职业技术教育校园安全管理研究

职业教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础。校园安全管理是学校教育管理的重要组成部分,也是全面实施素质教育的前提和保证。本文主要探讨学校的安全管理工作,提出加强职业技术教育校园安全管理的政策和措施,提高学校工作人员的安全管理水平,杜绝和减少学校安全事故的发生,为学校营造一个安全稳定的校园环境。     

建设工程安全作业管理初探

建设工程项目作为集技术、管理、经济、法律、组织等各方面于一体的综合性社会经济活动,存在众多的风险因素。处理好建设单位、监理单位和施工单位的关系,对落实建设工程的安全管理职责,发挥监理对安全的监控作用,控制安全事故发生,保护施工作业人员的生命安全有良好的促进作用。     

基于案例推理的进口矿产品质量安全风险管控体系研究

进口矿产品质量安全监管，是海关服务国家经济发展、保障人民生命健康及财产安全的一项重要职能，随着新形势、新业态的发展，矿产品监管及通关“好与快”的矛盾问题更趋凸显，给海关高质效履职带来了严峻的考验。对此以进口矿产品质量安全监管为切入点，在对该领域风险构成梳理分析的基础上，将案例推理技术与矿产品质量安全风险管控相结合，探索建立一种有效的风险预警和处置机制，以提升海关在进口矿产品领域的把关服务效能，也为其他国门安全领域建立风险防控机制提供有益的思路和借鉴。     

军事油料输送蚁群算法

针对军队油料输送的特点,采用改进蚁群算法,引入云模型理论对参数进行动态调整,最后提出基于安全系数的军队油料输送优化方法。实例求解表明,该方法可以有效、快速地求得军队油料输送问题的全局最优解。     

建筑施工管理的安全和质量管理论述

随着我国经济的快速发展,城市建设规模不断扩大,各类建设项目越来越多,建筑行业得到了良好的发展机遇。在建筑工程施工管理中,安全与质量一直以来都是管理中的重点内容,是保证建筑工程顺利实施,提高工程施工质量的关键。     

Inventory Investment and the Empirical Phillips Curve

In this paper, we study the Calvo pricing models with finished goods inventory investment to demonstrate that the current inflation can be expressed as a function of the marginal cost of sales, not the marginal production cost, and expected future inflation. Under the assumption that the true aggregate marginal costs are not observable in actual data, we make use of equilibrium conditions for aggregate finished goods inventories to measure the time series of marginal costs, thereby leading to the construction of inflation series on the basis of the Phillips curve. Our results indicate the possibility of a successful fit of the empirical New Keynesian Phillips curve without relying on unit labor cost—a conventional measure of marginal production cost in the literature.     

Development of zone system for macro-level traffic safety analysis

Various geographic units have been used in macro-level modeling. Amongst these units, traffic analysis zones (TAZs) have been broadly employed in many macroscopic safety studies. Nevertheless, no studies questioned the validity of TAZs for crash analysis at the macro-level crash modeling. In this study, we point out several possible problems of TAZs as spatial units for macroscopic safety studies. Current TAZs with homogenous crash rates were combined into new single zones. Then we created ten new zonal systems by different zone aggregation levels. The optimal zonal scale for traffic safety analysis zones (TSAZ) was determined using the Brown-Forsythe test. It was found that the zone system with about 1:2 aggregation was the optimal zone system for macroscopic safety modeling. Thus we develop what we call traffic safety analysis zones (TSAZs) that has the potential of reducing several possible problems of TAZs. Also it was shown that TSAZ based models had better fit compared to TAZ based models.     

船舶检验和安全管理探析

随着社会和水运事业的不断发展,航海业越来越受到人们的广泛关注。而航海是高风险行业,怎样做好船舶各项工作,如何通过整合船舶检验与船舶安全检查资源,更好地维护水域环境安全,配合海事主管机关做好航行安全工作。本文通过对船舶生产、检验和船舶安全检查进行分析,提出实现对接的措施和意义,从人员、信息、工作三方面论证实施对接的可行性。     

Edgeworth type expansion of ruin probability under Lévy risk processes in the small loading asymptotics

This paper presents an asymptotic expansion of the ultimate ruin probability under Lévy insurance risks as the loading factor tends to zero. The expansion formula is obtained via the Edgeworth type expansion for compound geometric distributions. We give higher-order expansion of the ruin probability, any order of which is available in explicit form, and discuss a certain type of validity of the expansion. We shall also give applications to evaluation of the VaR-type risk measure due to ruin, and the scale function of spectrally negative Lévy processes.
