国内贸易与经济增长关系研究综述

传统国际贸易理论出自市场化国家,它以国家为单位考察贸易问题,舍象了国内贸易问题,这给后进国家（尤其是国内贸易机会未被充分利用的发展中大国）对贸易作用的认识产生了严重影响,容易出现＂重外贸、轻内贸＂现象。因此,有必要对国内贸易与经济增长关系研究进行简要的梳理和回顾,以强化对经济增长中国内贸易作用的认识,为我国改革开放过程中贸易发展战略的选择提供参考。     

以顾客价值为中心的房地产企业价值链优化研究

房地产企业价值链优化是房地产企业在宏观调控背景下为了生存和发展，以顾客价值为核心进行的根本性的再思考和彻底性的再设计。房地产企业价值链优化应从改变价值链的方向、业务流程的整合、业务外包、建立扁平化的组织结构、基于数据挖掘技术的客户关系管理（CRM）的应用、通过建立战略联盟实现房地产企业之间的协同运作等六个方面着手。

在信息化时代，域名日益成为企业重要的无形资产，是一种全球性的稀缺资源，因而域名在网络营销中具有与商标、品牌同等重要的商业价值。企业要正确认识域名的商业价值，加强域名注册和管理，采取有效措施，预防、减少和解决域名摩擦和纠纷，保护企业的合法权益。     

《金融工具确认和计量》准则对基金投资的影响

现行会计准则体系中《金融工具确认和计量》准则首次对金融工具的确认和计量做出了相关规定。本文分析了该准则对基金投资可能产生的影响，认为一方面公允价值计量模式将引起基金估值的变化，另一方面公允价值变动可能引起基金分红规模的扩大，这对基金投资者的影响是显而易见的。本文结合这两方面的影响对基金投资提出了相关建议。

党的十六届四中全会提出了建设和谐社会的新理念,学校作为社会的有机组成部分,应把构建和谐校园作为一项重要工作来抓。构建和谐校园必须充分关注教师的心理健康和心理和谐;而处理好学校内部各个群体之间的利益关系,则是构建和谐校园的重要内容和基本保证。     

Tourism in the system of industrial society

Recreation and tourism are integral parts of the whole industrial social system. Viewed thus, tourism, so successful in the past two decades, seems clearly doomed to radical change. Many signs in the universe of work-habitate-leisure-travel indicate that the present system does not satisfy the human needs of traveler, host, and ultimately the social system. One inevitable result of forecast change, is a new, humane understanding of leisure and tourism; one should begin forging it before the opportunity for choice and reason disappears.     

跨国公司与中国环境转变过程的关系分析

环境变化与企业行为存在复杂而又难以避免的天然联系。在全球化投资趋势越发明显且跨国公司普遍看好中国市场潜力的背景下,中国环境的演变研究对于跨国公司的在华投资具有极其重要的地位。研究表明,跨国公司正在由一个被动适应的参与者慢慢转变为积极主动创新的改造者。     

Values and the Social Responsibility of Global Business

ABSTRACT

Business is widely viewed as one of the major institutions in society. It has assumed a socially responsible role for itself that has given rise to two competing paradigms, social philanthropy and corporate citizenship. Business, however, has not fulfilled its social responsibility particularly well. One reason is that business does not seem to have understood the interplay between individual-level, culture-level and corporate-level values nor the implications of national differences in culture-level value priorities. Some recent developments in cross-cultural psychology offer a useful paradigm for understanding this interplay and resolving any conflicts which result from the attempts of global business to implement socially responsible policies.     

Collaborative buyer-supplier relationships and downstream information in marketing channels

Research on buyer-supplier relationships has emphasized the importance of collaboration and business networks. We aim to study the effects of downstream information on the collaborative buyer-supplier relationship. Downstream information refers to the information a firm obtains from marketing channels, be they wholesalers, distributors or retailers. The approach allows firms to concentrate their efforts on the most relevant sources of information and not on the whole network. Survey data was gathered from the Dutch potted plant and flower industry to test this hypothesis. Our findings demonstrate that collaborative relationships are contingent on downstream information from both the buying perspective (wholesalers) and from the supplying perspective (producers).
