The 25 most-downloaded articles for the Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce for 2008 are presented. ABSTRACTDespite the growing importance and popularity of augmented reality (AR) technologies in hospitality and tourism, little research to identify the degree of user adoption, particularly in the business travel sector, has been conducted. Based on a questionnaire administered to 161 stakeholders attending two international conferences in Hong Kong, user experiences and adoption intention were examined and analyzed through structural equation modeling. Adoption was explored using a value-based adoption model. AR adoption is affected by its perceived value to which the benefits of usefulness and enjoyment contribute, along with newly identified components of technicality and captivating inputs. 相似文献

AbstractUnderstanding the consumer’s tendency to adopt new products is an ever-present essential for successful marketing campaigns. This paper presents the findings from two empirical studies that investigate the relationship between consumer innovativeness, price-prestige sensitivity, and need for emotion. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data in both studies from a sample of 668 respondents in two cities in England. The findings show that consumer innovativeness is determined by an individual’s sensitivity to price and their need for emotion. While innovative consumers are sensitive in relating price to prestige, this dispositional relationship varies across products. Furthermore, the findings suggest that enjoyment, which facilitates emotional openness and receptivity, influences innovative consumers to take the emotional route, besides the price-prestige route, to the adoption of new products. These findings have a number of important implications for marketers, particularly for the success of marketing campaigns targeted at innovative consumers who find enjoyment in using new products and are prestigiously sensitive to price. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Because of the intangible nature of services, there is always a challenge in front of service providers to find out which dimensions of service quality are more important for customers. The author presents the results of a study in India that assesses the service quality perceptions of customers about mobile telecommunication services. EFA explained 69.694% of variance and extracted eight service quality dimensions. The results of a multiple regression analysis show that customers attributed the highest importance to employee performance followed by transmission quality, competitiveness, support attributes, reliability, credibility, operational efficiency, and convenience. "M-Learning"意指基于移动计算设备实施远程教学过程。此处的移动设备意指能够方便随身携带、随时随地使用的小尺寸屏幕的手持设备,包含PDA、手机、MP4以及手持电子书阅读器等等。E-Learning模式的远程教育给人们带来了自由自主、资源共享的学习时代。云南省作为中国西部边疆省份,是教育资源稀缺省份。随着网络教育的发展,全省各地高校、中小学纷纷自建网站,省外近70家高校网络学院均在云南推行,成绩斐然。2006年始,云南省移动通信公司和省教育厅多次沟通,有志于打造本土最强的教育网络,建设移动学习平台,实现企业科教兴省的志向,随后付诸实施。我有幸参与此项目的社会调研工作,了解这一领域发展动向。 相似文献
