制度环境、会计师事务所转制与审计质量

利用我国事务所组织形式变革提供的自然实验契机,构建会计师事务所法律责任与审计质量关系的理论模型,以我国2008—2013年具有证券资格会计师事务所审计的沪深两市A股上市公司为研究对象,实证考察事务所由有限责任制转变为特殊普通合伙制对审计质量的影响,并检验我国各地区发展不均衡的制度环境在两者关系中的调节作用。研究发现,转制后会计师事务所的审计质量显著提高;与市场化程度较高地区相比,转制后市场化程度较低地区特殊普通合伙制会计师事务所的审计质量提高更加显著。研究表明,转制有助于促进我国会计师事务所整体质量提升和全面均衡发展。     

舞动的诗歌——从空间排列看诗意的释放

＂浓缩的都是精华的＂这句话是为诗歌量身定做的。诗歌,无论是东方的还是西方的,古代的还是现代的,都以其凝练、深邃、富含哲理性而为人称颂。诗歌带给人的是视觉和听觉的双重冲击。听其音,感其韵,声声入耳;观其形,赏其态,字字入画。诗中有画,画中有诗。艺术都是相通的。诗歌意义的表达是多方面的,似乎逐字逐句地写并不能尽兴,也不能尽意,诗人偏离常态把诗的含义释放在空间之中,让读者在动用思维的同时享受了一场视觉的盛宴。诗意的空间释放一方面使诗富于美感,过目难忘,另一方面强化、突出了诗的内涵。     

制度对企业创业活动类型的影响——研究综述

在分析制度理论、制度环境衡量以及创业活动类型的基础上,系统回顾和总结了有关制度影响不同类型的创业活动的相关研究以及现有研究存在的不足,并从研究方法、研究层次、研究结论以及制度之间的相互作用等方面提出未来的研究方向。     

Analysing the Institutional Logic of Late DRG Adopters

Abstract: This study investigates how institutional logics that are prevalent in an organizational field influence change in management accounting. More precisely, we examine the institutional logics of late DRG adopters through which organizations attempt to address the pressures imposed by the institutional field of health care. Specific attention is also paid to the way in which organizations operate at different institutional levels and what kinds of interrelationships exist between these levels. Such developments may at least partially explain why the implementation and adoption of DRG–based accounting systems in Finnish health care took almost twenty years.     

Towards a hybrid model? A systematic review of human resource management research on Chinese state-owned enterprises (1993–2017)

Abstract

Over the past two decades, there has been a proliferation of research on human resource management (HRM) in Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs) as a result of the wide-reaching state-sector reform of the late 1980s. This article aims to provide a systematic review of literature on this topic and capture the nature of HRM in Chinese SOEs, both in research and practice. The article draws on 178 studies from 43 English academic journals over a period of 25?years (1993–2017). In analysing this literature and by taking stock of theoretical frameworks, research methods, themes and analysis of academic articles in this area, we have gained a number of insights. The study has found that the research methods used have shifted from qualitative and interpretive methodology toward quantitative and sophisticated modelling. A further insight is that there has been a relatively heavy reliance on institutional theory in the earlier studies reviewed, and since then a switch towards organizational behaviour perspectives. The level of analysis has moved from macro to micro level and thematic foci have become more diverse and complex. We highlight a number of avenues, theoretical and empirical, for future studies in this field.     

Institutional Monitoring: Evidence from the F‐Score

The extant literature shows that institutional investors engage in corporate governance to enhance a firm's long‐term value. Measuring firm performance using the F‐Score, we examine the persistent monitoring role of institutional investors and identify the financial aspects of a firm that institutional monitoring improves. We find strong evidence that long‐term institutions with large shareholdings consistently improve a firm's F‐Score and that such activity occurs primarily through the enhancement of the firm's operating efficiency. Other institutions reduce a firm's F‐Score. Moreover, we find evidence that, while monitoring institutions improve a firm's financial health, transient (followed by non‐transient) institutions trade on this information.     

区域合作的制度基础:跨界治理理论与欧盟经验

区域合作是促进区域协调发展的重要形式。如何克服现有行政区划障碍与解决各合作方经济发展不平衡这“两个难题”是保证合作可持续发展的关键。解决这两个难题不是一个单纯的基于比较优势理论的资源配置或产业分工的问题,而是要建立合作的制度基础。文章尝试从“跨界治理”的视角,借鉴欧盟的跨界治理经验,研究我国区域经济合作的制度基础,提出建立一个符合市场经济原则的跨界治理体系,为推动中国区域经济合作提供一种新的路径参考。     

城乡双向商贸流通下连锁经营网络体系的构建研究

本课题从城乡统筹视角下,通过对现有城乡商贸网络体系不健全、城乡商业网点分布不对称的现状分析,探讨在农村商贸中实现连锁经营的可能性。通过国内外连锁经营模式的探究,研究城乡统筹视角下城乡双向流动的连锁经营网络体系构建的模式以及存在的问题、解决思路。从而为打破城乡二元结构的障碍,实现真正的＂大流通、大市场＂提供政策建议。

绩效工资是事业单位现行工资制度的重要内容。事业单位绩效工资的顺利实施,对于深化分配制度改革,合理拉开不同岗位、技术职务之间的工资差距,理顺分配关系,调动事业单位工作人员积极性和创造性,促进社会事业健康持续发展具有重要意义。
