“教育论文”不能逾越的三条边界

论文的标准有很多,但至少要有完整的题录和文后参考文献,及正文的结构三条边界。中小学教师要掌握这三条边界。从辅导学生写论文的角度,更要掌握它们了。     

论人生价值的评价标准

一个社会所提倡的人生价值的评价标准,反映了一个社会的价值取向。在社会主义社会,金钱、权力等不能作为人生价值的评价标准,社会奉献才是人生价值的评价标准。     

新时代中国城市土地集约利用若干问题的再认识

研究目的：基于中国城市土地集约利用研究现状,面向新时代要求,重新审视与厘清城市土地集约利用理论认知、评价标准、影响机制和优化调控等基本问题,为中国土地集约利用的理论完善和实践创新提供支撑。研究方法：理论分析法和推理演绎法。研究结果：（1）城市土地集约利用在理论认知上应由“三个阶段”转向“三个时期”;（2）城市土地利用集约度的评价标准应由静态指标转向动态耦合;（3）城市土地集约利用的影响机制研究应由封闭区域转向关联传导;（4）城市土地集约利用优化调控策略应由极限集约转向最优集约。研究结论：进入新时代,城市土地集约利用理论上可实现“不增地,多增效”甚至“地减量,效增加”,未来相关研究应重点关注存量和减量规划中建设用地与经济发展之间关系的变化特征,以及国土空间规划与土地利用计划管理改革下新的城市土地集约利用问题。国家相关规程中的集约评价标准须结合区域发展阶段进行“匹配性”修正,政策制定要考虑区域间的“关联性”和“传导性”进行精准化设计,治理方案应按照最优集约度的“动态性”进行差异化调控。     

Why We Should Change Our Attitude Towards Distressed Firms

This article surveys ‘creditor‐friendly’ and ‘enterprise‐friendly’ bankruptcy regimes with a focus on the methodology underlying the filter test in distress, as reflected both in its academic treatment and in legal practice. I find that the test exhibits pro‐liquidation bias in designating liquidation of a firm with recovery potential as the Type II error, and in underplaying the benefits of a possible turnaround. Further influences militating against continuation include the power conferred on creditors through the balance sheet criterion and the undervaluation of intangible assets. I make the case for reversing such biases to establish a presumption in favour of continuation.

结合ISO9004组织质量对实现持续成功的指南中过程管理方法,提出基于过程的质量目标设置方法,并阐述如何基于过程确定质量目标项和设置质量目标值,解决当前质量目标管理质量目标设置有效性的问题。     

Excel“高级筛选”功能之条件区域设计新解

通过对 Excel“高级筛选”功能的分析 ,提出了一种新的条件区域设计规则 :1 )筛选条件中涉及的字段名写在同一行 ;2 )条件值写在相应字段名下面 ,若字段间是“与”关系 ,条件值写在同一行 ;若字段间是“或”关系 ,条件值写在另一行 ;3 )条件区域设计好后应按行读 ,行与行之间是“或”关系。该规则简单易行 ,简化了高级筛选操作 ,扩展了 Excel的使用。     

土地征收中限制条件与公共利益评估

土地征收中公共利益的判断应该遵从权利制衡原则、公开透明原则与扩大参与原则;其公共利益的具体判断标准有:受益对象的多少;向社会公众提供公共产品;满足国家的经济、文化、国防等建设目标;土地征收的结果确实能使社会公众受益。由于土地征收行为对被征收人的重大影响,应对土地征收的公共利益进行必要的限制。     

中国翻译理论的历史沿革

翻译活动作为一种文化交流手段，在中国有着2000多年的悠久历史，在宏观研究上有取之不尽的资源。本文主要概述了中国译论发展的几个重要时期，认为回顾历史对于21世纪中国译学的发展有着积极的作用。     

Inbound Travelers' Selection Criteria for Hotel Spas in Hong Kong

With a growing number of travelers enjoying spa experiences, it is vital that hotels understand their preferences. As Hong Kong has a high visitor inflow and is in the preliminary stages of hotel spa development, an examination of the selection criteria used by inbound travelers when choosing hotel spas should provide Hong Kong hoteliers with the information needed to further develop and refine their facilities. This study examines the selection criteria that inbound travelers use to gain insight into how demographic factors and travel characteristics affect their spa-related decisions. A measuring instrument was developed based on in-depth interviews of spa industry professionals and secondary data. The results reveal that relaxation, pampering, and beautification were the main reasons that people visited hotel spas; with the three most important major selection dimensions being therapists, price, and product and treatment types. Of the 28 selection criteria studied, professional skills, product and service knowledge, sense of privacy, range of facilities, and product branding were the most important attributes.
