数据流链接技术在军用维修物资编码系统中的应用

本文从军用维修物资业务管理的角度,讲述了军用维修物资的分类体系;从军用维修物资信息管理的角度,讲述了军用维修物资的信息分类;从计算机数据处理的角度,讲述了数据流链接技术在军用维修物资编码系统中的应用,并给出了其应用程序流程.     

小仰角下移动卫星通信性能的改善及仿真

移动卫星通信系统为功率受限系统,相对地面移动通信而言,其链路余量较小,而且由于多径及遮蔽效应,当系统工作在小仰角时,其信号衰落可达到30dB,这对系统的设计提出了严峻的挑战。本文研究了信道编码和交织技术在移动卫星通信系统中的应用。通过仿真,得到了应用该技术对不同仰角特别是小仰角条件下系统性能的改善程度。同时,在研究信道相关的基础上,给出了交织相关参数的设计准则。     

Child–mother nutrition and health status in rural Kenya: the role of intra‐household resource allocation and education

There exists gender bias in resource ownership in many parts of Kenya with women being more disadvantaged. Resource ownership and control within the household has differential impacts on the health and overall well‐being of male and female members. This paper examines intra‐household resource ownership and how it affects nutrition and health status of household members. Data from a household survey containing detailed gender‐disaggregated information on resource ownership as well as food and anthropometry were collected from a rural Kenyan district and used in the analysis. Results showed that male members of the household had more access to education, income and land than the females. Mothers’ education, household income, frequency of illness and nutrient intake were the most important factors that contributed to the nutritional status of children. The education and household’s economic status were important determinants of child morbidity. Malnutrition and poor health of children and women is linked to the existing poverty in the study region, therefore emphasis needs to be put on eradication of discrimination against women in accessing education and accessing land, which will contribute to an increase in household incomes. Government policies need to focus on promotion of nutrition education through adult education programmes and incorporating it in the school curricula. Improvement of health‐care facilities in rural areas is also paramount to improving health and nutrition in these areas.     

用时延编码实现远程水声通信

本文研究了一种基于时延编码的远程水声通信技术，该技术利用线性调频（LFM）信号矩形脉冲的时延值进行时延编码，在接收端采用时延估计技术进行时延解码。初步的海试结果表明，该技术可以实现80km距离、4.16bit/s数据率的信息可靠传输。     

关于汉语/英语AMR语音编码参数统计特性的研究

自适应多速率（AMR）算法是第三代移动通信系统中语音业务所采用的语音编码标准。为研究AMR算法应用于汉语语音和英语语音所产生的差异，本文针对ARM语音编码算法的特点，在处理分析了大量汉语语音数据的基础上，对算法中的线谱频率（LSF）、基音周期等关键编码参数进行了比较并给出相应结合。本文的研究有助于AMR算法针对汉语语音的性能优化。     

The informational relevance of corporate social responsibility: evidence from DS400 index reconstitutions

This study examines the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance by analyzing the intra‐industry wealth impact of additions and deletions to the Domini Social 400 index. Results from the event study analysis indicate that additions to the index generate a positive share price response for the announcement firm and a negative response by rival firms. The opposite reaction is observed for index deletions. Additionally, the share price response is more pronounced for informationally opaque industries. Our study highlights the importance of external monitoring agencies in providing meaningful information that helps resolve investor uncertainty regarding the quality of a firm's relationships with its primary stakeholders. 中欧服务业产业内贸易实证研究

由服务贸易的比较优势和产业内贸易研究概况,引出对中欧服务业产业内贸易的实证分析。基于2004～2009年中欧服务贸易数据测算出GL指数和MIIT指数,发现了各服务部门产业内贸易发展的不同态势。选取人均GDP、服务贸易开放程度和对外贸易不平衡程度作为自变量,即影响因素,但均未表现出与产业内贸易指数较强的相关性。     

固定资产分类与代码研究

固定资产是国有资产中最重要的组成部分。GB／T 14885—1994（固定资产分类与代码》是我国政府对行政事业单位固定资产进行管理的重要支持工具。但是随着社会经济的发展,该标准已不能满足当前的管理需求。为此,本文作者通过对GB／T1 4885—1994的分析,按照兼容性、前瞻性和实用性的工作原则,利用对比分析、实证分析、专家审核等方法,编制了GB／T 14885—1994的第1号修改单。通过在2006年12月至2007年7月间由中国财政部组织开展的全国行政事业单位资产清查工作中的应用证明,GB／T1 4885—1994及其第1号修改单是非常实用和有效的。     

Internationalization of services: The case of intra‐multinational enterprise trade

Increased tradability of services, made possible by the information and communications technology (ICT) revolution, has been at the heart of the internationalization of services. Although rapid growth of the services trade between parents of multinational enterprises (MNEs) and their overseas subsidiaries has contributed to the internationalization of services, empirical studies examining the determinants of intra‐MNE trade in services are few. This article, using the ownership, location, and internalization (OLI) framework, attempts to explain intra‐MNE trade in services. The results provide strong support for the OLI perspective, and posit a complementary relationship between manufacturing foreign direct investment and intra‐MNE services trade. The results also suggest the importance of subsidiaries' absorptive capacity and breadth of global connectedness for intra‐MNE trade.     

城市轨道交通设备数字化分类和交付应用研究

随着城市轨道交通行业的飞速发展,为了更科学、高效、便捷地管理城市轨道交通设施设备,许多城市引入信息化系统对设施设备进行管理。制定设施设备分类编码和建立位置编码,对设施设备统一分类、精准定位;按照城市轨道交通设备分类编码和位置编码对BIM构件模型粒度进行拆分,设置其设备及位置编码,实现城市轨道交通设施设备编码和空间位置编码对应的逻辑关系,通过设备编码关联其生命期清册信息运维数字化移交的管理奠定数据基础。
