study examines environmental performance (EP) through GTS, IGI, and ECS. It also examines the direct link between PES and IGI. A conceptual framework was designed following a rigorous review of the literature. A survey questionnaire was used to collect cross-sectional data from a random sample of manufacturing firms, obtaining 196 usable samples. Using AMOS, the structural equal modeling found a positive and significant impact of PES on IGI. Significant predictors of EP were GTS, IGI, and ECS. The findings of the study can provide managers with guidelines for dealing with business and environmental concerns. They can also contribute to creating strategies for environmental protection and management and reducing adverse effects on the environment. Finally, by examining the direct links between GTS, ECS, and EP, particularly in a developing context, the study may contribute to the literature of environmental policy. 相似文献
