西部开发与区域经济发展的若干理论问题

西部开发过程中需要进一步加强理论研究 ,充分发挥理论的指导作用。本文首先指出 ,西部开发是地区平衡发展的要求。其次西部地区要培养新的增长极 ,发展具有创新能力的行业和主导产业部门 ;要积极创建自己的高技术产业 ,实现超越发展。     

新自由主义思潮的经济哲学批判

新自由主义经济学重要代表人物哈耶克与弗里德曼等人都以其经济学认识论与方法论而著称。在哈耶克的自发秩序原理和弗里德曼的货币主义理论中,个体人的自由行动构成为最基本的概念范畴,进而在自由竞争的市场体制下促成了资本主义的繁荣发展。随着二十世纪七十年代新自由主义的兴起及其全球化资本主义的盛行,其反思与批判成为了现代政治经济学的核心议题,并对马克思主义的时代发展具有重要比较意义。     

Attitudes to pay systems:an exploratory study within and across cultures

The present study investigates employees’preferences for criteria that are used in pay systems, namely, performance, cost of living, tenure, educational qualification, collective bargaining, skill, market rate, responsibility and special demands. The study also explored variation and similarities of employees’preferences for the criteria across four countries, namely Australia (N = 162), Indonesia (N = 100), Malaysia (N = 129) and Hong Kong (N = 39). The results indicate that the respondents prefer multiple criteria to determine their pay. Preferences for length of service and educational attainment were found to be significantly different across countries, particularly between Australian and Asian samples (Indonesian and Malaysia). This variation is, in part, attributed to cultural differences. Other variables, such as age, educational qualification, position, and industry sector, have been found to be significant correlates of preference for pay systems. Implications for reward management have been discussed.     

完善我国个人征信体系防范＂人人贷＂中的信用风险

结合我国“人人贷”的发展现状及主要模式，分析我国“人人贷”存在信用风险的原因，认为应从完善法律制度、健全组织机构、加强征信监管等几个方面完善我国个人征信体系，以防范“人人贷”领域的信用风险。     

Valuing visitor services and access to protected areas: The case of Nyungwe National Park in Rwanda

Policymakers and recreation site managers use changes in fee structure, either introducing park entrance fees or increasing existing ones, to generate revenues, improve services, and reduce damages associated with over-use. Increase in park usage fee, however, can make the park inaccessible to certain segments of tourists. Understanding park users' response to changes in fees and its implication on park use equity is, thus, important to achieving a park's full potential in a socially and environmentally responsible way. This information is crucial especially for developing countries, where the issue has received relatively less attention and national park systems are chronically underfunded. This paper contributes to the literature on park access fees by: empirically assessing park use equity between and among international and national tourists visiting Nyungwe National Park, Rwanda, and; developing an approach for determining predictors and mean willingness to pay values for park entrance. Results of our survey-based approach show a positive willingness to pay values for park entrance and fee increases. Our results also show that it is possible to raise revenue without exacerbating existing park use differences.

农地入股合作社的立法理念更新

兼顾土地承包经营权作为用益物权的自由支配属性和土地承包经营权的生存权保障功能,是当前学术界主张的农地入股的主流立法理念。但是,基于此立法理念进行的制度设计,既可能面临实施的困境和法理上的自相矛盾,也可能会导致入股者享有的农地增值收益权、融资担保权、征收补偿权和农地发展权严重受限或者受损。而将农地入股的立法理念更新为对农民生存权和发展权的双重关怀并以此构建相关制度,不仅可以弥补当前农地入股主流立法理念及其制度设计的缺陷,有化解农地入股中的一系列二元主义争议,而且还有充分的法理根据和现实依据,有利于实现农地入股合作社的立法价值。     

Factors influencing applicant willingness to apply for the advertised job opening: the mediational role of credibility,satisfaction and attraction

The present study examined the effects of the information given in a job advertisement on the potential applicants' willingness to apply for the job opening with the mediating roles of credibility of and satisfaction from the information given in the ad and attraction to the organization. One hundred and fifty-four students were randomly assigned to the three different versions of job advertisement. Additionally, a questionnaire package was given to each participant. The results showed that advertisement type affected the willingness of potential applicants to apply for the job and this relationship was mediated by credibility.     

论社会主义市场经济条件下道德观念的调整

中国的社会主义市场经济正在蓬勃发展,但市场经济体制还不完善,社会道德建设面临一系列挑战,需要我们对原有的一些道德观念和原则进行相应的调整,建立起与社会主义市场经济相适应的道德体系,社会主义思想道德体系,必须以为人民服务为核心,以集体主义为原则,以诚实守信为重点。     

企业员工忠诚形成机理及培育与发展

员工忠诚是反映员工与组织之间关系的一个重要指标,是预测员工工作参与、工作投入、工作绩效、缺勤与离职倾向的一个重要变量。本文首先对企业员工忠诚在新时代背景下的内涵进行了界定,采用文献法全面分析了影响员工忠诚这一因变量的各种因素,并应用心理学、管理学的有关理论和方法深入挖掘员工忠诚形成发展的内在机理。影响员工忠诚的因素有企业外部社会、经济环境因素、员工自身主客观因素、企业软硬件因素,前两大类因素对员工忠诚的影响是比较直接的,而企业组织对员工忠诚的影响往往通过员工的工作满意感以及组织公平感等心理感受类中介变量产生作用。因此,以信任为基石,以人为中心的网络忠诚管理机制在培育、发展员工忠诚的过程中将发挥着有效的积极作用。
