完善与优化中国政府形象传播的对策探析

本文探讨如何提升官员自身形象、对政府信息战略法制化、构建政府形象媒介传播策略、建立危机传媒公关机制、形成政府信息发布机制等对策来完善与优化中国政府形象传播,以期在国内外增强其行政威信,提高政府工作效率和凝聚力。     

Reliable flow in forward and after-sales supply chains considering propagated uncertainty

An integrated mathematical framework for production planning is presented for companies providing product-warranty packages through both their forward and after-sales supply chains. This model integrates manufacturers and merchandisers of the pre- and after-sales operations and incorporates the interactions between forward and after-sales chains. The demands and qualified output of facilities are stochastic. We demonstrate that service levels depend on the local reliability of facilities and that there are critical prices at which the order of profitability of the warranty options changes. This order becomes more fragile in price-sensitive markets and more stable in warranty-sensitive markets.     

Do market-concentrated airports propagate more delays than less concentrated ones? A case study of selected U.S. airports

Airport congestion and widespread passenger discontent with airlines' poor on-time performance have recently led the Federal government to reduce peak-time operations at large airports such as Chicago O'Hare and New York John F. Kennedy. This paper proposes a methodology to compute delay propagation based on the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) at a sample of ten U.S. airports in summer 2000, 2007 and 2008. The sampled airports are different in terms of size, location and index of concentration.In this research, a flight is considered to be late if it arrives more than fifteen minutes past its schedule. Delay propagation is defined as the hourly ratio of two amplitudes: the one of late arrivals at a sampled airport to that of late arrivals at the final destinations served from that same sampled airport. The purpose of this study is to determine whether delay propagation differs at market-concentrated airports from less concentrated ones. Based on nonparametric tests and proximity analysis, there is no clear evidence that market-concentrated airports are different from less concentrated ones in terms of propagated delays.

随着微博的产生和盛行,微博营销模式逐渐出现并受到各行各业的广泛青睐。通过研究拥有大量“粉丝”群的中国各省级旅游局官方微博,建立指标体系,运用分析工具“微博风云”,从宏观和微观两个方面人手,解析省级旅游局官方微博的营销现状,提出了可将营销效应最大化的营销策略。即丰富微博内容,合理设置微博发布模式,与粉丝建立亲善和睦的友人关系。     

土地还原率的误差传播

由于土地还原利率在理论和计算上的复杂性,往往不可避免地出现混乱定值,使得收益法评估在评估地价时失效,这就有必要对其精度进行评定。本文用定量的方式,采用误差传播律,分别对综合还原利率、租价比方法、安全利率加风险调整法、复合投资收益率法、投资收益率排序插入法的土地还原率求取进行精度评估,得出衡量还原率精度的指标。其作用在于对评估过程进行全程质量估计和控制,有利于约束和规范评估方法。     

材料电磁脉冲屏蔽效能研究进展

首先总结了国外电磁脉冲的研究现状及屏蔽效能的测试方法,并分析了国内电 磁脉冲屏蔽效能的测试方法及根据频域测量结果估计时域响应研究进展,然后介绍了屏蔽效 能频域和时域表征方法,特别是近几年来电磁脉冲屏蔽效能的表征方法,最后 指出了当前电磁脉冲屏蔽效能研究中需解决的问题及今后研究方向,对电磁脉冲作用下材料 屏蔽效能的研究具有指导意义。     

北京市私人小汽车消费与经济增长的协整及因果关系研究

本文运用协整理论和因果关系检验理论,对北京市私人小汽车消费与经济增长进行协整关系检验,并分析其Granger因果关系.研究结果表明,北京市私人小汽车消费与经济增长之间具有长期稳定的均衡关系,且表现出双向Granger因果关系.通过脉冲响应函数和方差分解分析进一步论证了二者之间有着长期显著的互相促进作用,且经济增长对私人小汽车消费的正向拉动效应更持续稳定,贡献程度也更为明显.
