工程能力在课堂教学中的培养

综合性工程能力是衡量当前大学生水平的主要方面。在大学课堂教学中采用工程驱动加团队结合的教学模式,将启发式学习过渡为基于问题的学习,利用与职场工作方式类似的形式,充分调动学生们的学习主动性和积极性,使个人学习转变为团队合作学习,实现了大学生的专业素质和非专业素质能力的同步培养和提高。

文章围绕课程学习情境设计的思路,阐述了基于工作过程高职《计算机应用基础》学习情境的创设策略,以期提高学生的学习品质以及课程教学的实效性。     

地方院校本科生学业情绪调查的实证分析

采用大学生学习情绪问卷中文修订版,调查414名地方院校本科生学业情绪的现状、特点及影响因素。结果表明:本科生学业情绪由八种组成,以积极情绪体验为主;不同性别、专业、生源、年级及独生状况的本科生存在显著差异;家庭经济状况对学业情绪有显著影响。最后,讨论了本研究结果对教育教学的启示。     

团队多元性对团队行为的研究综述

团队多元性是近20年来组织行为学中研究的热点问题,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。文章在国内外相关理论基础上,介绍了团队多元性的概念、维度与测量方法,评述了团队多元性对团队行为的影响,对未来的研究提出一些建议。     

Exploring PMOs through community of practice theory

This article explores project management offices (PMOs) through community of practice theory. Preliminary results from a national health care case study are used to confirm the legitimacy of this approach. Today's knowledge‐based economy calls for mechanisms to share knowledge. The issue of making more with less is at stake in order to reuse good practices, support innovative practice, and prevent the reinvention of the wheel. Members of these communities are at the heart of the learning process. The originality of this research is that it sheds light on PMOs in a new theoretical perspective within the field of knowledge management.     

制造型企业的超集群学习模式——基于“东汽”和“格兰仕”的案例研究

提出超集群学习模式与集群企业的成长路径之间存在动态匹配关系,并对此进行了理论分析。在此基础上,比较了"东汽"和"格兰仕"两家本土企业在其转型成长过程中所运用的超集群学习模式的异同,进一步论证了超集群学习模式的理论模型,解析了不同企业运用超集群学习模式的异同,证明了超集群学习模式对企业转型成长具有推动作用。     

Experience and a firm's performance in foreign markets: A commentary essay

Wu and Lin (2010) extend several prominent themes in the experience and subsidiary performance literature in their empirical examination of the foreign expansion of Taiwanese MNEs. This commentary essay considers the themes in Wu and Lin (2010) against the backdrop of the considerable volume of research that has been conducted on experiential learning and firm performance in both the international business and strategy literatures. Five weak axioms about the relationships between experience, foreign market entry strategy, and performance emerge in this review. Based on these weak axioms, the commentary concludes that scholars need to concentrate future research on understanding the management and process-related issues that concern the effective management of a firm's experiential learning processes to foster better capability and knowledge development from a firm's experience, as well as translate such developments into improved performance prospects for a firm.     

品牌联合场景下联合匹配性感知形成研究

已有文献表明联合匹配性是影响品牌联合效应的关键因素,本文认为在品牌联合场景下消费者对合伙品牌间匹配性感知由合伙品牌间形象相似性程度决定。通过实验研究法检验了联合匹配性形成过程及其影响因素,并引入营销传播变量探析形象突出性维度对联合匹配性感知形成的影响。结果表明联合匹配性感知形成受到联合品牌间形象相似性维度的显著影响;有无广告提示的存在,形象突出性维度对联合匹配性感知形成的影响并不显著。     

非英语专业新生自主学习能力发展研究

由于学习动机中的自主学习因子随年级升高而下降,因此在教学过程中教师要结合新的教学模式,改变教学观念,在传授文化知识的同时,指导学生形成独特的学习方法,提高学生的自主学习能力。

学习动机是指推动学习的内在动力。学习动机不强,必然导致不良的学习行为。近年来,大学生厌学现象十分严重,这已经引起了许多学者的高度关注,他们从多方面分析了产生厌学现象的原因。然而,究其根本,大学生厌学的直接原因还是其学习动机低下,而低下的学习动机正是在一些心理效应的影响下产生的。
