学员由一名高中生参加高考参军入伍,是人生经历的一次重大转折,面对身份和环境的改变,许多新学员在新鲜感和好奇感过后,常常会出现一些心理上的不适。为了配合"军事基础集中强化训练"任务的圆满完成,我们针对学员的心理健康问题进行了分析探讨。

电子健康发展中的障碍及对策初探

电子健康是包括电子健康档案、数字化医疗及卫生保健集于一体的新型医疗保健模式。但在电子健康发展的过程中,存在着观念、技术、法律、道德等方面的障碍,文章就其发展过程中遇到的障碍进行分析,并提出了相应的对策。     

Cultural Consonance in Leisure,Leisure Satisfaction,Life Satisfaction,and Self-Rated Health in Urban Taiwan

The purpose of this study threefold: to determine whether a shared cultural model of the importance of a set of leisure activities to a good leisure life existed in urban Taiwan, the degree to which cultural consonance in leisure mediates the relationship between leisure constraints and leisure satisfaction, and the degree to which leisure satisfaction affects life satisfaction and self-rated health. Results indicate that a cultural model of the importance of leisure activities to a good leisure life existed among sample members. Second, higher levels of self-reported participation in leisure activities that are culturally agreed upon as more important for a good leisure life are more strongly associated with leisure satisfaction than are activities culturally agreed upon as less important. Finally, leisure satisfaction strongly predicts both life satisfaction and self-rated health.     

Participation in Community Leisure Programs: Experiences and Perspectives of Children with Developmental Difficulties and Their Parents

Children with developmental disabilities participate in more solitary, sedentary, and home-based leisure activities than active physical pursuits or community-based activities. Clinical experience suggests that children with less well-recognized developmental difficulties also have compromised leisure experiences; however, this has not been fully investigated. This study engaged 20 school-age children with developmental difficulties in a community-based circus program, designed in collaboration with occupational therapists. The program included activities such as trampolining, trapeze, and acrobatics. Semi-structured interviews with children and parents explored children's leisure experiences both at circus and more broadly. Qualitative content analysis revealed that friendships, having fun, and being physically active were highly valued aspects of leisure. The coaching style and “just right” level of challenge within programs were identified as central to children's engagement and sense of competence. Participating in a supported leisure program such as circus appeared to promote children's engagement in community leisure, at least in the short term.     

预防医学在社区卫生服务中的运用探讨

目的:探讨预防医学在社区卫生服务中的运用效果。方法:将该地区的社区卫生服务工作分成两个阶段,对两个阶段居民对环境卫生、食品卫生、劳动卫生、心理卫生等相关知识的掌握、年家庭食物中毒发生例数以及对社区卫生服务工作的满意度情况进行比较。结果:第二阶段的居民相关知识掌握、年家庭食物中毒发生例数、社区卫生服务工作满意度明显优于第一阶段,均具有显著性差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:预防医学在社区卫生服务中具有重要地位,可显著提高社区居民的健康水平,应继续扩大预防医学在卫生服务中的应用范围,提高人民预防疾病发生的意识。     

城市医院与社区卫生服务机构互动合作模式的选择——基于关系租金视角

随着我国新型两级医疗卫生服务体系的建立,构建两级医疗卫生服务体系间的良好互动体系,成为新型医疗卫生服务体系研究的焦点。本文从经济组织的关系租金视角,对城市医院与社区卫生服务机构的互动合作模式选择问题进行探索性研究。研究结论表明,建立长期关系导向的互动合作模式是最优模式,组建医院集团的互动合作模式,是一种帕累托改进结果。     

Crowding,satiation, and saturation: The days of television series' lives

The performance of firms depends not just on the structure of the industries in which they compete but also on their relative positioning within those industries, in terms of operating within particular niches. We propose that demand for these niches depends endogenously on the historical ecology of the products offered: Niches become saturated—reduced in their ability to support products—as a large number of previous offerings allows the audience to satisfy its desire for products of a particular type. Analyzing the survival rates of television series aired in the United States from 1946 to 2003, we found that the survival rates of future entrants fell with the extensiveness of recent offerings in the niche, and that the negative association between crowding and survival also weakened with this saturation. 高职院校大学生心理健康教育活动为大学生健康成长成才提供了良好的心理基础,是心理健康教育的有效载体和重要途径。根据高职院校大学生心理健康教育活动的问卷调查结果,本文展开了粗浅的思考,高职院校要充分重视心理健康教育活动对大学生的影响,充分发挥心理健康教育活动在培养高职院校合格人才上的作用。
