地区本位与长江三角洲一体化发展

建立全国统一市场是市场经济发展的客观要求，建立全国统一市场，应该首先推进邻近区域的市场一体化。长江三角洲由于行政区划及利益主体不同等原因，区域经济发展中存在地区本位，阻碍着资源自由流动和跨地区合作。从发展的基础看，长江三角洲地区有条件成为推进区域市场一体化的先行地区。促进长江三角洲一体化的措施包括：构造协作联动的制度基础；协调基础设施建设；整合区域产业结构；鼓励企业跨区兼并；寻求新动力全面推进一体化进程。     

Tourists’ hotel event experience and satisfaction: an integrative approach

ABSTRACT

Tourists’ hotel event experiences have received little attention in tourism research. By proposing an integrated model of expectation–confirmation theory (ECT) and the experience economy concept, this research explores the relationship between tourists’ event experience and their satisfaction regarding the hotel event setting. The hypothesized model was empirically validated using a sample of 663 tourists who experienced a holiday event at a resort hotel. Results confirmed that the integration of the experience economy and ECT provided a better understanding of tourists’ post-satisfaction in a pleasure-driven setting. This affective–cognitive approach advances the knowledge of tourists’ experiences and satisfaction at hotel events.     

城乡整体生长空间的规划建设策略

提出城乡整体生长空间的规划理念,以此来指导城乡空间的整合.同时强调,城乡空间的整合,不仅仅是城乡空间资源的共享和空间发展上的协调,还应注重城乡生态系统的互补与整体保护,注重城乡经济的共同繁荣、社会的共同进步,并为此从规划建设策略上进行了探索.     

Factors influencing customer engagement with branded content in the social network sites of integrated resorts

The integrated resorts rely on social network sites (SNSs) for content marketing, while one of the main purposes of content marketing is customer engagement that will leverage the impact of branded content. This study investigates the factors influencing customer engagement with brand posts of integrated resorts on the SNSs. The findings highlight the important influence of both media-type and content-type factors on the level of customer engagement in SNSs of integrated resorts. This study provides practical implications for integrated resorts to develop SNS online content marketing strategy.     

基于运行规划的能源综合服务系统能效管理研究

以浙江电网企业转型现代能源综合服务的具体战略与发展规划为研究背景,针对能源综合服务系统的运行规划目标,开展基于运行规划的能源综合服务系统能效管理研究。从系统工程的视角出发,以能源流为纽带,基于多尺度能源系统建模方法,构建了能源综合服务系统模型,并结合系统综合能效,采用粒子群优化算法来优化系统各设备单元的运行策略,以实现基于运行规划的最优能效管理。通过能源综合服务系统模型计算表明,大规模清洁能源和可再生能源的接入,可以明显提高系统综合能效;随着区域用户总冷量和/或总热量需求占总电力需求的比值增大,系统最优综合能效逐渐增大;与使用内燃机、燃气轮机及汽轮机为原动机的热电联产系统相比,使用燃料电池为原动机的热电联产系统可以使能源综合服务系统综合能效更优。     

整合营销理论在无锡物流企业品牌建设中的应用

无锡物流业发展具备较好的基础条件和广阔的市场空间,但没有真正铸造自己的品牌。因此,需要用整合营销理论指导物流企业服务品牌建设,通过客户忠诚度的维护和提高、实行一站式服务、构筑营销战略联盟等方法,塑造无锡物流企业自身的品牌形象,增强无锡物流企业的市场竞争力。     

Asymptotics for Autocovariances and Integrated Periodograms for Linear Processes Observed at Lower Frequencies

One of the most frequently used class of processes in time series analysis is the one of linear processes. For many statistical quantities, among them sample autocovariances and sample autocorrelations, central limit theorems are available in the literature. We investigate classical linear processes under a nonstandard observation pattern; namely, we assume that we are only able to observe the linear process at a lower frequency. It is shown that such observation pattern destroys the linear structure of the observations and leads to substantially different asymptotic results for standard statistical quantities. Central limit theorems are given for sample autocovariances and sample autocorrelations as well as more general integrated periodograms and ratio statistics. Moreover, for specific autoregressive processes, the possibilities to estimate the parameters of the underlying autoregression from lower frequency observations are addressed. Finally, we suggest for autoregressions of order 2 a valid bootstrap procedure. A small simulation study demonstrates the performance of the bootstrap proposal for finite sample size.

指出我国第三方物流在服务理念、内容和方式上有所突破、创新,而且在理念上应有所突破,重要的是区分功能物流和一体性物流在业务性质、运作目标和客户关系的不同之处,在这一认识的基础上大力创新物流服务内容和服务方式。     

基于系统理论的水资源统一管理范畴探讨

水资源可持续发展战略已经成为各国社会、经济和环境发展的共同准则。我国也提出新时期治水思路是水资源的可持续利用,而这一目标的实现,在一定程度上取决于水资源的统一管理及其管理体制。文章运用系统理论,从水资源系统的整体性、层次性、目的性、动态性和开放性、自然属性和社会属性等特性出发,分析了水资源统一管理的必要性,提出基于系统理论的水资源统一管理的管理范畴模型,并结合深圳市和重庆市水务一体化改革的经验进行了实践分析。
