外国直接投资对中国城乡收入差距的影响:中国省际面板数据的经验检验

二元劳动力市场模型的分析表明FDI对城乡收入差距的影响取决于高技能和低技能劳动力的供给弹性以及FDI对他们各自的需求影响。同时,利用1998-2010年中国29个省市的面板数据的实证研究也表明FDI在整体上有助于抑制城乡收入差距的扩大,这种效应在东部沿海地区尤为明显。此外,FDI通过改善农村劳动力的就业结构提高其工资性收入,从而缩小城乡收入差距。FDI的流入会通过贸易效应有利于缩小依赖加工贸易发展的东部地区的城乡收入差距;但另一方面,FDI通过人力资本效应的非均衡性扩大了城乡收入的不平等。     

The impact of relative residence times on the distribution of heavy drinkers in highly distinct environments

Alcohol consumption is a function of social dynamics, environmental contexts, individuals' preferences and family history. Empirical surveys have focused primarily on identification of risk factors for high-level drinking but have done little to clarify the underlying mechanisms at work. Also, there have been few attempts to apply nonlinear dynamics to the study of these mechanisms and processes at the population level. A simple framework where drinking is modeled as a socially contagious process in low- and high-risk connected environments is introduced. Individuals are classified as light, moderate (assumed mobile), and heavy drinkers. Moderate drinkers provide the link between both environments, that is, they are assumed to be the only individuals drinking in both settings. The focus here is on the effect of moderate drinkers, measured by the proportion of their time spent in “low-” versus “high-” risk drinking environments, on the distribution of drinkers.A simple model within our contact framework predicts that if the relative residence times of moderate drinkers are distributed randomly between low- and high-risk environments then the proportion of heavy drinkers is likely to be higher than expected. However, the full story even in a highly simplified setting is not so simple because “strong” local social mixing tends to increase high-risk drinking on its own. High levels of social interaction between light and moderate drinkers in low-risk environments can diminish the importance of the distribution of relative drinking times on the prevalence of heavy drinking.

Assessing Variability of Complex Descriptive Statistics in Monte Carlo Studies Using Resampling Methods

Good statistical practice dictates that summaries in Monte Carlo studies should always be accompanied by standard errors. Those standard errors are easy to provide for summaries that are sample means over the replications of the Monte Carlo output: for example, bias estimates, power estimates for tests and mean squared error estimates. But often more complex summaries are of interest: medians (often displayed in boxplots), sample variances, ratios of sample variances and non‐normality measures such as skewness and kurtosis. In principle, standard errors for most of these latter summaries may be derived from the Delta Method, but that extra step is often a barrier for standard errors to be provided. Here, we highlight the simplicity of using the jackknife and bootstrap to compute these standard errors, even when the summaries are somewhat complicated. © 2014 The Authors. 社会化媒体对旅游者购买意愿的影响因素研究

互联网的高速发展催生社会化媒体,给旅游业带来不可忽视的影响,它的应用贯穿于旅游者的旅游购买行为的各个阶段。鉴于现阶段已有的关于社会化媒体以及旅游者的旅游购买行为的相关研究多为营销对策研究,较少涉及社会化媒体影响旅游者购买行为的作用机制研究,本文则针对此方面,使用实证研究的方法来探究社会化媒体对旅游者购买意愿的影响因素。结果表明,社会化媒体的有用性和社区性与社会化媒体的依赖性成正相关关系,社会化媒体的有用性同时还与感知价值成正相关关系;而感知价值及社会化媒体的依赖性则正向影响旅游者的购买意愿。本文最后建议企业在利用社会化媒体对其旅游产品进行营销时,选择有用性程度高的社会化媒体作为宣传,并且注重与旅游者的双向的沟通而不是单向的宣传。     

粉煤灰对氯氧镁水泥的作用和影响

通过对比试验研究了不同掺灰量对氯氧镁水泥强度、耐水性、体积稳定性的影响,得出粉煤灰最佳掺量。试验结果表明,粉煤灰是一种理想的添加剂,可使氯氧镁水泥制品的耐水性得到明显改善,提高体积稳定性而且对氯氧镁水泥制品的强度影响很小,并有利于后期强度的增长。
