依托专业背景开展社会实践教育的探索——以桂林电子科技大学机电工程学院2010年暑期社会实践为例

大学生参加社会实践,能够培养其独立思考、独立工作和独立解决问题的能力。通过参加一些实践性活动,大学生可以巩固所学的理论,增长一些书本上学不到的知识和技能。依托学生专业背景开展的社会实践教育活动,其目的就是为了让高校学生通过主题鲜明的实践活动,提升自我的实践能力,提前了解更多与专业相关的情况,明确定位后续的学习,查漏补缺,从而为成长就业作充分的准备。     

公司领办的合作社中公司与农户的关系研究

对于以龙头企业为代表的公司与农户的关系,学术界存在着争议,一种观点认为,龙头企业与农户之间本质上是一种对立的买卖关系;另一种观点认为,公司与农户可以通过紧密的利益纽带联结起来.这些观点都是从静态的角度来讨论公司与农户的关系,实际上,公司与农户的关系是不断变化的,在合作社内自始至终存在着两种力量:合作与竞争.哪一种力量占据主导地位取决于合作社内公司与农户的谈判力量.     

Is There Any Change in the Public Service Values of Different Generations of Public Administrators? The Case of Turkish Governors and District Governors

In recent public administration literature, much attention is paid to changes in public service values, including ethical values, that guide public service. This paper reports on the results of an empirical survey conducted among a group of Turkish governors and district governors (including those in service and retired) who are from different generations. By focusing on the transformation of value preferences of Turkish governors and district governors, this study tries to identify variations in values, particularly about public service ethics, in accordance with the age and the length of tenure in public service. The findings of the research show a traditional and more or less consistent value pattern for Turkish governors and district governors. The most important public service values expressed by the respondents are consistent with often-mentioned crucial public service values in the literature. New or emerging values have not been present enough among the most important public service values. In brief, the results do not lend support to the often-assumed hypothesis that traditional public service values are devaluated or degraded by the emergence of businesslike values. In other words, new emerging values could not sneak into the public service culture in any convincing manner in spite of many years of NPM rhetoric and recipes.

Learning from the world? Horizontal knowledge flows and geopolitics in international consulting firms

This paper examines the nature of the contemporary multinational corporation (MNC) through a study of the use of knowledge management systems (KMS) in four major international consulting firms. In particular, we explore whether and how such systems facilitate horizontal (inter-subsidiary) flows of knowledge, as described in the network view of the MNC. Our analysis reveals the presence of horizontal flows within the four firms, but flows that are contextually constrained and partly shaped by geopolitical power relations. Thus, our study gives some support to the image of the MNC as a network whilst highlighting the contextual limits of horizontal knowledge transfer and, importantly, the geopolitical conditions under which such knowledge transfer takes place. At the same time, it challenges the claim that consulting firms are model organizations in the area of knowledge management as well as the more negative view that questions the ability of KMS to facilitate knowledge transfer.     

农业专业合作社的融资供求衔接问题研究

农业专业合作社融资具有一般企业所不具有的特殊性。论文从理论角度分析了农业合作社融资次序的选择,认为通过正规金融实现合作社融资供求衔接的有效途径。在供求不平衡,传统信贷供给无法满足合作社融资需求的状况下,探索了“公司＋合作社＋农户”、“农业龙头企业＋担保公司＋合作社＋农户”、“政府＋农业生产基地＋农业企业＋合作社＋农户”三种农业产业链融资模式,并分析了其主要特点、优势以及主要风险,为合作社融资提供了新思路。     

论农民专业合作社成员出资的继承

2017年新修订的《农民专业合作社法》第15条在章程应当载明事项中增加了"成员出资的继承";而且就继承的立法体例而言,立法未作任何限制,完全授权章程规定.合作社的惠顾返还为主盈余分配原则、民主管理原则、以农民为主的成员制度、成员表决权行使制度、继承人不愿或不能继承成员出资时死亡成员财产份额分出的时间等,均会引发成员出资...     

业务流程再造在高职教育教学管理中的作用初探

为了适应以"顾客、竞争、变化"为特征的现代高职教育环境,基于迈克尔.哈默与詹姆斯.钱皮提出业务流程再造理论,就如何摆脱建立在劳动分工理论基础上的传统教学管理模式的束缚,强调以业务流程为改造对象,以客户需求和满意度为目标,利用教学管理模式重构及信息技术平台的应用,以打破传统的职能型组织结构,建立全新的过程型组织结构,从而实现高职教育在教学组织、质量管理、社会服务等方面的改善,提高高职院校教学管理效率以及在高职教育行业的竞争能力。本文在阐释基本原理的同时,结合典型模式的个案分析,并深入探析其发展趋势,以期对业务流程再造理论在高职教育教学管理中的应用进行全景式的展示。

国内外饭店职业经理人研究综述

我国对饭店职业经理人的研究从理论到实践两个方面都滞后于市场经济发达国家。中外职业经理人出现的经济背景和社会条件不同,研究的关注点差别较多。国外的研究最早关注于经理人角色、继而关注总经理的管理能力、经理人职业路径、经理人与雇主关系、经理人薪酬体系和经理人胜任力模型等。国内的研究则关注于饭店职业经理人界定、能力与素质、市场化问题、队伍建设与发展,近两年才出现饭店职业经理人角色研究。同时,在研究方法上还存在着以宏观研究为主,微观研究不足,定性研究较多,定量研究不够,研究方法单一,缺少对相关理论的系统研究和集合的问题。国内外研究者在研究内容、层次、视角上的差异,其实质反映了饭店职业经理人生存与发展的环境差异,即市场经济成熟度的差异。
