关于区域旅游合作的思考——当前中国区域旅游合作的难点与机遇

古典贸易理论关于相对优势的阐述,当前我国旅游发展的阶段性实务,都从不同侧面向我们提出了区域旅游合作的问题.其价值、意义和发展方向,本应该是不言而喻的.然而由于地区发展不平衡的现状、背景和各自的利益不尽相同,在近年的实际进程中,我国区域旅游合作的步伐却仍不理想,一些地方甚至踟躇不前.本文意在从理论和实践两个侧面着手,分析当前中国区域旅游合作的难点、机遇和必要,并进而提出自己的有针对性的实操建议,期望能够以此为突破口,推动区域旅游合作的进一步发展与深化.     

确定采矿及建筑施工排水水资源费征收标准的理论方法

在分析排水水资源费的本质、排水与取水水资源费确定方法异同点的基础上,提出理论上排水水资源费征收标准的2种确定方法,即直接利用取水水资源费征收标准进行修正的方法和排水水资源费的边际机会成本法。同时分析目前我国地方省份采矿及建筑施工排水水资源费征收标准的特点,并利用提出的2种排水水资源费征收标准的确定方法分析产生这些特点的原因,论证有些地方省份排水水资源费征收标准高于取水水资源费征收标准的缘由。     

职业延迟满足对员工过劳的影响研究——职业成长机会的调节作用

目前,员工过劳问题在我国企业发展中日益凸显,需要予以重视和解决。基于个体与组织互动角度,通过对338名企业员工的问卷调查分析职业延迟满足和职业成长机会对员工过劳的影响,并检验职业成长机会对职业延迟满足影响员工过劳的调节作用,结果表明：职业延迟满足的两个维度（工作延迟满足和职业生涯延迟满足）均对员工过劳有显著正向影响,而职业成长机会对员工过劳有显著负向影响;职业成长机会对职业延迟满足影响员工过劳具有负向调节作用,即职业成长机会越大,职业延迟满足与员工过劳的正向关系越弱。因此,企业管理者应合理引导和帮助员工做好职业生涯规划,为员工提供合适的多元化发展通道,以有效预防和缓解员工过劳。

加入WTO对我国教育的影响少人论及。文章就加入WTO对我国教育可能产生的四方面冲击和四方面机遇提出了自己的看法。     

Discovery,invention and serendipity

This paper attempts to relate serendipity, the natural ability to make interesting or valuable discoveries by accident （Longman Discovery of Contemporary English） with notable discoveries and inventions. It connotes the profound ability of finding out valuable things different from those who have been exploring by spending a lot of time or for years. The author will illustrate as many cases as possible within a given time constraint, so that surrounding environments and situations may be clarified, and such discoveries and inventions may be plausibly accomplished by accident or with rich reasons. These illustrations include historical as well as more recent cases. One of the cases is beyond the scope of our environment on the earth with preconceived notion, while other cases have given great impacts to our politics and also military intelligence. It should be noted that business and technological intelligence are deeply connected with discoveries, inventions and serendipity. In concluding remarks, the essence of serendipity will be summarized and how to side with the serendipity at the most important moment will be examined by viewing time series endeavors of the inventors and those who have devoted much time to discoveries.

华夏科创是一家位于北京中关村的高科技公司，主要研发、生产和销售与水质安全、油料品质和食品安全有关的分析仪器。本案例通过对华夏科创公司历史上几次重要的商机和商业想法的识别和开发过程的描述。试图讨论商机识别与外部因素和创业者个人特征的关系。本案例特别适用于创业学的商机识别和开发过程教学。     

中小企业成本控制问题与对策

文章论述了成本控制的定义,深入调查并分析了企业的生产经营过程和相应的成本管理活动,发现企业在成本控制方面存在着许多问题,并且针对这些问题,分析其产生原因,提出相应对策和建议。最终得出了成本控制在中小企业的发展中起到重要作用的结论。     

The Knowledge Café–A Knowledge Management System and Its Application to Hospitality and Tourism

SUMMARY

Knowledge management is identified as a key success factor in most industries today. While data or information can be stored independently from people, knowledge is bound to people who use it for their interactions. The main goal of knowledge management is to improve the usage of knowledge in the enterprise. Knowledge management systems are not only organizational memory information systems. They also contain organizational standard procedures and a certain cultural attitude. A reference framework gives implementation hints mainly influenced by technical possibilities. The knowledge management system reference architecture contains layers of sources, repositories, taxonomy, services, applications and user interfaces. A software tool that largely corresponds to this reference framework is the Knowledge Café. Possible applications of this tool to the area of hospitality and tourism are described in this paper.     

中国文化演出业国际化机遇、挑战与战略选择

后危机时代的中国文化演出业国际化面临重要的发展机遇,具体表现在产业结构调整、经济发展方式转变、演出市场扩大、政策扶持加强、"走出去"战略深化等推动中国文化演出业的国际化步伐。然而在此过程中,我们也需要迎接来自观念、创新、经营、机制等诸多方面的挑战。只有把握机遇,面对挑战,在战略制定、市场定位、项目创新、营销推广等层面进行大胆实践,我国才能推动文化演出业国际化的跨越式发展。     

THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN: SURVEY AND EXTENSIONS

This paper investigates the capabilities of social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Delicious, Digg and others, for their current and potential impact on the supply chain. In particular, this paper examines the use of social media to capture the impact on supply‐chain events and develop a context for those events. This paper also analyses the use of social media in the supply chain to build relationships among supply‐chain participants. Further, this paper investigates the of use of user‐supplied tags as a basis of evaluating and extending an ontology for supply chains. In addition, using knowledge discovery from social media, a number of concepts related to the supply chain are examined, including supply‐chain reputation and influence within the supply chain. Prediction markets are analysed for their potential use in supply chains. Finally, this paper investigates the integration of traditional knowledge management along with knowledge generated from social media. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
