基于ADSP2106X的高速实时并行雷达数字信号处理系统设计

介绍了ADSP2106X的硬件结构和高速处理性能,讨论了基于ADSP2106X的4种并行处理器的实现方法,给出了ADSP21060结合现场可编程逻辑阵列在一种雷达信号处理系统中的应用,结果证明达到了系统指标要求.     

岩山隧道平导施工通风技术

长大隧道施工中通风排烟是不容忽视的重要问题。岩山隧道采用长4 km的平导辅助正洞施工,平导多次通过横通道进入正洞施工,平导独头施工通风距离长达5.4 km,文章介绍了该隧道施工中采用高风压、大风量通风机、大直径风管进行多种形式的通风,以及加强施工通风管理等经验,较好地解决了长距离通风,有效地提高了工作效率,加快了施工进度。平导施工通风经验可供类似工程参考。     

FDI对国际贸易的互补与替代效应:基于我国主要贸易伙伴的平行数据实证研究

将我国主要贸易伙伴按贸易方式、商品结构及地理距离分成三组,分别使用平行数据的截面SUR方法对各组与我国出口额、进口额和上年FDI、截至上年的累积FDI及当年GDP总和进行回归分析,发现短期内,第一组FDI对国际贸易起互补效应,第二组起替代效应,第三组效应不明显.在长期,三组数据的累积FDI对国际贸易均有显著促进效应.

The Role of Information Feedback in the Management Group Decision-Making Process Applying System Dynamics Models

The research project addresses the influence of feedback information on the decision process supported by the application of system dynamics models. A user-friendly application was developed and used in the experiment with decision groups. The participants were 174 undergraduate management science students. They had the task of determining the optimum business strategy by maximizing the multiple criteria function under three experimental conditions: a ₁) an indivIDual decision process without the support of a system dynamics model, a ₂) an indivIDual decision process supported by a system dynamics model, and a ₃) a decision process supported by a system dynamics model and subject interaction via computer mediation. The hypotheses that the indivIDual decision process supported by a system dynamics model yields higher Criteria Function values than one without a system dynamics model, as well as the decision process supported by both a system dynamics model and subject interaction yields higher Criteria Function values than one supported by a system dynamics model alone were confirmed.     

The scheduling and organization of periodic associative computation: Essential networks

This paper defines and characterizes essential decentralized networks for calculating the associative aggregate of one or more cohorts of data. A network is essential if it is not possible to eliminate an instruction or manager and still calulate the aggregate of each cohort. We show that for essential networks, the graphs that depict the operations and data dependencies are trees or forests. These results assist in the characterization of efficient networks. 绩效考评是人力资源开发与管理中的一项重要任务,绩效考评方法的科学与否直接影响着企业的发展和竞争力。360度绩效考评方法因其特有的全方位、多角度,考评结果可接受性强,误差小等特征而备受西方理论界和企业界的推崇并且卓有成效。文章认为:由于东西方文化的差异,西方行之有效的方法在引入我国后,必然受到东方文化的冲击。我国企业界在借鉴这一方法时,要考虑到文化因素的影响,不能盲目照搬西方的运作模式。     

A dynamic model of R&D competition

This study considers a dynamic model of R&D competition in a situation of no uncertainty with identical firms in a perfect foresight. We are going to find out about the effects of firms' absorptive capacity on R&D strategies in the presence of technological spillovers. The conditions for the existence and uniqueness of a feedback–Nash equilibrium on firms' R&D expense will be also discussed. Numerical simulations will show as the introduction of the absorptive capacity reduces the impact of spillovers degree on firms' R&D strategies.     

对专利产品的“平行进口”法律探析

国际公约、国际条约以及我国《专利法》对专利产品的“平行进口”问题尚未作出明确的规定，而这一问题关系到专利权人和社会公众之间利益的平衡，必须认真对待。我国应依据“专利权的国内穷竭”理论，借鉴国外的立法、司法实践经验，结合自己的具体情况，采取相应的对策：不在《专利法》中对专利产品的“平行进口”问题作出明确的规定；以我方利益为出发点，采用灵活折中的策略，处理合同中没有明确规定的专利产品的“平行进口”问题。
