大学生模拟创业平台体系的构建研究——以福州大学为例

本文总结了福州大学的学生模拟创业平台体系,即学生首先通过创业教育,培养创业意识,学习基本的公司管理知识,培养团队管理能力,之后利用社团互助平台,获取人力资源,组建团队,随之在赛事训练平台开展虚拟和实体的创业实践训练,在此基础上,形成成熟创业计划的团队,可申请孵化,进入创业孵化平台。该平台体系系统上具有有序性,运作上又具有系统性,可供有关同行参考。     

论高职学生创新能力的提高

培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才是各高职院校所面临的重要任务。高职教育承担着培养高素质高技能创新创业人才的任务,不断传授最新知识和技能,培养个体创造、创新、应变能力,这样才能适应21世纪的挑战,因此,必须通过学科技能竞赛为载体,构建体系化的创新教育模式,从而提升学生的创新能力。

地方政府融资平台信息不透明、治理结构不健全等情况给金融机构信贷风险控制带来挑战.银团贷款因为能提高信息共享、遏制信贷欺诈、分散信贷风险,所以能对控制集团客户风险发挥积极作用.可以模糊综合评价模型为基础,分析政府融资平台引入银团贷款模式后的风险评价,为控制地方政府融资平台信贷风险提供思路.

产业技术公共服务平台作为公共科技服务平台体系中的重要组成部分,在区域创新体系中发挥着重要作用。陕西省产业技术公共服务平台建设应在整合现有科技资源的基础上,采用企业主导、项目驱动的平台运作方式,同时结合省内不同产业发展情况,探求建设产业技术公共服务平台的具体模式,并以健全法律法规、完善运营机制、激励机制等方面为主要抓手。     

某型机载导航计算机系统检测平台的硬件设计

为解决导航计算机系统飞行训练故障多、排故难的问题,满足大修厂对航空导航计算机系统 的检测需求,以工控计算机为平台,采用高精度的14位旋转变压器和大规模数字集成电路,设 计出一种检测速度 快、故障定位准确的自动检测平台,模拟角度精度可达到1.3′。通过模拟机载设备之间的 通信信号,可实现对数字计算机、控制台和代码转换装置的功能性能检测。     

从财政分权看我国地方政府发行公债的必要性

举债权是规范的分税制赋予地方政府应有的财权。在财政分权的框架下,一级政权,一级事权,一级财权是题中之义。本文首先从财政分权理论出发,指出发行市政债是地方融资平台的替代措施。     

Competing with complementors: An empirical look at Amazon.com

Research Summary : Platform owners sometimes enter complementors' product spaces and compete against them. Using data from Amazon.com to study Amazon's entry pattern into third‐party sellers' product spaces, we find that Amazon is more likely to target successful product spaces. We also find that Amazon is less likely to enter product spaces that require greater seller efforts to grow, suggesting that complementors' platform‐specific investments influence platform owners' entry decisions. While Amazon's entry discourages affected third‐party sellers from subsequently pursuing growth on the platform, it increases product demand and reduces shipping costs for consumers. We consider the implications of these findings for complementors in platform‐based markets. Managerial Summary : Platform owners can exert considerable influence over their complementors' welfare. Many complementors with successful products are pushed out of markets because platform owners enter their product spaces and compete directly with them. To mitigate such risks, complementors could build their businesses by aggregating nonblockbuster products or focusing on products requiring significant platform‐specific investments to grow. They should also develop capabilities in new product discovery so that they could continually bring innovative products to their platforms.

Exploring the interdisciplinary potential of the Agenda2030—Interactions between five Danish societal demands for sustainable land use

This article explores the potential of the SDG framework for interdisciplinary research. The aim is to illustrate the process of creating a shared platform of operation by the clarifying the positive and negative interactions between societal demands for land use on a national and local level. The research question is answered by making use of the systemic approach introduced by Niklas Luhmann including his arguments about autopoietic communication systems reproducing themselves. An interdisciplinary research group is firstly applying the SDG framework to the demands for sustainable land use by activating the land consolidation in Denmark. By doing so a ‘national framework’ anchored in the SDG framework is created. Secondly, the national framework is applied to a multifunctional land consolidation project in a Danish case area. The findings from the mapping of interactions between societal demands on a concrete case area revealed that some indicators and societal demands are more prone to conflicts than others but also on the local level there may be variations. Thus, a localised and contextualised SDG framework has shown useful insight for future projects on sustainable land use including land consolidation projects. The paper concludes that the SDG framework may be used for facilitating interdisciplinary research, however there is also a need for guidelines and examples on how to integrate the framework in academia. The paper offers a suggestion for integrating the Agenda2030 and the SDG framework in projects about sustainable land use.
