Structure,Clearinghouses and Symmetry

We introduce and justify a taxonomy for the structure of markets and minimal institutions which appear in constructing minimally complex trading structures to perform the functions of price formation, settlement and payments. Each structure is presented as a playable strategic market game and is examined for its efficiency, the number of degrees of freedom and the symmetry properties of the structure     

Representation and Educational Background of European Economists in Top Journals of Economics

We assess the contribution of European authors to 10 topjournals of economics from 1980 to 1998. Despite efforts on the European Union and national levels topromote academic excellence, European authors still play a minor role in top journals. Examining the development overtime we find little evidence for an increasing share of European contributions. Particular attention has been paidto the educational background of European authors. There is still a segmentation of academic education alonglanguage barriers in continental Europe. However, a considerable proportion of European authors has received a PhD from the US.

中国期货市场产生于中国由计划经济向市场经济转轨的过程中，其形成与发达国家期货市场迥然不同。随着中国经济的逐步市场化，中国经济的逐渐国际化，政府扮演的角色的重要程度势必越来越小，期货市场在市场经济中将会充分发挥其功能，成为中国市场经济体系不可或缺的组成部分。     

改善劳动力市场管制的几个问题探讨

对劳动力市场的管制是政府监管市场的一个重要方面。本文通过对目前我国劳动力市场建设及运行、管制中存在的主要问题的分析,探讨了放松对劳动力市场的管制及管制的着力点。笔者认为,政府放松对劳动力市场管制是劳动力市场运行规律及WTO规则的要求,而管制的着力点应主要放在强化制度供给、弥补市场失灵、保护劳动者的合法权益等方面。     

管理会计信息披露及其市场识别——来自中国沪深股市的经验证据

财务会计通常被理解为对外报告会计。因管理会计服务于公司内部的管理决策,与公司价值具有内在关联性,因而管理会计信息的对外披露与市场识别此类信息之间具有理论上的逻辑一致性。文章以管理会计信息的整体披露水平能否被市场有效识别为研究命题,对沪深股市年度报告中管理会计信息披露的市场识别程度及其规律进行了实证研究。结果表明:管理会计信息披露能够被市场投资者识别并使用,但此类信息的披露需要市场耗费一定的时间予以吸收;同时,与财务会计信息披露相比,管理会计信息披露水平提高同等程度,更容易被市场识别。

第三方物流企业的发展需要合理的市场定位。发展中国的第三方物流，第三方物流企业必须合理而有序的进行自身的市场定位，从而有效的规避市场风险。接受中国目前的物流市场环境约束，第三方物流企业应该参照地域优势的指标，形成业内的逆时针供应链，提高自身的服务能力。     

New market creation through transformation

Is new market creation a search and selectionprocess within the theoretical space of all possible markets? Or is it the outcome of a process of transformation of extant realities into new possibilities? In this article we consider new market creation as a process involving a new network of stakeholders. The network is initiated through an effectual commitment that sets in motion two concurrent cycles of expanding resources and convergingconstraints that result in the new market. The dynamic model was induced from two empirical investigations, a cognitive science-based investigation of entrepreneurial expertise, and a real time history of the RFID industry. 拥有自主产权是农民成为真正市场主体的必要条件,包括诸如组织制度、户籍制度、金融制度、社会保障制度等在内的产权支持系统是影响农民成为市场主体的充分条件。市场主体地位的高低在某种意义上是由经济实体在参与市场经济活动时所拥有的权利束决定的。推进农村经济市场化的过程就是加强农民市场主体地位的过程。进一步深化农村体制改革,从根本上消除不合理制度对农民的束缚,使农民成为真正的市场主体是解决当前“三农”问题的根本出路。

根据重庆市建立标定地价体系的科学实践．提出城镇标准地块空间定位的技术途径为：从分析土地级别内各定级单元土地质量空间分布规律或房地产市场价格空间分布规律入手，采用定级单元总分平衡法和房地产市场价格平衡法确定标准单元，依据功能特征评价成果将标准地块定位。     

基于研发成本考虑的市场结构优化解析

研发直接带来厂商成本的变化，进而由于技术复杂度的不断提高及研发带来的规模经济，会导致多数产业市场集中度逐渐提高。在专利保护与许可证制度下，当研发导致的沉没成本比较小时，会因其研发速度更快而使厂商数量较多的竞争性市场的福利好于寡占或垄断市场。合作创新与国内竞争可以优化市场结构，提升我国企业研发能力，应对经济全球化的挑战。
