关于基本经济制度的三点探索

党的十六大重申社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度,不仅再次肯定公有制为主体,并且把多种所有制经济包括私营经济也纳入,是对传统理论的一大突破。这是从现阶段的实际出发,有着多样的现实条件。强调两个"毫不动摇",澄清了不同看法,其结果很可能形成混合经济居大的格局:宏观上是多种所有制经济并存,微观上是产权多元化的股份制公司为典型。坚持和完善基本经济制度,有一系列的对策,除深化国有、集体企业改革和鼓励、支持、引导非公有制经济发展外,令人想起毛泽东曾经讲过的四句话:"公私兼顾、劳资两利、城乡互助、内外交流"。

Life Expectancy Heterogeneity and the Political Support for Collective Annuities

Individuals, differing in productivity and life expectancy, vote over the size and type of a collective annuity. Its type is represented by the fraction of the contributive (Bismarckian) component (based on the worker's past earnings) as opposed to the non‐contributive (Beveridgean) part (based on average contribution). The equilibrium collective annuity is either a large mostly Bismarckian program, a smaller pure Beveridgean one (in accordance with empirical evidence), or nil. A larger correlation between longevity and productivity, or a larger average life expectancy, both make the equilibrium collective annuity program more Beveridgean, although at the expense of its size.     

El efecto fin de mes en los principales mercados accionarios latinoamericanos

In equity markets, it is common to find calendar anomalies, which have been the subject of several studies in recent decades, even some of them showing that over time these anomalies have disappeared. In this context, this paper analyzes one of these anomalies, the end-of-the-month effect, in both return and volatility in six Latin American stock markets, namely Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Argentina during the period of 1993-2011. The importance of the evidence for the existence of this anomaly is to allow testing whether the effect has been disappearing over time. The findings of this research show the existence of positive abnormal returns and abnormal volatilities on days associated with the change of months for most of the countries under analysis. This research was performed according to three different periods defined in the literature to analyze the impact of the end-of-the-month effect. This research not only examines the key indexes of each market, but also the individual stocks of each, giving a much larger and demanding sample, which can lead to better conclusions about the existence of the phenomenon. Also, the transaction volume analysis is included to validate some hypotheses related with the high cash flow in the turn-of-month period.     

工业锅炉煤改气客户细分模型及其应用——基于层次分析和熵权修正的模糊综合评价理论

煤改气是加快调整工业锅炉能源结构、改善大气环境质量的重要措施之一。燃气运营商欲开拓工业锅炉煤改气市场，应正确辨别终端市场客户的类别。从行业特性、企业特性、锅炉状况和客户开发潜力4个方面构建工业锅炉煤改气客户细分评价指标体系，用AHP－修正熵组合赋权方法确定评价指标权重，建立工业锅炉煤改气客户细分模型并开展应用。评价结果兼顾客观属性与主观偏好，符合客观实际，可为燃气运营商开展差异化管理，采取多元化营销模式提供决策依据。     

O comportamento dos custos das empresas brasileiras listadas na BM&FBOVESPA entre 1994 e 2011 com ênfase nos sticky costs

By an accurate survey, this study aims to analyze how costs behave brazilian companies listed on the BM&FBOVESPA between years of 1994 and 2011. In order to do this, diverse economic and financial information available in the form of reports was gathered, but which has not yet gone through any statistical analysis, for a longitudinal analysis that includes a period of 18 years. The results are presented in two axes, in which the first one indicates costs behavioral tendencies and the second one analyzes their symmetry. The results showed that the Cost of Goods Sold (CPV, for Portuguese) presents a strong declining trend; Expenses Sales are directly related to the area (essential goods or monopoly, for example); Administrative Expenses have a slight declining trend. In relation to sticky costs, when performing an overview with the companies studied, the theory proposed by Anderson, Banker and Janakiraman (2003) is partially applied, since, for varying levels of revenue up to 10% the asymmetry is confirmed.     

Three Short Stories of Progressive Institutional Change

The process of institutional change is a fundamental theme in institutional economics. There are multiple avenues for forging institutional change — policies, laws, cultural norms, social movements, and social practices. I analyze three examples of progressive institutional change. While there are many to choose from, the three short stories focus on: (i) accounting for measures of housework and care work in GDP; (ii) transforming legal values through adoption of marriage equality in the United States; and (iii) interrogating the fresh-tomatoes food supply chain in order to achieve a penny-a-pound more in earnings for migrant field workers. Each of these examples of progressive institutional change involves changing values, a cumulative process.

J.Jenkins在《英语作为国际通用语的语音》一书中分析了大量通用语语境中的英语语料,考察了英语作为国际通用语的语音现状及其相互可理解性和可接受性,同时在考虑了语音项目的“可教性”之后,大胆地提出了一套简便、务实的通用语核心语音。该书的主要观点对我国英语语音教学具有一定启示作用。
