平台经济视阈下社会责任消费行为意向驱动因素研究

平台经济的快速发展使得平台型社会责任消费问题日益被关注。立足平台经济情境下社会责任消费行为的“利他”属性，基于弱关系理论和消费者—企业认同理论，从社会互动视角对计划行为理论进行重塑,在问卷调查基础上通过统计分析方法研究社会责任消费行为意向驱动因素。实证显示：行为态度、社会规范、感知行为控制及平台企业社会责任认同对社会责任消费行为意向的生态消费、善因消费和诚信消费三个维度均有不同程度的正向影响，其中社会规范是最大的影响变量；行为态度在社会规范、感知行为控制、平台企业社会责任认同与社会责任消费行为意向之间起中介作用。修正后的计划行为理论实现了个人与社会、理性逻辑和情感逻辑的有机统一，能对平台经济视阈下社会责任消费行为意向进行有效的解释与预测,从而为平台社会责任生态化治理提供一定启示。     

Extending variety seeking to multi-sided platforms: Impact of new retailer listing

This study uses theories of variety seeking to examine how a new retailer listing on a multi-sided platform (MSP) affects consumer buying behavior. Using a unique dataset from an online MSP, we evaluate changes in purchase frequency with individual retailers after a new one is listed. Contrary to expectations, the results indicate that consumers increase their purchase frequency at existing retailers. Moreover, compared to consistency seekers, variety-seeking consumers show a higher positive effect as they buy even more. This result is observed for retailers in both competing and non-competing product categories. Finally, we discuss the theoretical contributions and implications for MSPs and retailers.     

网络社区环境下企业营销分析

网络社区环境下企业营销存在的问题是暴力营销帖、营销信息遭质疑、即时沟通有待提高。为有效解决这些问题,企业应实施话题营销策略,提高企业的社区关注度,增加用户对企业的认知度;通过意见领袖评价企业产品的质量特性以及不同产品间的优缺点,对用户消费行为发挥导向作用;配备专门的社区营销人员,及时对社区舆论进行引导,传播产品信息,引导用户的消费观;企业应借助或建立恰当的广告平台,在不同的社区内投放不同的广告,创建新型的广告模式,从而有效提升企业营销效果。     

IOS移动平台互动绘本的设计

绘本随着计算机软硬件的发展和无线网络技术的进步，正由纸质图书形式向数字化屏式过渡，其自身可以根据故事的画面与技术手段相结合，从而产生新的绘本形态---互动绘本。在这种应用背景的推动下，指出纸质绘本的优缺点，调查分析IOS移动平台互动绘本发展的前景与优势，从研究互动绘本的设计特征着手，探讨互动绘本设计在数字技术支撑下的设计要素与设计方法，可对互动绘本的设计与发展有所借鉴，并实现其艺术价值与市场应用价值。     

Antecedents of mobile payment loyalty: An extended perspective of perceived value and information system success model

Drawing on the information system success model and perceived value theory, we develop a research model to examine factors that may affect user satisfaction and loyalty of mobile payment platforms. Empirical data was collected from users using Alipay and WeChat Pay in China, and a total of 410 valid responses were gathered for data analysis. The results show that the multi-dimensional formative perceived value including benefits and sacrifice is important determinant of mobile payment user satisfaction and loyalty. The three benefit dimensions of functional value, experiential value and social value are more important value components than the two sacrifice dimensions of risk and cost, and experiential value is the dominant component of mobile payment users' value perception. As for the antecedents of perceived value, system quality and service quality mainly affect perceived benefits, while information quality has a greater impact on risk. The research results provide the contribution of specific value dimensions to users' perceived value and the impact of quality characteristics on specific perceived value for mobile payment platform providers, thus helping them to adopt effective strategies to strengthen market competitiveness and retain existing users.     

学生创新实践平台的构建与探索

近年来,高职学生的专业能力获得了很大的提高,但是高职学生的整体素质仍有不少弱点,集中表现在缺乏创新意识,以及缺乏主动学习的能力。本文构建了一个自动化专业学生创新实践平台,通过学生的培训、交流、参加技能竞赛、实验室设备维修等活动,实现学生创新能力的培养,取得了不错的成果。     

A MILP model for planning the trips of dynamic positioned tankers with variable travel time

The transportation of the crude oil produced in offshore oilfields to onshore terminals is performed by vessels, known as shuttle tankers. Scheduling shuttle-tanker operations entails solving complex problems to ensure a timely offloading of the platforms, taking into account several logistics and inventory constraints. This work proposes a new MILP formulation that advances previous works by considering variable travel time between platforms and terminals. The combination of the MILP formulation with an optimization solver constitutes a decision-support tool to aid engineers reach optimal decisions for a planning horizon. To handle large-scale instances, rolling-horizon and relax-and-fix strategies are proposed.     

高职学报数字化平台建设探讨

目前高职学报面临着出版时滞长、传播速度慢、传播范围狭窄、稿源质量堪忧、学报整体学术影响力弱等一系列发展瓶颈。在数字出版的浪潮下，通过借鉴国内外成功的期刊数字平台建设经验，整合办刊资源，立足高等职业教育特征，建设自身的数字化平台，可成为高职学报突破发展瓶颈，赢得发展机遇的优先选择。     

平安城市监控系统建设中的组网问题

我国平安城市监控系统建设日趋普及,但在建设过程中存在财政投入不足而出现分区建设、分区管理的现象。这使得平安城市监控缺乏统一的管理,给城市安全防范工作带来不便。文章根据不同行业的应用需求及特点,提出监控系统整体解决方法,包括对需求的分析、功能实现的方法等。     

B2B电商平台供应链金融典型模式及其比较分析

在对电商平台供应链金融模式进行总结的基础上,聚焦B2B电商平台的供应链金融业务,对9家典型B2B电商平台开展的供应链金融业务及其产品进行了描述,并从平台涉及领域、供应链金融开始时间、金融产品模式等六个方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:B2B电商平台往往是采取与金融机构合作的方式获取供应链金融资金需求;开展大宗物资交易的B2B电商平台开展供应链金融业务相对较早;与传统线下供应链金融业务相比,B2B电商平台供应链金融在信用融资和订单融资方面更有优势;B2B电商平台供应链金融产品可以根据不同平台以及买卖双方的特点进行创新设计,最后为电商供应链融资业务的发展提出建议。
