建国初期中共粮食战略与1949年云南公粮征收研究

1950年3月6日以宋任穷为书记的中共云南省委正式成立，3月12日即颁布命令征收1949年公粮。当时各地基层政权立足未稳，难以承担如此巨任，阶级矛盾、民族矛盾错综复杂，征粮刚一展开即受挫。其原因主要一是云南财政恶化超出预想，粮食存量少；二是粮食新政权的保障，所以中共云南省委不遗余力地大力推进征粮工作。此次征粮不仅与云南地方军民生活用度有关，更与建国初期中共新政权在经济战场上与敌人斗争紧密相连。     

Making sense of new technology during organisational change

This article examines how employees interpret the use of various social media and web 2.0 technologies by managers of an organisation during a merger process. The article explores the way in which managers use technology to give sense to the merger process, the corresponding sensemaking of employees and also how employees make sense of the use of technology itself. The findings show that new media enables the sharing of emotional sense about organisational processes between managers and employees and places employees with different levels of involvement with the process and at different points in the organisational hierarchy on equal footing. In spite of this, employees view the use of technology negatively and feel mastered by the technology itself. In discussing these unintended consequences of the use of this technology, the article further discusses the paradoxes that emerge from using new technology to give sense during organisational change.

What is Socioeconomics? An Overview of Theories,Methods, and Themes in the Field

The term socioeconomics is widely used, even though it is often connoted to quite divergent understandings about what it actually describes. It sometimes appears as an umbrella term for a range of quite successful but diverse and occasionally antagonistic approaches that cannot easily be combined. Sometimes it is applied to rather specific scientific endeavors. This paper is not conceptual, i.e., it concludes with some moderate considerations about optional ways to advance a consolidation of socioeconomics only. In first instance, it is intended to provide some orientation in the diverse field and discusses distinctions that can be made between major theoretical and methodological currents, subject areas, and understandings of the purpose of socioeconomics.     

对于新会计制度下如何加强事业单位财务管理的剖析

财务管理是事业单位财务活动当中非常关键的环节,其有效性为事业单位的财产安全提供了保障。但是,随着新会计制度的出台和实施,事业单位的财务管理中存在的问题和不足逐渐暴露出来,这些问题严重阻碍了事业单位的持续发展。为了保障事业单位在新会计制度下实现长期健康发展,有必要就其财务管理当中存在的问题进行深入讨论,并提出可行的解决方案。     

新冠肺炎疫情对中小微外贸企业的影响及对策

突如其来的新冠肺炎对全球经济造成了很大的影响,我国对外贸易当然更是无法幸免。但总体而言,笔者认为,短期影响虽然十分严重,但正在逐步消弭;中期影响需要认真对待,损失基本可控;长期影响更加深刻,但是依然可以化解——我国以及我省对外经济贸易总体向好的态势有望保持。然而,面广量大的中小微外贸企业原本就身体单薄,这场突如其来的疫情,无疑又是雪上加霜,日子更加艰难,亟待关注与帮扶。     

浅析新形势下财务管理对石油化工产业的作用

石油化工产业相较于其他的行业具有较大的发展规模,并且具有很强的经济实力。在开展日常管理工作中,相关事务较为繁杂,尤其是企业管理层具有较为复杂的结构,经营的主要业务为国家原油及与化工有关的产品,因此,其经营活动有着较高的风险。在这样的情况下,石油化工企业为了自身的可持续发展,应该确保财务管理工作与自身发展趋势相符合。     

A capabilities perspective on the joint effects of internationalization time,speed, geographic scope and managers’ competencies on SME survival

This study examines the effect of key internationalization contingencies on SME survival. We argue early internationalization increases the probability of firm failure, while international experience reduces it. However, the survival odds among international new ventures may be improved by their post-entry international expansion scope and speed, and by managers’ competencies. These internationalization facets provide firms with opportunities to develop and exploit their resources and capabilities, and thus enhance their survival chances. Drawing on a sample of 271 manufacturers followed between 2005 and 2014, we find results that provide support to most of our arguments, and hold theoretical and managerial relevance.     

Polycentric development in the Cape Town city-region: Empirical assessment and consideration of spatial policy implications

The concept of the ‘polycentric urban region’ has been popularised both as a theoretical concept for understanding regional urban systems in an era of reduced transport and communication costs, and as a normative policy objective in its own right. This paper explores its relevance to the rapidly urbanising Cape Town city-region. First, empirical evidence for the emergence of polycentric regional development patterns was considered. Shifts in relative settlements sizes (morphological polycentrism) over the period 1991–2011 were examined using population data, and patterns of inter-settlement interactions (functional polycentrism) were explored by analysing commuting information. Contrary to expectations, trends toward polycentric development were found to be weak. Second, the paper considers the relevance and value of polycentric development thinking for regional economic and spatial planning policy, concluding that there are insufficient grounds for policy intervention aimed at encouraging polycentric regional development or countering the dominance of Cape Town in the region.     

新规则实施对空手道裁判员执裁的影响

世界空手道联盟(WKF)2011年12月颁布最新修改审定的《空手道比赛规则》。规则是构建训练和比赛体系的向导,裁判员对规则的理解和执行是比赛的核心:裁判员执裁水平越高,运动员比赛水平就越高。通过对新旧规则主要内容的对比和分析,提高我国空手道裁判员的业务水平,由此带动我国空手道运动的良性发展。
