教师职业道德在教育中的作用研究

教师职业道德是教师在从事教育活动中所应当遵循的道德规范和准则。加强教师职业道德建设,是实施素质教育的关键。本文就教师职业道德的特点、作用及提高教师职业道德的措施提出了一些建议。     

AN ANALYSIS OF THE WELFARE CUTS IN THE COMPREHENSIVE SPENDING REVIEW AND THE BUDGET 2010

In the Comprehensive Spending Review and in the Budget 2010, the Liberal–Conservative coalition has announced cost‐cutting measures in the benefit system. Some of these measures can be interpreted as ‘random cuts’, where the given scope and structure of a spending programme is retained, while bits and pieces are chopped off here and there. Others can be interpreted as more strategic measures, or reconsiderations of the proper role of government in the respective area. However, where the coalition has pursued a more strategic approach, it has not followed it through consistently. The coalition's consolidation strategy relies too much on temporary caps and freezes, which will eventually expire and give way to renewed spending pressures.     

When do MNCs fail to learn from prior failure experience?

Do multinational corporations (MNCs) learn from their prior failures in international joint ventures (IJVs)? When does decision makers’ cognitive inability hinder MNCs from learning through their prior failure experiences? In the context of IJV survival in subsequent IJV entries, this study compares predictions made from two distinct theoretical perspectives, both of which belong to the behavioural school in strategy literature. According to the performance feedback perspective, MNCs may effectively learn from their prior failure experiences gained in familiar decision‐making contexts. On the other hand, according to the cognitive bias perspective, MNCs may not be able to effectively learn from their prior failure experiences if they inaccurately interpret the causes of their prior failures. The results provide partial support for the notion that MNC decision makers may not be able to effectively learn from their prior failures because of their cognitive biases. Copyright © 2015 ASAC. On Teacher Politeness Principles in EFL Classroom

It is proved that teachers' politeness behavior can highly motivate students' learning impulse and improve teaching process. Politeness phenomenon in classroom has been broadly discussed and studied; however, there are still no systematic politeness principles that can be reasonably applied into the teaching process. On the basis of the politeness theories and a case study, this paper tries to seek a more reasonable and more efficient politeness principle in EFL classroom.     

论学校文化与民族学生学业质量

本文运用文化人类学的研究方法,对影响民族学生学业质量的文化因素进行了深入的研究分析,在此基础上,以文化冲突等相关理论为依据,着重从文化的角度分析影响民族学生学业质量的办学理念、教师文化、物质文化、文化活动等学校文化因素,并进行理论解释和探讨.     

云南知识密集型服务业的人力资源管理研究——以高校为例

高校作为知识密集型服务业的一个组成部分,师资作为其核心发展动力,师资的建设和管理对于如今知识经济高度发达的社会来说就非常重要,通过完善师资的建设来带动高校的发展。文章主要阐述了知识密集型服务业的人力资源管理的方式和特点,进而论述了知识密集型服务业中的高校的人力资源管理即师资管理的对策,并针对云南省发展的特点和云南省高校的特点展开论证。     

The influence of neighborhood environment and household travel interactions on school travel behavior: an exploration using geographically-weighted models

Professional and popular interest in active school transportation (walking and cycling) is matched by an emerging literature on this topic. This paper explores school travel behavior of 11-year old children in Toronto, Canada. In particular, the effects of the neighborhood environment and caregiver-child travel interactions on travel mode choice were studied. Results indicate that the built environment near both home and school locations was associated with the odds of walking. However, predicted built environment effects were less accurate in some neighborhoods. Availability of adults at the time of school travel likely encouraged driving. School transportation interventions that broadly consider school and neighborhood-oriented policies and enable independent mobility may increase walking rates. Presence of spatial autocorrelation in the prevalence of walking suggests that more research is required to understand inter-household similarities in behaviors that are spatially structured.

创建学习型学院能最大限度地发挥教职工个人潜能,实现个人和学院共同愿景。当前要学习、理解学习型组织的管理理念,统一思想认识,建立行之有效的运行机制和激励机制,引导全院师生具备持续的学习力并把学习力转化为持续的创造力。     

榆阳区中学体操开展的现状调查研究

通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、数据统计法、访谈法对榆阳区中学体操教学开展现状的调查研究,得出以下结论:榆阳区中学体操项目设备和国家规定的要求相差很大,国家规定的教学内容不能执行,领导对体操教学重视程度低,场地建设的经费投入不足,体操教学的器材严重短缺,本文针对这些问题,为改善中学体操教学现状提出合理化意见和建议。
