基于熵原理的都市产业体系研究

产业体系是个系统概念,具有时代特征,现代社会都市产业体系应维持低熵状态,为此,必须遵循熵原理要求,正确处理都市发展与产业体系相互关系,以保持整体经济健康、稳步及可持续发展。本文就此简要阐述观点,以供参考。     

A Partially Observed Model for Micromovement of Asset Prices with Bayes Estimation via Filtering

A general micromovement model that describes transactional price behavior is proposed. The model ties the sample characteristics of micromovement and macromovement in a consistent manner. An important feature of the model is that it can be transformed to a filtering problem with counting process observations. Consequently, the complete information of price and trading time is captured and then utilized in Bayes estimation via filtering for the parameters. The filtering equations are derived. A theorem on the convergence of conditional expectation of the model is proved. A consistent recursive algorithm is constructed via the Markov chain approximation method to compute the approximate posterior and then the Bayes estimates. A simplified model and its recursive algorithm are presented in detail. Simulations show that the computed Bayes estimates converge to their true values. The algorithm is applied to one month of intraday transaction prices for Microsoft and the Bayes estimates are obtained.     

谈科技应用成果流失的现状、原因与对策

文章对山东省生物医药科技与产业发展的现状进行了简要介绍 ,对存在的主要问题进行了概括分析 ,对今后发展提出了 1 0条对策建议。     

山东省产业结构与科技人才培养结构关系的实证分析

针对产业结构和科技人才培养结构之间的关系,首先采用格兰杰(Granger)因果关系检验方法,得出山东省产业结构是科技人才培养结构的原因,而山东省科技人才培养结构不是产业结构的原因;然后通过拓展的Dickey-Fuller检验,利用协整检验技术,说明山东省产业结构和科技人才培养结构之间不存在长期稳定的关系。     

服务外包与产业链长度：来自中国的经验证据*

本文参考Antrs et al（2012）方法，利用中国1997年、2002年、2007年、2012年和2017年投入产出表测度30个省份17个细分行业的产业链长度，并在此基础上分析服务外包对延伸产业链长度的作用。实证结果表明：第一，从整体上看，服务外包对我国产业链长度攀升具有显著促进作用，服务外包每提高10%，可以促进我国产业链长度提升062%。第二，从细分类型的服务外包看，交通仓储外包对产业链长度延伸的促进作用最大。第三，分地区研究发现，服务外包对中部地区产业链长度提升最大，其次是西部地区，东部地区最小。第四，分行业后发现，服务外包对制造业和服务业产业链长度均有提升作用，但是对服务业促进作用是制造业的近2.7倍。     

产业集聚程度与城市化水平相关性的实证分析--以1988～2003年的广东省为例

不论是产业集聚还是城市化问题,目前已经有很多研究成果和结论,但是对于二者相关关系的实证研究尚少.本文采用地理集中指数来衡量产业的集聚程度,并以广东省的城市化数据为例,对两者建立回归模型,发现二者存在正的相关关系,由此得出,由产业集聚带动的人口、资本、技术的区域集中,是我国当前城市化过程中应遵循的一个规律.     

基于谱系聚类分析的集装箱装箱方案优化研究

围绕集装箱装箱优化问题,在聚类分析中利用谱系聚类分析原理,提取包装箱的长、宽、高作为3行1列矩阵,对包装箱进行聚类分析后,得到聚类的个数和各类的长、宽、高尺寸。然后,选取聚类中的任意4种作为方案生成的输入,利用层叠原理、边际方法、递归原理对选取的包装箱进行装箱,以达到占有率较高的目的。同时通过图形显示,对方案生成结果进行简单的一维和二维示意。     

Challenges ahead E-innovation

This article systematically examines the recent efforts made by industry and academia in promoting E-innovation. It finds that industrial initiatives have been hindered by two limitations. One is a lack of an agreeable framework to accommodate the diversity of different usages. The other is a trend toward standardization in E-business applications. The academic efforts have been hindered by the lack of a mechanism to marry the distributed nature of E-innovation with the legacy of a traditional innovation. To overcome the barriers from both supply and demand sides, industrial efforts need to be more focused on figuring out how E-innovation emerges out of interconnectivity, while academic efforts should be more inclusive, so as to incorporate distributed innovation into enterprises’ shifting business operations. It is expected that this exploratory research will attract more systematic studies in establishing theories and developing techniques related to E-innovation.     

区域产业结构变迁与本地高职院校专业设置动态关系的关联分析

近年来宁波高等职业教育事业发展取得了长足的进步，但仍呈现出与区域产业结构不相匹配的状况。造成这一现象的原因不仅有区域产业结构变迁的因素，也有区域经济社会发展基础和高职院校自身的因素。解决这个问题，必须从政府和市场的两个层面共同努力。     

中国涉外税制三十年：建立与改革

政革开放初期，为了适应对外开放的需要，从所得税到流转税，中国建立并实施了一套比较独立的涉外税制。1993年到1994年中国进行了系统性的税制政革，统一了流转税制和个人所得税制，但外商投资企业和外国企业依旧实施独立的所得税法。2008年1月1日，遵循国际税收惯例，实施统一的内、外资企业所得税制度，结束了内外两套税制的历史。中国涉外税制，为中国改革开放、引进外资、发展经济和建立市场经济体制做出了巨大的贡献。
